- Z7760BTpedroc (6/5): A "grab and go, no frills" hotel conveniently located on the BTS Skytrain line route - Qiu Hotel Sukhumvit is situated on the doorstep of the Skytrain's On Nut station which is about a 25 minute train ride from MBK Shopping centre in town. We loved the food cart offerings at the station and, at THB50 for staples like delicous pork and noodle soup, this became our staple go-to for quick meals. My wife did prefer to go to McD which is in the shopping centre adjoining the station but we were very happy with the local street food. The hotel is clean and unpretentious, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast Khao Tom soup with pork was my daily go-to which fills you up in preparation for a day of exploring Bangkok. Our sons enjoyed the pool, the room service and the novelty of the 2 hole putting green on the hotel front steps. On the downside, our 2 rooms were small with no cupboard space and, the "gym" consists of one treadmill and a couple of free weights so not worth using. The restaurant/bar is operated separately from the hotel so we could not add meals and drinks to our room tab and had to pay cash upfront. All in all, a great value hotel if you are using it just to put your head down at night and recharge with a buffet breakfast. A traveller who we met from Hawaii raved about the 2 massage parlours located next door to the hotel. We did not try them but they were always full and he thought good value at THB200 for 1 hour. Note - Bangkok morning traffic is insane so if you are looking to catch taxis towards River City by 9am, rather hail them no later than 7.30am before you need to get to that location on Sukhumvit Road and not from the hotel. We did the Damnoen Saduk floating market and Maeklong railway fleamarket tour from that location with Big Country Experience - well worth it!

- David (10/5): - Been to Qiu Hotel quite a few times in the past 6 months as it is close to an appointment I have every month. They know me so check in is quick, room is usually ready by noon when I arrive, Just about any shopping you want is within a 5 minute walk, as are the street vendors, massage, BTS station and movie house.

- cliff1608 (10/5): Brilliant Hotel !!!! - We have stayed in Bangkok quite a few times in last 7yrs and always stayed in same place but this time fancied a change. SO GLAD WE DID ! This place definitely ticks all the boxes, we’ve always stayed in this area so know where things are but if you’ve never been here before then everything you need is within 5 mins walk. 7-11 at end of street, BTS station 3-4 mins walk, cinema and big supermarket 5 mins and the best part there is an abundance of really tasty street food vendors nearby. Room and hotel are spotlessly clean and the staff are all smiley and helpful, we couldn’t get tv to work and it was sorted in minutes. Shower is amazing and best part was I could adjust the height, I’m 6”1” and anyone that’s been to Asia will know some showers just aren’t made for tall people. There is a restaurant and they serve breakfast though we didn’t get to try these but did use the bar for a cold Chang after being out and about all day and again was served by friendly smiley staff. All in all if you’ve never been here before then this is perfect for first time and if like us you’ve been before then change your hotel to this one…..you’ll be pleased you did. Liked it so much have rebooked in about 3 was for few days before we fly home.

Exchange money, local massage, Lotus, local market, big mall, etc, all within walking distance. The only weakness may be the room key. I felt not secured.

- JMK_The_Wanderer (8/5): Close to BTS - This was my first stay at this hotel. I like the neighborhood and wanted to find a hotel near the On Nut BTS station, and this hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the statiin. There's also a large 7-11 right at the corner, Lotus's supermarket and Century Mall by the BTS station, and numerous food options very close by. The hotel seems new, with a modern feel. There's a restaurant, bar, and cafe on site. I booked a pool view room but was upgraded to a pool side room. The room had a king bed (too firm), wardrobe, microwave, kettle, fridge, very large smart TV, air purifier, and a separate tub and shower in the bathroom. The AC was quiet and efficient. There was a dressing table that could be used as a desk, although not for a long period as it's too low for comfort. The swimming pool was large and there were plenty of places to sit. Staff were attentive and professional. Although they're pretty insistent about checking out at 12:00, they offer luggage storage and a comfortable lobby for waiting on a late flight. Overall I feel the price point is correct for this level of comfort. I will definitely return to this hotel.
- David (8/5): - My first time staying at this hotel as it is close to a doctor I see in Bangkok, Check in was fast and I was a couple hours early for check in time. Hotel is smaller but clean and staff is great. Food is good in the restaurant and there is plenty of street food nearby. Interesting place; built in a square around a pool area in the middle. Only downfall I saw was the room was smaller than advertised on Expedia--much smaller. Not even room for a chair between the bed and desk. A beanbag chair was provided however.

- sameh_elreedy (4/5): Unprofessional behaviour - I stayed 4 nights and everything was going fine till the checkout when I asked for only 2 hours late checkout as my flight is evening. Manager who doesn't have a sense of hospitality she refused as they are overbooking. I know she was lying to me because when I checked their direct website the room was available for booking. Very bad of her. So if you have an evening flight and plan to request a late checkout even 1 hour then don't go this hotel , they will allow only 30 min. which is useless.

