- Shashwat (4/5): - I recently stayed at your hotel for 2 nights and unfortunately, I had a highly unsatisfactory experience. I feel compelled to bring the following issues to your attention, as they significantly impacted my stay:
1. Internet Issues: The internet connection was unreliable and didn't work properly throughout my stay, which was very frustrating.
2. Plumbing Issues: The water in the washroom was not draining, which caused a significant inconvenience.
3. Noise Disturbance: There was excessive noise from the nearby nightclub throughout the night, which made it impossible for me to get any rest.
4. Lack of Coffee Supplies: There was no milk available for coffee, despite it being an essential part of the room amenities.

- WAI SUM (10/5): - Very Good
- Christine (4/5): - Smelled like smoke all over, asked for towels twice and toilet paper. Did not come until we has to ask a third time
- Dieu (10/5): - Everything
- Dennis (6/5): - Bathroom is small. There is no kettle in room but you can have one at request.
- Labib (4/5): - The property has bad odour. Staff were nice and freindly. Would not book here again.
- PAULO (2/5): - Dirty, bathroom floods with water alter a single shower, smoking smell even in the non smoking floor
- Donald (6/5): - I cannot stand when one has A/C and it is hard pointed at you ... no adjustments possible. So, even though room is set to 24C one cannot be anything but cold (including under sheets) all the time.
One key card provided thus A/C is only one when you are there.
Each time key card is re-entered you'll need to reset the breakers!
Make sure you flick the hot water heater. The first day ... cold showers (but in Dubai ... their cold water is NOT cold!!!
Did not eat there. Too many other alternatives nearby.
Setting was exactly as desired.
- Marina (2/5): - I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I have to describe my experience with the hotel.
I requested a non-smoking room, which was provided to me with a tiny remark, which I had no idea about. There is a shisha place downstairs with a very poor ventilation system, so the smoke from there spreads all over the hotel. The room was on the 6th floor, with non-opening windows, after a while I felt that I have troubles breathing and handling the smell in general, they put excessive amounts of air freshener to hide the smell that comes from shisha place, which makes things worse. When I came downstairs and complained about the situation, I was notified that the smoke comes from this area, and the only thing they could do for me it is spray more air freshener, which in my situation fixes nothing. I have chronic illnesses and such conditions may contribute to complications in my case, so I tried to state my case to a desk agent that was working that day, and she just laughed at it and said there would be no refund, but I can leave if canât handle the smoke and smell. Just imagine it! She found the whole thing laughable! Wow!
I wouldnât recommend anyone to stay there. And very grateful to Expedia for assistance in resolving this case.
Ralo do chuveiro entupido começou a vazar ågua pelo box deixando todo o banheiro molhado.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Comfortable - Our stay was good. Room and bathroom were clean. Service was very good. The only issue was fewer towels provided than other hotels. On demand they gave us some, but still short of hand towels. Staff was helpful and guided us about places to eat and some new year celebration places.
- Marcus (4/5): - Lack of cleanliness
- Aryan (2/5): - Two nights in HELL!!
We stayed at the smallest room for two nights.
- Although the staff presented any demands as soon as possible, the room was not ready when we checked-in.
- We had no shampoos, and just one soap for two people.
- We did not even had hot water in the bath, so we took a bath with cold-lukewarm water.
-We had no privacy and we could easily hear the people at the other rooms talking to each other.
- The sound of clubs downstairs did not let us to sleep and we could smell cigarettes in our room.
- At 3:30am the reception called us and then apologized for contacting the wrong room.
- During the nights people and staff walked through the hallway and talked and laugh loudly. Nobody was there to control the situation.
- The light in the room was not enough and sometimes we used flashlights of our cellphones.
- Breathing in lobby was not possible due to cigarette smoke and smell.
Generally, this hotel is not suitable for families and couples and even most of the single individuals. We will not go back there even if we have no place to sleep!!!!
- Ameer (8/5): - Overall good
- Noelia (10/5): - Spent a week at this hotel and booked it at a great rate. When we arrived, check in was super smooth. Once I needed my PCR test a medic was called and an appointment was made. Make sure to have cash. If not, one is located down the street. Several shops around and I did a bit of shopping. Ate at the cafe and had many wonderful meals. I called room service and they had a card machine. Keep cash to tip. Staff was respectful and always pleasant. Cabs were called and papers were printed for me. I would stay again in the future.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Although the room was quite small, it seemed liked it was recently renovated. The refrigerator was broken and moldy. The hotel has a creepy vibe to it with lack of privacy. As soon as you walk in to the lobby you are greeted with 4-5 security guards who constantly ask you if you are staying at the hotel. To the right is a security room with over 20 TV screens that monitor activity through out the hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It's good enough compared to its price ! clean rooms and good furnitures
- Ekaterina (10/5): Highly recommend! - The place is surprisingly very good for solo stay. Hotelâs staff is very friendly and room is seems new and clean.
- John (10/5): Amazing experience and Good customer service - Amazing
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Exeptional value for money. Comfortableclean rooms.
