- Karli (3/5): Would not book again. - Being walking distance of stores. The food was terrible. Every day we got more and more disappointed by the buffet options. We had to leave to go eat at restaurants. I expected at least water to be free to drink. The waterslide closed before 5pm the pool closed at 8 it just felt like they didn’t want anyone in the pool at all. Also the beach had a ton of trash on it. Very dirty.

- Pechhacker (8/5): Top Lage - Das Hotel und die Lage sind top auch das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Das Essen war leider nicht so gut. Das Buffet am Abend war nicht zufriedenstellend. Am Morgen war es OK. Wobei das Essen in Beachbar wieder sehr gut ist.

- Carmen Laganà (6/5): Resort bello, ma cibo e servizio da rivedere. - La posizione davvero top nel centro di Malia e sulla spiaggia. Camere nuove e spaziose, Bar della spiaggia e colazione ottima. Non se perché, forse era Ottobre, ma il cibo della cena non era all'altezza..Poca varietà, qualità molto scadente, se arrivi a fine orario rischi anche di non trovare più nulla. Altra cosa negativa è che noi clienti dobbiamo apparecchiarci e sparecchiarci la tavola, davvero molto assurdo, e irrispettoso vedere questo in un resort. Accoglienza dello staff molto fredda, poca cordialità, al check-in non siamo stati accompagnati alla stanza. Zero intrattenimento. Non c'è possibilità di scegliere se fare pranzo o cena per la mezza pensione. Se venite ad Ottobre consiglio solo di fare colazione, sperando non sia così nei periodi estivi...

- Alla (8/5): - Отель рядом с морем! 2 бассейна на территории. Для детей и взрослых. Рядом прокат машин, возможность взять машину для поездок по острову, собственная парковка. Много катались, прокладывая собственные маршруты. Дружелюбный персонал, белье, полотенца меняли очень часто, ухоженная территория. Кормили вкусно, разнообразно. При заселении захотели взять с нас плату за кондиционер, несмотря на то, что это было заявлено при бронировании. Пришлось доказывать.Утюг, держатель для душа были неисправны. Очень маленькая душевая кабинка с постоянно вытекающей водой из неё. Отсутствовал освежитель воздуха для туалета. Нам не хватило УДОБНЫХ розеток. Неудобно расположенная тумбочка к кроватям, (нам достался номер с двумя кроватями) Но по другому никак т.к помещение маленькое и иначе не открыть дверь на балкон. Освещение номера слабое.

- Tibor (8/5): A szállás és a személyzet teljesen rendben volt. - A reggeli rendben volt. A környék szintén rendben volt, olyan görögös. A vacsora kicsit egyhangú volt. Sajnos kisgyerekeknek semmiféle program nem volt, viszont a személyzet nagyon kedves. Gyerekprogram nem volt. Sajnos az idő nem volt teljesen optimális, ezért próbáltunk valami beltéri programot keresni, ami nagyon nehézkes.
- Cheffy67 (8/5): Aeolos Beach Resort Malia - Located in Malia with easy access to tavernas, nightclubs and bars, this hotel holds a good position. The hotel has extremely hard working staff who work tirelessly to try and make a good experience for guests, in a hotel with limited possibiities. There is a beach with loungers, but although part of the hotel, one is expected to pay 10€ each for the priviledge of enjoying them. There are beach actvities (paragliding,banana, sofa rides etc plus jet ski), all at a cost, as these are all open to the public. We enjoyed the small, but well maintained pool area. There is a second pool for children, but not many used it, sadly. Board basis is bed and breakfast, but guests were forbidden from having their own food at the pool area, as there is a beach bar selling drinks and snacks. I think this opens at night for business. The restaurant area is plain and unassuming and reasonably comfortable. The area is closed outside of mealtimes, therefore if it rains families would be restricted to rooms or the beach bar. The restaurant area was kept spotlessly clean and the somewhat limited culinary efforts were always well stocked. Any spillage was rapidly removed. Guests cleared their own tables which was new to us, but maybe thats a 3 star thing. The rooms were well attended, and kept spotless by hard working and very pleasant staff. All in all, if you are looking for sunshine in a pleasant but unexciting setting at a reasonable initial cost then this is the place for you. Bear in mind the added costs - aircon, changing beach towels, room safe and drinks by the pool etc.

Disappointing that the tray wasn’t removed from the buffet to be cooked properly, we only received a sorry apology after an example was shown to the chef.

