Adequate seating area and good TV with extra channels; disney channel was great for our granddaughter. Great for tram stop. Some road noise but it is on the main promenade so to be expected.

Lisa (3/5): Very disappointed, I couldn’t understand how they could take a £200 deposit for damages and charge you £55 for cleaners - Dishwasher was clean not full of floaters Bad cooking smells when walked in main door. 2 night stay with daughters. Arrived Friday night, No hot water in the building till the next day. Floors were dirty, especially the bathroom , towels looked like they hadn’t been washed and spots of blood on one. I had to spend a lot of time messaging and talking on the phone to the manager they sent cleaners over to change towels and clean everything. We felt so uncomfortable. No normal tv channels on either tv couldn’t really watch anything.

Caroline (7/5): - Good parking, comfortable apartment, lots of hot water, beautiful beach view, staff very pleasant and easy to deal with. When we got there the apartment was very cold and the beds were especially cold. We put the heating on and after the first day the place felt warmer, it would have been nice if it had been warm for us arriving.

Very spacious, took a couple of hours to get used to the layout, got lost a few times! The hosts were only a phone call away for any issues that may have arose, however we had no need to call. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk plentiful in kitchen which was a greatly appreciated, plus enough toilet roll for our family of 5. Stunning views from our windows and able to watch the sunset. Comfy beds! Thank you Granada apartments! We will return :) Nothing

The lift did not work, the apartment, while clean, could really have done with touch ups in paint, a bit rough around the edges, They are marketed as deluxe and priced accordingly, it feels a bit more like as many beds as possible have been put in the apartment making it feel not very deluxe, Furniture is quite basic Good if you are a large family or party , it may feel better value for money, but it sleeps 10 and only has living room seating and dining for 6,

Angela (5/5): Looks good but not to stay in. - The view and spacious rooms were lovely. The quality of the bedding and towels were terrific The living room seating was rock hard, very uncomfortable. The bed mattresses were well past their best and should be replaced ASAP.
James (10/5): Perfect - Very welcoming from the owner/manager, We loved our stay here in a perfect location nice and quiet but just a tram ride to where ever you wanted to go. The rooms are very well kept and cleaners do an amazing job would rate more than 10 if there was a higher score to give we will definitely be back Nothing

Mr (10/5): Location, apartments excellent as was the fact someone was just on the end of a phone if any problem - Location very convenient Friendly and helpful communication with lady on the phone People did not always shut both doors to lift which was annoying when leaving on last day with luggage

Eden (8/5): - Good location, clean room , in general not bad place to stay, this is the second time we use Granada, (different location from previous) we were more satisfied with everything in there. The kettle is very old, not enough chairs to dinning, some rustic in the shower shelf, too small sink in bathroom, the price is not fair for the size of the room.

Blackmore (10/5): Granada apartments awesome - Brilliant apartment and clean and tidy will be staying there again with more family coming along. Cant fault anything had a great weekend stay and very quiet. Had a curtesy call to see if everything ok and thought was great. Hard to say wat didnt like other than the seagulls lol

Mark (7/5): Not what we were expecting - Clean and comfortable Slightly drafty from the windows and the lift broke while we were there and we were on the third floor. This was not the original apartment we had booked in the building.That apartment looked to be occupied by someone else because there was a lot of food about not just a workman as we had been told.

Paul (9/5): I requested a super cleaned room due to one in our party having severe cleanliness issue, all ok - Room o ly basis, the room surpassed our expectations in every way. tea/coffee provided was excellent. The weather was terrible on arrival, the sea front location meant there was quite loud wind noise all the first night, the second night though was silent.

Alana (10/5): Great place, would stay again 10/10 - The whole booking from start to finish was easy. The apartment was exactly as described and it was very easy to get into the centre of Blackpool. All in all, a very enjoyable short break. The staff were also absolutely amazing, and very quick to respond to messages. Also I appreciated the small touches like the tea bags and milk - even though I brought my own, these little touches make a difference. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
