- Noor Balilah (6/5): Adequate - Good breakfast, private beach n polite staff The resort poorly maintained.The children’s pool is unsafe due to the broken tiles n the resort offers very limited activities. Also my personal towel was taken by the service staff and it was lost.

- shahrulnor (5/5): - swimming pool,view and croissant super good. Upon entering the bathroom there's a cockroach. The bathroom smell like a cockroach too. My husband kill it and we thought is gonna be okay. But after shower, the water is pooling near to bathroom toilet . Making us very uncomfortable each time using toilet. Before sleep there's one more cockroach suddenly appear near to the outside toilet. To be honest it make me mad but we already too tired and already unpack our thing. So my husband kill it again. Early morning we check out after breakfast.

- Dupont (8/5): Hôtel correct mais vieillissant - La piscine enfant. L'accès à la plage. Le restaurant correct. Le personnel aimable. Un vrombissement permanent assez fort qui doit correspondre à un générateur, ou à la climatisation des locaux communs, attenant à la chambre. Bruit très gênant ! Dommage de nous avoir attribués cette chambre alors que l'hôtel semblait presque vide. Une piscine fermée pour rénovation et une deuxième qui mériterait un coup de neuf et de propre.

- Itchy-Feet (5/5): "Spooky" Baustelle statt Resort – Ein Albtraum - Der Meerblick. größte Enttäuschung unserer Reise. Hier hat der Fotograf ganze Arbeit geleistet, um eine Realität vorzugaukeln, die vor Ort nicht existiert. Das Modernste an der gesamten, veralteten Anlage waren ironischerweise die Lichtschalter. Unsere Erfahrung: Die Anlage: Das gesamte Areal wirkte verlassen und 'spooky', fast wie in einem Horrorfilm. Die Umgebung glich einer einzigen Baustelle. Pool-Desaster: Von den zwei versprochenen Pools war kein einziger in Betrieb – bei den Temperaturen eine absolute Zumutung. Der Strand: Während der hoteleigene Strandabschnitt noch sauber war, glich der direkt angrenzende Bereich einer offenen Müllhalde. Ein trauriger Anblick. Service & Preis: Wir hatten ursprünglich drei Nächte bezahlt, wollten aber nach dem ersten Blick ins Zimmer sofort auf eine Nacht verkürzen. Mit viel Geduld gelang die Umbuchung, allerdings wurde die eine Nacht dadurch unverhältnismäßig teuer. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier ein schlechter Witz.

Gutes Wifi, Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Erwachsenenpool geschlossen. Bad würde etwas Renovierung benötigen, aber sauber.

- Gillian (3/5): - I could imagine that this would have been a wonderful hotel when first built. It has a lovely open plan lay out and is attached to a golf course that is well maintained and we had a couple of great games. However the hotel is not well maintained and in such disrepair that it really should be closed or at least only open the sections that had been refurbished. Our room smelt of damp and mould and we asked to change but it appeared all the rooms on the bottom floor smelt the same. We upgraded to a suite which smelt better but could not be compared in any way for size, comfort or cleanliness to the standard room at the Ancassa hotel an hour away, and cost a lot more. You could barely see through the glass doors, the couch was stained and the kitchen sink was stained and rusted. Chairs in the dining room were badly stained and tables were cleared but not cleaned. Lacked cleanliness and everywhere you looked there was security tape cordoning off areas because the roof was falling in, the balustrades rusted through, pool closed off, rooms under repair. However in the 2 days we were there, we saw no evidence of any work or workers. The adult pool has been out of action for many months with a recent update indicating it will not be fixed till 2027. It is surrounded by an ugly metal fence.

- Noor Khaizura (4/5): Not really happy for the overall staying. - The environment and scenery was nice and beautiful. Breakfast ok not bad. Staff are friendly and politely. The facilities and room really need improvement. I heard the adult pool was under maintenance for a long time ago and until now still under construction. The kids pool also need to do a maintenance, there is a lot of damage on the floor. The toilet rooms are not in a good condition.

- Naidatul (9/5): The overall ambiance was enjoyable, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and kind. - The surrounding environment The room air conditioners, shower knob, and kids’ pool were not properly maintained. We also suggest providing options for families with disabled child, as delays during room check-in led to children becoming upset while waiting. The availability of kids’ rooms would help improve this experience.
- Ida (9/5): Great beachfront stay for families. Will repeat ! - Although the place is a bit run down but facilities are well kept. Kids liked it. Also food and breakfast was good. Croissants baked on the spot and was soft and crisp! The toilet smells bit. I have complained to front desk prior to checkout. Very politely apologizing and ensure they are upgrading. Also i suggest to consider a convenient store at hotel. Driving out takes 10-15mins. Easy for late night cravings.

The kids pool was open but it was mouldy with green water but the hotel still allowed kids to use the mouldy pool. Room floor was dirty and it was dusty at the side of the.bed.

- Hilmi (6/5): Hmm the dining area make it worst - The Room was Nice The dining area was very dirty. The tables and chairs had bird droppings, and the tables were not cleaned properly even though the staff were around.