- Irina (9/5): - Hotelul se află pe malul mării, iar seara este foarte plăcut la cină, în aer liber, cu muzică grecească și apus pe fundal. Mâncarea a fost gustoasă, diversificată, fructe la toate mesele, iar personalul foarte amabil, am ajuns la ora 9 dimineața, iar doamna de la recepție ne-a trimis direct la micul dejun, apoi la checkin. Piscinele erau bine întreținute, iar la 2 minute de mers pe malul mării in stanga, se afla o plajă frumoasă și lată cu nisip fin. Apa mării curata, la fel și plajele. Un angajat mereu curata piscinele, gazonul și florile de pe domeniul hotelului. Un mic detaliu neplăcut, dusul nu avea ușă în față, nici prag, doar pereți laterali, astfel ca la fiecare duș baia se umplea de apă.

Két órával előtte kirakva, a tükörtojás kiszáradva, az alkalmazott miatt kell sorba állni a pirítósért mert ők is akkor sütögetik. A pultnál állva esznek a vendégeket nézve csámcsognak...A kifogyott tálakat nem cserélik. Elképesztő.

L’acqua viene fornita solo a colazione, a cena invece devi aspettare che la cameriera sia libera per ordinare delle bottigliette mini d’acqua. Per guadagnare pochi euro, date un pessimo servizio. Basta poco per far sentire a disagio gli ospiti. Sarebbe molto più saggio caricare il costo dell’acqua sulla camera. Pessima scelta, mi avete rovinato il soggiorno presso questa bella struttura.

- Mohammad (9/5): Ich kann euch das nicht empfehlen, - Ich war mit meiner Familie da gewesen, war sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand direkt am Zentrum Ich hatte diese Unterkunft von meiner Familie gebucht gehabt. Als wir ankamen, war unser Zimmer angeblich die Dusche kaputt gewesen, obwohl es vermietet war. Nachhinein haben wir es falsch gestellt. Man muss für die liegen zahlen, obwohl alle Plätze frei sind. Man bekommt kein Cola man bekommt kein Wasser und immer gab’s immer das gleiche zu essen und es hat auch knapp nie geschmeckt. Meistens habe ich immer Obst, und weil es so warm war und das Essen mir nicht geschmeckt hat, hab ich meistens sogar Essen bestellt oder von draußen gegessen und am letzten Tag hatte ich bei der Rezeption gefragt wie viel würde ein Taxi kosten zum Flughafen und ob sie kann da anzurufen und einmal nachzufragen. Sie hatte nicht mal da angerufen gehabt und hat einfach gesagt das würde 80 € kosten weil wir sechs Personen sind dann hatte ich nach paar Minuten selber angerufen gehabt beide Taxis Station dann hatte ich auf einmal plötzlich ne anderen Preis bekommen 70 €. Ich weiß es sind vielleicht nur zehn Euro aber trotzdem für 28 Minuten Fahrt. Ich weiß, dass es auch Saison ist. Eigentlich würde man viel viel weniger zahlen. Ich rate euch am besten direkt beim Flughafen euch ein Auto zu mieten, solange ihr da seid. wenn ich sieben Tage da seid am besten dann für sieben Tage buchen, dann spart ihr ne Menge Geld. ich kann euch das nicht empfehlen. Wir haben auf jeden Fall ne Menge Geld bezahlt und haben immer das selbe gegessen und man muss für alles extra zahlen. Beim Abendessen bekommst du keine Getränke. Und wenn du dich abends draußen auf der liege dich hinlegen möchtest, musst du sogar extra zahlen, obwohl da keiner sitzt, die Sonnenuntergang genießen möchtest.

Balcon agréable. Le plupart des membres du staff adorables et accueillants. Belle piscine et espaces autour. Le bar le soir- personnel adorable, choix des boissons, magnifique vue. Très Belle plage avec sable fin. La nourriture n’était pas bonne- du tout! J’avais l’impression que les produits étaient les moins chers, surgelés ou a base de poudre, pas de jus de fruits frais. Très peu de choix pour les végétariens - légumes bouilles sans goût, le poisson Pangus (poisson bas de gamme) servie tout les deux jours). Même l’eau est payant le soir. Le pire c’est que c’est un « Beach Resort » mais les transats et parasols étaient payants ! 10€ par personne par jour !!! Alors que les hôtels à l’entour ( a 20 mètres) étaient gratuits pour leurs clients et seulement 6€ par personne pour les autres. Aussi, la musique non stop et forte ( comme dans une boite de nuit) était insupportable. Pas d’endroit calme pour se détendre et lire ou discuter…sauf dans sa chambre. Nous nous sommes réfugiés et restaurés à la plage et aux hôtels voisins. Pas d’animations ou activités organisées.

