The location was just down the street, walking distance from many bars and restaurants. We had breakfast at the Cafe BVR which was excellent. Great food and hosts, comfortable and relaxing. Unfortunately, the WIFI code was given to us incorrectly. I believe that this problem has been solved.

The property itself was surprising. Everything was clean and neat and safe. Will be returning to this lovely location 10/10 The sink’s water was slow going down and it got a little hot during the night, but it’s Florida!

Property owners were too picky about everything from getting makeup on washcloths, bedding, touching air conditioner controls, to checking in precisely at 4, and not a minute before. Also the air conditioner didn’t work very well at all.

Would DEFINITELY stay there again. New owner. A few VERY minor 'fixes' that he hadn't noticed yet. I told him "no need to fix while we were there". But he came right over and solved each of the issues immediately. Nice guy!!! Cares about guests. Nothing

- F (6/5): Good location, close to the beach and dinning. - Good location for dinning and beach. The room was very clean, but chemical used for cleaning was too strong. It gave me a headache. The mattress on the bed was old, and wasn’t comfortable. Locking the front door from outside was tricky.

- Carolina (9/5): todo muy bonito, comodo y central - la limpieza y comodidad, todo estaba impecable, y muy muy comodo, tambien estaba muy centrado, a dos cuadras de la playa, a una de walgreens y a 3 de un publix, muy central y un zona muy segura, nos encanto a pesar de que la chica del aseo fue muy muy amable, el mensaje con la clave de acceso y wifi del hospedaje llego alas 12:40 del dia que recibiriamos el lugar, pero no contabamos con internet para poder obtener esa informacion, entonces nos hubiera gustado el mensaje hubiera llegado un poco antes, sin embargo, Yaque la chica que limpiaba me compartio su internet y pudimos acceder, fue muy amable

Parking was a little tight. ALso, better signage of where to go. We asked a couple getting in their car where the rooms were. Very odd that there is no office. Everything you need to get into your room is texted to you.

La habitación estaba limpia. Las almohadas no son muy cómodas y los colchones pueden mejorar en especial el de una de las camas que es como un tipo de espuma.

- Kent (10/5): Our stay was safe, walkable, enjoyable, beautiful neighborhood . - Owners were available and accommodating to all our needed. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, it was equipped with all the accommodations that we needed for our 4 day stay. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The locate was amazing and was just a few steps from the beach. Location was walkable to the town plaza (shopping, restaurants, nightlife, convenience stores and visitor information center, etc.) I would highly recommend this lovely Inn & Suite. Neighborhood was very safe (day & evening time and everyone were kind and Friendly. Everything was PERFECT!

Faltou ter um varal no corredor externo para pendurar roupas de praia. Não estão bem organizados os elementos de praia que eles oferecem, como guarda sóis e cadeiras, estão em muito mau estado, todas velhas, quebradas e jogadas na parte inferior da escada. Não conseguimos usar. Pouca manutenção das áreas externas. Poderiam dar uma melhorada também nas instalações do apartamento.

The only thing that I would say is they need to update their beach chairs. They are a little dated, but overall I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay again.

- John (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay with my daughter—and all is teenager approved! The location & access to the beach was perfect. The unit was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed having my coffee out on the patio each morning. The walk to Commercial Blvd is only a few blocks for plenty of dining & shopping options. The availability of beach chairs & umbrella was an important amenity for me, but the stock could definitely use some repairing or updating. I would stay here again. We definitely like the more relaxed vibe in this neighborhood vs the central beach area.

It is well-stocked for bedding and cooking materials. However, the pillows need a severe upgrade. We had the Azure room which included a private roof deck which we used frequently. The owner is very nice and very communicative.

- Verified traveler (6/5): NOT A HOTEL...shouldnt be on hotels site - THIS IS NOT A HOTEL or anything of the sort...It is a timeshare type rental property. No one is available on site to speak to. I reached out a number of times and wouldnt get a response for 24 hrs. We were given strict instructions to bring out our trash to the dumpster and clean up kitchen before we left as if we worked there. Besides the fact that they give you zero cleaning supplies other than a half roll of cheap paper towels...no windex or disinfectant type cleaners. Not even a box of tissues in the bathroom...one bar of hand soap on bathroom sink...none for shower. Make sure you bring every single thing you need. If you shower everyday good luck.my wife and i stood there for 4 days and had 3 large bath towels to use between us...i asked for more and got none...i had to go buy my own. Check out is at 11am...cleaning lady was knocking on my door at 10:50 telling me its time to go. Overall unit was pretty clean just very dated. Just keep in mind this not a hotel nor a motel...just renting space...no lobby...no services. One big plus is location...5 minute walk to Lauderdale by the Sea.

Lean but a little more dated then we usually choose. Having nicer beach chairs would be good. They were all shoved under the stairs and there was no organization. Maybe keep two nice chairs in each suit.

The bed however is not comfortable. My husband and I both slept horribly due to the bed being super firm and not comfortable at all to us.

- Whitney (10/5): - This property is perfect, this is our second trip to Florida and we’ve stayed here both times! The unit is very clean and has everything you need. It is literally a three minute walk to the beach as well as restaurants etc. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc in the shed located on the property. 10/10 book it!
