Yu Hsuan (10/5): 離車站近，但黃金週去普遍都不便宜 - 位置很好，頂樓13樓景觀好洗衣設備不用錢洗衣設備僅兩組，還分兩層樓放，且烘衣機很爛。免費冰品住三天沒吃到過，傻眼沒有要分房領取的意思，其他間飯店都是房卡索取人頭數的雞尾酒

SIS6038 (7/5): Alles ok - Top Lage gleich neben dem Bahnhof Hakata. Super Frühstück. Viel Personal, sehr freundlich. Alles fussläufig gut erreichbar. Zimmer sehr klein. Kein Platz für einen Stuhl, um am Laptop arbeiten zu können.

TIA (8/5): 在櫃檯辦完入住後，會由飯店人員引導在旁邊的繳費機台繳納住宿稅，等於要辦理二次手續 - 住宿地點離博多站及巴士總站很近，走路即可抵達很多餐廳，附近有全家、 lawson、7-11 飯店床包邊邊破了一個大洞（洞大到一進入房間就會看見）與房價不成正比

家霖 (10/5): - 住宿位置離車站很近，附近也有便利商店。裡頭的設施很完善，提供免費的洗衣機跟烘衣機對連續住好幾晚的客人來說非常便利。
Véronique (8/5): Bon séjour à proximité de la gare - Bon hôtel à côté de Hakata Station. Très pratique car j’avais des excursions à la journée au départ de cette gare. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais peu de choix en produits sucrés. Chambre propre et confortable. Certaines nuits furent moins tranquilles que d’autres car beaucoup de bruits dans la rue devant.

Alex (9/5): - Location is very close to Hakata Station, staffs are friendly. Rooms are cleaned. Shower water pressure is good (stay on 12/F), shower jets is worked well. Rooms design is okay, but not wide enough, even provided foldable luggage rack, it is very different to placed in the room to use without blocking hallway.

Bernard (7/5): Stay was great but people is not friendly. - I did ask your staff about my registration with your hotel and also inform your staff about it. They did not even input my staff into the system when I check out. I was quite disappointed with your staff even though my staff was good. Staff response and not friendly.
Andrew (8/5): Good, but beware of nearby construction noise - Strategic location close to Hakata Station, clean and comfortable room. It can't be helped that there's a major construction site diagonally across the hotel, so it gets a little noisy during the day until they stop work.