The bed was comfortable but a bit on the hard side but not too hard. My husband has already booked the hotel again for January when he goes back. The bathroom is super nice too and we took a bath each night.... Highly recommend

- DarrenR1961 (2/5): Qiu hotel ASQ - Hello, so into my 5th day and impressions. Well please I wouldn't come here for the price simple as that. Staff are nice but the whole thing is simply not value for money with so many better hotels. Imagine you arrive on your first day to be sent a message on line, no welcome or sorry just a message saying that the place is under construction, well that was my first 30 mins. So from 10 till 6pm the pleasure of being trapped in quarantine with no way out and again the pleasure of Jack hammers, drills and saws. Sounds fair after you pay around 1000 euros for jail for 14 days then they throw that on top. The point being they are exploiting guests by not telling them before hand or would anyone in their right mind book a jail for 14 days with construction work going on? So my advice is to look for another place, simple. Good luck

- jnsantana007 (8/5): Good location, very comfortable for a good price - The room we stayed in is situated at a very quiet part of the hotel. The bed was big and all of the basic necessities are there. The only thing missing for me are windows. The pool was a plus. The breakfast was good, although limited there are basic breakfast needs such as eggs, bacon, bread, cereal, milk and fruits. The location of the hotel is a plus point. It is very near a train/metro station. There's a food park just in front of the hotel. There are convenient stores around the corner and a mall nearby. Right next to the hotel are different massage parlour for a very good price. We were checked out on a Sunday afternoon but our flight was not until 3am on Monday. It was very kind of the front desk to let us shower on the pool area before we went to the airport.

Neatly maintained spacious rooms and toilets and have a personal locker too. There's a tub in the bathroom, if you fancy one. Their breakfast options, however are very limited. Would have been great if there were more options in breakfast. Pool is well maintained and the prices of the hotel are priced reasonably well.

- haelhaelhael (8/5): A good hotel for a good price - My friends and I stayed here for 5 days. What I love about the hotel: it's near to the train station, food park, 7/11, and massage spa. The bed is big almost 3 of us are able to fit. Second, the airconditioning is working great. Third, the comfort room is clean. For improvement: the morning meals are the same everyday. I hope there are some variety to it. All in all, I think this is a good hotel for someone travelling in a budget. My stay with friends are good.
- Peter (10/5): Qiu Hotel.... a key location - The staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was well located near to On Nut railway station with many shopping malls and markets close by. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a good choice of both Asian food and European food for breakfast. Overall a very pleasant stay!
- MaureenM790 (8/5): short stop - I was joining my daughter-in-law and grandaughter. The hotel was clean, the room I booked was ideal for what I wanted, being relatively close to my daughter in law. I ate in the hotel , the breakfast was edible although could have been better with freshly fried eggs rather than ones that had been kept for some time. I ate breakfast at very different times and this was always the case. fresh fruit was available cereal and bread for toast. The evening meals were of good quality. The staff in the hotel were pleasant and helpful. The pool area was kept clean and tidy.

- lizardosavopoulo (8/5): THE LOCATION IS THE CORE POINT - TO Be clear the location is the strongest advantage of this hotel at 5 mn from the bts and full of facilities around 7/11 , restaurant , food market , massage , shopping mall , cinema and so on the room is big with a huge bed not really confortable and with all you need (hairdryer, water,coffee tea , ) the wifi is excellent and the staff doing what we expect for a normal staff swimming is nice to see but not nice to stay because surrended by building good place to stay for one night

It was so bad we actually checked out and went to another (much nicer) hotel. The wallpaper was cracking in long strips, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows lumpy, the room overall very dark with zero windows to the outdoors. The neighbourhood also leaves a lot to be desired. The good news is, it is right by the metro so you can get around very quickly. The metro in Bangkok is amazing (especially compared to how terriable the traffic is).

The bed was firm but comfortable to my tastes. The sliding glass door to room was different but a non issue. No windows in room but didn't matter to me personally. Pool was nice and was never crowded during my stay. There are no English channels on the T.V. just Thai, Chinese, and Indian. I come to a city not to watch tv in room so it was a non issue. 5 min walk to the On Nut bts station which was awesome. There is a 7/11, Super C, and a Mall walking distance to hotel. I had to pay extra for an early check in but I was so tired from long flight I didn't care. Overall, I thought this hotel was great and would stay there again due to Location, Rooms, Friendly staff, and price. -

However the housekeeping is good but not fantastic as they are not responsive when asked for extra pillow. And did not help to fold our messy clothes on the bed. Otherwise, all is great! Tip: uber/grab in bkk is cheap hence proximity to BTS may not be of priority. As we find ourselves cabbing most of the time.

