• Dagmar (1/5): Hrôza - Milá bola pani Veronica, ktorá nám podala všetky informácie, o ktoré sme ju požiadali Okrem personálu sa mi tam nepáčilo vôbec nič. Hneď po príchode dnu to bolo cítiť zatuchlinou. Najhoršia bola kúpeľňa, ktorá kdeže bola nonstop zatvorená, po použití sprchy neskutočne páchla plesňou. A mohli to zakryť čímkoľvek, ten smrad proste raz vyjde na povrch. Jedna osuška bola neskutočne špinavá, boli na nej zvyšky plesne. Na matraci mal syn nalepenú žuvačku. Toto ubytovanie by som si uz nikdy viac nevybrala pre svoj pobyt v Neapole

• Rosca (5/5): La Napoli as reveni dar nu si la acest apartament. - Locație excelenta, lângă cartierul spaniol, am putut vizita locurile turistice fără a fi nevoie sa circulam cu transportul public. Condițiile de la apartament foarte modest si vechi. As fi preferat sa achit mai mult pentru a avea condiții mai bune de cazare. Ne-am cazat aproape de ultimul etaj, scări foarte înguste si naște, a fost o adevărată încercare să ne urcăm la apartament mai ales cu căruciorul pentru copii.

• Nina (7/5): Posizione eccellente nel cuore di Napoli, personale gentile e cordiale, ma non credo di tornarci perché molto difficolto - Struttura ben ideata, mini appartamento con vari comfort! Il balconcino in comune con l’altra stanza, scale infinite e di uno spessore mai visto prima alte e usurate (più volte stavo per cadere dalle scale) corridoio strettissimo non adatto ad persona che soffre di claustrofobia,
• Samantha (4/5): - Bis auf das die Gegend wirklich super war -man war mitten im spanischen Viertel - kann ich die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Die 103 Treppenstufen bis oben waren nicht das Problem. Aber mangelnde Sauberkeit! Handtücher mit Haaren und Flecken, ich mag gar nicht wissen, welche Flecken das waren. Bad wirklich dreckig, da wurde nicht einmal geputzt. Barthaare am Waschbecken, Dusche auch echt dreckig und schimmelig und Kalk an den Duschwänden. Teppich im Bad richtig eklig. Nehmt euch am besten Badeschuhe auch in die Dusche mit und eigene Handtücher. Klo naja, Klodeckel war locker und ohne Desinfektionstücher wollte ich mich da auch nicht drauf setzen. Kühlschrank hätte ich auch nicht benutzen wollen.. Erstmal alles desinfiziert, was man anfassen muss. Bett war noch das beste an allem. Zumindest das schien einigermaßen sauber, wenn man nicht genauer hinsieht. Auf den Boden am besten gar nicht achten, auch echt nicht sauber. Am Tisch klebten auch Sachen, die nicht lecker aussahen. Insgesamt wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Auch wenn es gut gelegen ist und nicht so teuer, aber Sauberkeit ist das A und O, bei egal welchen Preiskategorien - das war hier nicht gegeben. Personal - naja, bei Anreise kam jemand vorbei und hat uns die Schlüssel gegeben, über WhatsApp erreichbar. Also das war okay. Aber so würde ich das Apartment nicht wieder buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Héberger des gents à un endroit pareil c'est de l'escroquerie manifeste. Booking devrait radier ce type de logements. En cas d'accident, incendie explosion les habitants des derniers étages sont prisonniers comme des rats.

La metropolitana è a pochi metri La struttura era poco pulita, soprattutto il bagno, la doccia piena di calcare e servirebbe una bella manutenzione.Anche la parte esterna era quasi impraticabile per come era sporca. • Natalie (10/5): Lovely apartment with incredible staff - I cannot speak highly enough of my visit, the location was very central, so you could get to all the sights (and the metro) fast, but you also had a lovely view from the room, which in itself was lovely. The room in general was very nice, and I appreciated that we had the choice to cook for ourselves when we were too tired to go out. Finally I want to give a shoutout to the staff who were incredibly helpful everytime we asked for help or had a question!