Nydelig beliggenhet rett ved stranden og et koselig bassengområde. Passe stort hotell som gjør det mer personlig og oversiktlig for gjestene. Mulighet for masse aktiviteter i strandområdet med vannsportanlegget der. Hotellet passer godt for gjester i alle aldersgrupper. Rolig og fredelig, og god søvn. Samtidig bare ca 10 minutters gange til det svært aktive utelivet for særlig de unge og til den koselige gamlebyen. Til tider alt for høy musikk i basseng - og strandområdet. Frokosten kunne vart en time lenger.

- Ana (7/5): Desilusão - Os quartos, embora pequenos, são bastante confortáveis e limpos. As meninas do bar eram simpáticas. Para quem tem crianças, a piscina kids com os escorregas é um plus, exceto quando alugavam para festas de crianças que esgotavam o espaço, ficávamos sem lugar nas espreguiçadeiras e na piscina, para não falar na música num volume ridículo. As fotos enganam bastante, bom marketing. Nota-se que é um hotel mais focado no lucro e muito pouco no conforto dos clientes, tem um staff muito pequeno, e para gerir essa falta, pedem aos clientes para levantar a loiça e despejar os restos no lixo, parecia que tinha voltado à cantina da escola. O pequeno almoço era básico, não tinham staff para estar na bancada de cozinha e fazer ovos, panquecas, etc. O jantar era verdadeiramente fraco. O staff era simpático mas talvez por serem poucos discutiam em frente aos clientes. E não se podia levar comida ou bebidas para a piscina, mais uma vez foco no lucro, para venderem bebidas, tal como na meia pensão não estavam incluídas.

Very early breakfast and dinner finish, so because of that i never took any breakfast and took only 2 from 7 dinners. Because to enjoy during the dinner its nice not to rush. Also i guess thats normal that coffee capsules and water in room are free for guests :)

Housekeeping was the biggest letdown. They didn’t clean the bathroom, make the beds, or organize the room at all. All they did was mop the floor—and even that was unpleasant, as the mop had a strong, foul smell that lingered in the room. This level of cleaning is far below what you’d expect from any hotel. The Wi-Fi situation was another frustration. Although it showed as connected, it simply didn’t work. Not even for basic browsing or messaging. We had to rely entirely on our mobile data during the stay. Breakfast timing is very rigid—served only from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. When you’re on vacation with young kids, it’s unrealistic to expect everyone to be up and ready that early every day. As a result, we ended up having breakfast outside the hotel each morning. The dinner buffet was average—nothing special but not terrible either. However, the desserts were really disappointing, lacking taste and variety. And for a place that welcomes families, it was surprising to find no dedicated kids’ menu available at all. Overall, the hotel has potential but falls short in many basic areas. If you’re traveling with children or expecting a comfortable, well-serviced stay, I’d suggest looking elsewhere until they improve.

- Olegk (7/5): Sammanfattat så var våran vistelse bra, tack vare de utflykter och intressen som vi hittade själva - Väldigt begränsad frukost, förvänta er inte den traditionella all inclusive hotell med 4-5 stjärnor. Min son åt frukost från andra dagen ute för hotellet hade inga pannkakor eller creper att erbjuda under hela vistelsen 14 dagar. Middag gick inte heller att äta, ärligt talat de borde stänga butiken, maten var smaklös, begränsad variation, nästan varje dag samma maträtter och det mest förvånande i det hela var att man behövde betala för VATTEN och de övriga drickorna. Har rest i så många hotellen och aldrig hört talats om det. Vill påpeka att vi hade bokat halv pension med frukost och middag inkluderad i vistelsen. Vi åt bara 2 ggr middag och resten av semestern åt vi ute i de olika tavernor och restauranger för helt enkelt deras mat gick inte att äta. Om man ska ta bort det negativa just vad det gäller maten så hotellets läge varit bra, med direkt strand ifrån badpolen, en av bästa stränderna, väldigt barnvänligt. Rummet var också bra med väldigt tyst luftkonditionering. Som sagt gillade inte att drickor ingick inte i middag inte ens vatten, försökte googla fram informationen om detta på booking.com men lyckades inte hitta där det framgår någon information om det. Eftersom det gick inte att äta middag så räkna med extra pengar som ni kommer behöva betala varje dag, oförutsedda kostnader.