No where to sit outside room and lacked a private feel. Great restaurant next door and Thai BBQ across the road. Starbucks coffee 2 minute walk away next to sky train. Reasonable breakfast and good prices in hotel. Decent pool and gym facilities. Staff were a mixed bag, most were friendly and helpful. Great part of the city I thought.

- Shirdika (8/5): Value for money & great access to public transport - The staff were helpful and the rooms were surprisingly larger than expected. Breakfast is rather disappointing as the variety is rather limited and very Thai-orientated. One of the biggest advantages of this location is that it is close to the public transport system especially the overhead-train (which is literally 2-minutes walking distance away). Once you figure out the transport network, it is easy to connect anywhere and get to wherever you need to. Bear in mind that this location is not in Bangkok central per se, so you will have to pay extra for public transport like taxi/ tuk-tuk as the traffic is nightmarish and you can expect to wait for upward of 2 or more hours for a few km's if you get caught in traffic - familiarise yourself with the public transport rail system, it's fast; punctual; safe; reliable and saves you time! Especially if you're trying to make the most of your time.

- Christine (10/5): Great room and great service - Overall it was an amazing stay the room is very clean and spacious and the service is great. The bed is comfortable and all our requests were fulfilled even our request for a connecting room. The food is great really delicious. The only downside in our stay is bad internet connection, at times the connection is good and often times there is no connection but when we call the front desk they immediately send someone to fix it which is great but well it is much better of you don't have to always call for the wifi to be fixed. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I come back to bkk

Can sleep up to 4 person although they put it as 2 person. Everthings is ok and definitely will come again for this rate. BTS station is just a minutes away.

The BTS is just a short walk up the street witch will get u pritty much anywhere u want. We took it the first night to kosan Rd then our last night the the amazing Chatuachuk weekend market, thats a must see. There is also a pritty cool mall just down the road as well with good food at very cheap prices. The hotel staff r so nice. They helped us with anything we needed and were very happy to do so. - Verified traveler (4/5): felt unwelcome to stay here - This stay was the end of our Honeymoon so we paid for a Poolside room which was a mistake. Surrounding the pool everyone congregated to smoke so as non smokers were could not leave our room door open. Right outside our room we were greeted by a large pot full of cigarette butts which stank. It seems to have been cleared once in our week stay. The pool room was really just ground floor access but would rather be higher away from the stink of cigarettes. Breakfast was included in our stay but unless you were there early don't expect much as it seems that breakfast is supplied from a budget and popular things run out quickly. One one occasion we had an accident with a coffee cup. Due to the stacking technique of cup on saucer they were very unstable when collecting on the low shelf where they were stored. We dropped a cup on one occasion but before any attempt to clean up the break the staff rushed over and demanded we pay for the break. Other customers showed their shock at this treatment but this was the last straw. If we had not paid for a week here we would have left. On all our travels we have never felt so unwelcome and unhappy as we were with Qui Hotel.

- Sam (10/5): Nice hotel with swimming pool - No complaints about this hotel. Front desk staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had new items every morning. There's an omelette station, typical western breakfast items like toast, ham, sausage, poached eggs and a selection of Thai dishes and fresh tropical fruits. Some Thai dishes can be spicy - but get used to it - you're in Thailand now. Room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: hairdryer, small fridge, hidden safe and a TV (although TV has mainly local Thai channels). There was a DVD player in my room. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. My room had a bathtub and a separate shower stall with decent water pressure. Excellent location in Sukhumvit right next to BTS SkyTrain On Nut station. TescoLotus, a giant supermarket with large food court can be accessed directly from BTS station. Some inexpensive street food can be found near the hotel. There's a massage place right next door. Also 7/11 on the corner that's open 24/7. If I come to Bangkok again - I'll stay here again. Excellent price and the fact that SyTrain is just a short walk from the hotel makes it a huge advantage.

Small gym facility and beautiful pool area. Quiet side street very close to Tesco and BTS. Friendly staff. However hotel has lost some of its overall ambiance with big water feature in the center not working. Bleach should be used to clean mould build up in shower area and wall paper will need attention soon.
- Alice (10/5): Cheap Price with High Quality - It's not a big brand hotel but a cozy hotel. Neighbourhoods come out to the pool side chit chatting.... drinking wine...at night, feeling comfortable. Staffs are friendly, when our taxi just arrived at the hotel bell boy quickly came out to take our baggages inside and receptions always stand up while talking to guests(so polite). I stayed here with my boyfriend and my other two couples friend, we love here so much. My boyfriend and I took a photo with the reception staff before leaving to airport, they were really nice! The first time I'm writing review so detail because it worth me to spend time writing here!