The apartment was in prime historic Naples, where everyone comes to shop and pass the time. The area has shopping, restaurants and attractions. Easy access to metro station to get to other parts of Naples. Good value. The apartment is share with two separate rooms for families with common kitchen and dining space. Each room was spacious and each family had key to their own bathroom in the hallway. We had the apartment to ourselves for all but the last day of our stay. The apartment is also very high up with no elevator, but we planned our days for one trip down and one trip up per day. The price and value made us feel we were still getting a good deal. And we needed the exercise.

Parking hors de prix, mais avons trouver un endroit gratuit où laisser la voiture.Ça été compliqué en fin de journée de monter 6 étages de 105 marches. Étonnement calme en semaine après 11/12h. • Bibi (6/5): Pleasant - The location was amazing!! It was also nice having a (shared) balcony. The guy who checked us in was really nice and helpful. And even told us where we could go around the area and what not to miss! The stairs… omg that was an overkill. It was at the top so the stairs were long and impressive to say the least. We had a room next to the washing room. So it ws hot and smelled like a laundromat. The bed was weird and plasticky. The room was normal nothing special. The shared balcony was also weird. We didn’t have anyone staying next to us, but the idea was a bit uncomfortable that other people could look inside and we didn’t leave anything outside either!

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dal host in modo molto sbrigativo, infastidito perché a suo dire dovevamo avvisarlo che eravamo in ritardo di 30 Min rispetto all orario indicato. Sul ritardo ha ragione ma la motivazione è che abbiamo subito il ritardo della metropolitana per la quale abbiamo dovuto attendere 20 minuti e sotto non è presente segnale. Attenzione che se non avete una buona tempra non riuscirete a fare tutti e i 5 piani di scale( ascensore non presente). La posizione è ottimale per visitare napoli, la stanza è abbastanza pulita e confortevole. Sempre riguardo all accoglienza non è presente nessuna bevanda.

• Hamon (10/5): Un cadre idéal au cœur de la vie napolitaine - Bel endroit parfaitement situé, au cœur de Quartieri Spagnoli (quartiers espagnols). Au dernier niveau d’un immeuble ancien, après six petits étages à grimper (ce qui permet une petite mise en jambe avant de parcourir les rues de Naples), on découvre une sorte de toit terrasse. La vue y est fabuleuse, avec, au loin, en face, le château Sant’Elmo. Le soir, de là-haut, on entend le murmure des rues animées, vivantes. Que ce soit avec l’hôte ou son collaborateur, les échanges ont été simples et faciles, et l’accueil, sympathique. En prime, j’ai reçu de très précieux conseils pour mon séjour. Je n’hésiterai aucunement à revenir dans cet hébergement très agréable. Grazie Mille !

• Ronald (6/5): Seven floors up with no elevator. - Seventh floor room with no elevator. You have to carry your baggage up 130 steps similar to a medieval castle. The room is fine but the trip up is challenging. Fortunately my wife wasn’t with me or I would have had to forfeit the rent and found a real hotel. If you like climbing this is the place for you.

• julio (2/5): - Terrible experience when you compare it with my other accommodations in Italy. To begin with the place is in a super noisy neighborhood, ppl drinking in the streets past 2 am, the department is described as sound proofed but I heard all the screams and police in the streets. The building is old and therefore has no elevator (totally understandable) however the stairway is narrow and with no lighting at night (I arrived 8-9 pm) and this is a rooftop unit. The worst part was the dirt and debris in the unit. On top of the table next to the door, In the small patio/terrace, In the rug next to the bed. With mold stains in the seat cushions left next to the door. With greenish/blueish stains in the soap holder in the shower. On top of that the towels were wet! I did not think it twice and left the unit next day. Found a way better option in centro storico. There ar e many things should be mentioned in the description of this place, because not detailing them is misleading.

Stefania was very kind and helpful during check in. The external toilet was slightly inconvenient, even though we were aware of it before booking.