Only two issues the smoking rooms has no opening at all inoreder to circulate fresh air in the rooms. Plus at night the AC would not work and was constant in temerature . Being a hotelier we do notice such things. There wa no curtesy call to check if the AC worked or not. The pillows were a bit lumpy.
The plus side is the value for money small cozy yet clean
- mark (8/5): - stayed for a night before a morning flight
close to the metro so just walked to metro to go to airport; seems to be clean, inexpensive hotel
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel provide the same food for breakfast. No change in breakfast menu
- Khalid (4/5): - Meeting at reception is OK. The location is close to the metro station.
The furniture need to be renewed. The breakfast is poor. No cleaning unless you call them. Above all the room is very noisy.
- JAFFFER (6/5): - ÙÙŰȘ ŰȘÙ
ۧÙ
- Pedro (8/5): - Excellent place, but a little bit noisy @ night for the presence of the clubs into the hotel.
- Courtney (4/5): - Very shady place. Staff is control freak and the entire hotel and rooms smelled like cigarettes.
- Husna (4/5): - Shower had barely any water pressure
- Traveler (2/5): - I got a smoking room and was later told I couldnât smoke in my room when I started smoking a cigar because the fire alarm was going off. They removed the alarm in my room and I still could not smoke. I was also received two phone calls from the hotel staff asking if I want a âmassageâ from a beautiful girl.
- Emmanuel (8/5): Good Hotel in the city & closer to airport - My stay was okay. The director/manager was a good guy and Tahir was fantastic. They upgraded my room from standard to executive due to inappropriate information. However, the hotel receptionists/officers need to cultivate habit of reasoning with guest issues and provide solutions as regards to accommodation. This will keep the guest to patronize the hotel another time and not just money.
Above all, I recommend the hotel for family on holiday, workers and for anybody who want to stay in the city and close to airport.
- Shoaib (6/5): last resort - hotel refused to provide kettle in the room, (being a 3 star). gave us the smallest possible room. i booked for twin bed but they gave me one queen bed.
- Muhammad (10/5): Nice and clean. - Only stayed overnight, but happy with the hospitality for the time being.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Final Night Fun - The hotel is so clean and the shower is amazing! We stayed one night before our early morning flight home, and we checked out before breakfast, so I cannot comment on the food. I can say that the thumping from the night clubs, there are three in the hotel, starts about midnight. With earplugs it wasnât a problem, but again, we only stayed for one night. I didnât go for a dip in the pool, but the spa is wonderful! I had a massage, followed by a steam, and it was worth every penny. Everyone was so nice, and my masseuse, Kacey, was a gem. She was welcoming, gave a relaxing massage, and was friendly, too. This was a nice way to end our time in Dubai.
- Hamad El Neel (8/5): Good hotel - Good location .near to metro station .comfortable and reasonable breakfast
- Abimbola Blessing (10/5): Nice place to be during but holidays - Lovely place to be stay whenever u looking for where to stay during ur break, lovely, lively people to be with
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good but could be better - Overall great place. The fact that there was a nightclub on the second floor, you could hear loud music throughout the building sometimes past midnight.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good for short stay - the hotel and their service was good, the only problem i had was there are noises around our room which was disturbing during the night
- Ahmed (8/5): - Too noisy , couldn't get much sleep bc of the loud music and people making a lot of noise outside my room .
- Folashade (8/5): Not bad but could be better - The area did it for me, close to amenities such as restaurants, metro and shops. The hotel is good enough but needs improvement in some ways, they don't have sauna, gym or heat room. Air condition stopped working a few times and got really hot, lastly the hotel receptionist asked me to sign a form while checking out, tank God I read before signing as it states that am agreeing to them to deduct money from my acct after I had paid all that needs to be paid; for that reason I refused to sign. I hope they won't take money from my acct, am on the lookout as I ve my payment receipt. But overall it not a bad place to stay
- Graeme (10/5): Close to Airport & Restaurants - This was a one night stopover in transit. The hotel is perfectly postion about 300 meter walk from the Al Riggs metro station. This made it very easy to catch the train directly from the airport the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby the Hotel. The pool on the rooftop was good.
- Business Man (6/5): Nice Hotel in General - It is nice hotel. Room is clean, quite and really wide.Hotel staff are friendly. However ever they have to stop holding customers passport . WiFi was free during my stay but was protected with password and was really hectic to log in every time. If it is free it should be free and log in once would be enough.
- LisaH (8/5): Good location hotel - Check in was quite slow but the room was clean and comfortable. Only problem is, the shower is clogged. After showing for 3 minutes, the shower area was full with used water. Called up the reception, they mentioned that they will look into it,but no one came. Only thing I like about this hotel was the great location for amenities.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient and clean Hotel - Convenient and clean Hotel
- Verified traveler (6/5): - ++ Hotel was nice and stuff hospitality
-- night club at the door & sonud of music
Noisy until 5th flowr
- Verified traveler (2/5): Seedy and cramped - Prostitutes out in the street / Russian go-go "dancers" in bar across from front desk /
Left hotel and lost deposit - Pool closed at 7pm? / Felt bad for the front desk girls who were nice