• William (6/5): Couples Stay @ Sui Tetti Di Napoli - The stay was overall okay. Air conditioning worked well, hot water worked, and bed was comfortable. On the bad side, the Wi-Fi was horrible, the mini fridge didn’t stay closed and was not very cool. Be aware sheets are changed every 7 days, and towels every 3. We had to ask the cleaning staff on the 4th evening for new towels because they didn’t come. All that being said, the service from Luigi was outstanding. He was extremely responsive and had to deal with our later than expected check in (2am) because of delayed flights. We had a single issue with the hot water being turned off and he worked it out over WhatsApp within 5 minutes. Overall great service from the host

• Greta (6/5): Esperienza nel cuore di Napoli - Guesthouse vicina alla stazione della metropolitana Toledo, in posizione centrale e molto comoda. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia tengo a precisare che la struttura è priva di ascensore e risulta molto scomodo portare la valigia, soprattutto quando la camera si trova ai piani alti. Inoltre non hanno un deposito bagagli adeguato qualora si arrivasse prima dell’orario del check in. Infine la cattiva insonorizzazione delle stanze ci ha obbligato a dormire con i tappi. Tutto sommato la struttura è consigliata a coloro che vogliono fare base nel cuore di Napoli e vivere nell’autenticità senza troppe pretese.

Det var på grund af terassen jeg valgte det .Det må rettes i beskrivelsen! Det rum var ledigt og vi ville gerne betale det mere for at få det , men det kunne ikke lade sig gøre af en anledning . Efter skuffelsen havde lagt sig var vi glade for at bo der. Det ligger godt , er pænt indrettet , rent og fint lille køkken med div ting og kaffe og te. Det var dejlig sted. Privat Toilet og bad på gangen var fint. Ville gerne bo der igen , på taget .

This is really a room For a couple and one child. I knew there were stairs and no lift but the stairs are tight, and very winding at the top.
• Samuel (10/5): Excellent Stay in Naples! - Sui Tetti was an excellent apartment in Naples and the perfect oasis from Naples noise and crowd! I loved exploring the neighborhood surrounding the apartment - very walkable to major piazzas and the local subway stops. The apartment was incredibly quiet and came with a small, wonderful balcony. The room was very clean and a firm bed (which I loved). Highly recommend for couples and solo travelers. Just note, that the apartment was at the top the apartment building (hence the quiet), with the last couple of flight of stairs being a bit steep. If you have trouble climbing stairs with luggage then consider booking elsewhere (no elevator).

Great location 1 block from Via Toledo (main street for shopping, restaurants etc.) and walking distance to attractions. Our contact Daniel was very nice and allowed us to keep our bags in the laundry room until our room was ready. Tips/Notes: Located on small street with no signage so difficult to find. May not be an issue if using taxi recommended by B&B. No taxis were available when we arrived, so used a taxi at the train station queue. Locals tried to help us, but we went in circles. Thankfully our B&B contact found us. Be prepared for stairs – our apartment was 9 flights up. Great to balance all the pastries/food consumed, but we were tired from days of traveling Europe so the stairs were a challenge. Know what all the keys are for. A gate on the 7th floor was locked and we didn’t realize we had the key! Apt had 2 rooms with 2 separate WC’s with shared kitchen/dinning. The 2nd room wasn’t occupied until our last night which was good as you can hear everything. When they came in at 2am, they woke us up. And, we had to walk by their room to get to our WC, so we may have disturbed them too. The city is a party all night, but the window shutters blocked the sound.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - These appartments a right in the center (if there is one) of Naples. They are on the two top floors of the building, so that you will have a very nice view, while beeing at the same time being somewhat away from the street noise. I will go there again!
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Cose positive: posizione ottima, vista incredibile sulla zona , comodita a raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro storico e punti d interesse. Cose negative: appartamento molto trascurato all esterno zona terrazza, bagno molto molto piccolo, sedentoti sul wc si tocca il muro con le ginocchia, climatizzatore che non scalda quindi abbastanza freddo sia nella camera che nel bagno, acqua calda nella doccia a singhiozzo, nell insieme non molto confortevole

• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel centrico - El hotel esta bien pero no tiene elevador y esta en un 5 piso lo cual complica si llevas mucho equipaje o para personas mayores de edad. El lugar no se ve muy bien por fuera pero las habitaciones y el baño estan muy limpios y bien cuidados, ademas la persona encargada es muy amable y agradable.
• CAROLE (8/5): HOTEL SUI TETTI - Accueil très agréable et personnalisé (j'ai été contacté par téléphone pour indiquer mon heure d'arrivée et j'étais attendu). Pour le départ, très simple, j'ai pu laisser mon bagage et repasser le prendre en milieu d'après-midi, poser les clés et partir (donc arrivée et départ vraiment très simple) Chambre, salle de bain, cuisine très propres. Il manque peut-être une télé dans la chambre ? Très bonne expérience, comme il n'y a que 2 chambres c'est très calme et très bien placé à 100 mètres du métro et à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants, du théâtre... Très bon rapport qualité-prix surtout hors saison, 35 euros la nuit
• Martin (8/5): - Limpieza y comodidad de la habitación y servicios, sorprende ya que la escalera donde esta ubicada da un poco de "miedo", pero no deja de estar al acorde del barrio donde se encuentra, muy centrico por otra parte, a dos minutos escasos de la estacion de metro de "Toledo" y a 10 minutos a pie de la parada del bus del aeropuerto
• C B (6/5): napoli! - Doesn't say on hotels.com that its four-five stories. Steps. Not for people who are not physically strong and or people who have a lot of lagguge. Also didn't mention that it's an apartment type. Two rooms. Other room for other guests... if you are safety conscious...but they do give you your own keys- six to be exact. Anyways, great view, big room, would stay there again. Great very great location.
• Alison (10/5): Neapolitan Charm and Hospitality-Excellent! - Amazing, stunning, perfect! The apartment and service epitomises Neapolitan charm, hospitality and style. As soon as I arrived to the train station Naples, I was welcomed by the apartment manager. He took me to the apartment and even gave me a tour of the city! I was stunned by the hospitality and friendliness which made me feel right at home! The location is in the heart of Napoli (just off the main street) so it is very convenient-close to shops, cafes, metro etc. and the perfect base for sightseeing! I loved grabbing my morning coffee nearby and walking around the beautiful city. I fell in love with the studio on the roof of the building. It was perfect for a solo traveller like me who enjoys her peace and independence. Clean, stylish, modern and comfortable! It has an outdoor patio area with breathtaking views of the city. It really felt like a holiday when I sat outside, reading a book, enjoying the views and listening to the hustle and bustle of charming Neapolitan life. The apartment itself is lovely with great wifi, air conditioning and coffee making supplies! Wake up to stunning views and Italian coffee! I definitely recommend staying here.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Déçue. - 6ème etage sans ascenseur non précisé dans l annonce! J ai dû payer le double de taxe que ce qui etait prévu et je n ai pas eu l appartement que j ai réservé! J ai eu un simple t1 alors que nous devions avoir la suite 2 chambres!!!! Et la terrasse privative est en fait commune a plusieurs appart avec 1 seule table!!!! La femme de menage n est passé qu une fois dans la semaine au lieu de 2 et le sol etait tres salle a notre arrivée! Par contre Fulvio nous a chaleureusement accueilli. Je ne recommande pas cet appart!

• Giacomo (10/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - A due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito, in un quartiere servitissimo da pizzerie e ristoranti ottimi (anche nei prezzi), è un B&B ottimo per chi vuole visitare la città stando al centro e muovendosi a piedi senza rinunciare a conoscere un quartiere rimasto autentico (Montecalvario). La struttura è pulita, spaziosa, curata e confortevole. Come dice il nome, è all'ultimo piano ed essendo un edificio antico, non c'è l'ascensore, quindi se le scale sono un problema allora non fa per voi. In caso contrario sarete immersi in un quartiere che vi travolgerà con suoni e profumi.

Should go up 85 steep steps up to the apartment and to the roof of another about 15 steps . And that's not all: The apartment has two bedrooms . If you book one room , you may find yourself sharing the apartment with strangers who took the second room , living room and kitchen are shared . Although there are two bathrooms , one for each bedroom , but not adjacent to the bedrooms . That is the transition from the bathroom to the bedroom is through the common area . If none of this bothers you , maybe you will enjoy from the apartment , which is located in a good location .
