• Josef (8/5): - When we made our reservation, we were surprised by a wide range of reviews, from enthusiastic to very negative. In our opinion, Apartment 410 is a very pleasant place to spend a few days. It's quiet, despite the railway line running between the resort fence and the lake promenade. There's a well-equipped kitchenette, a large comfortable table and chairs, and a good selection of TV channels. ±5 minutes to the bus stops to lSpiez and Interlaken. Unfortunately, these bus stops are not covered by the free Interlaken Tourist Card. Easy check - in, online reception very responsive.

• Kailash (10/5): A fairly pleasant experience! - The room was neat and clean, it wasn't much of a lake view, rather a view of the pool outside the room :). There's a stove, microwave and fridge which is great. I didn't find a washing machine in the bathroom as claimed on other reviews so perhaps I got a different room than them. It is a relatively inexpensive private accommodation, would recommend for 1-2 people! It was a bit difficult to reach the host over mobile or email. Had to call multiple times for them to pick up and they were quite eager to hang up. I understood that paying the city tax would get me a guest card that I could use to avail local services and discounts but the host didn't provide me any :(

• Maneet (2/5): Truly disgusting - Terrible experience, would not recommend. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception. Whole time no body was there. The host insisted of giving us keys preferred getting tax money first, demanded a call before payment, and only then gave the access code. For key. No Wi-Fi was available, and the room was very poorly maintained. The bed was tiny with huge uncomfortable pillows. There were too many extension cords used for lights and appliances, which felt unsafe. The fridge smelled awful, and there was no proper ventilation. Overall, a very bad service and not worth the money. Just lake view

• Molly (7/5): Good - Great spot on the lake. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the washing machine wasn’t connected up to water or power so therefore don’t work- disappointing as the place was advertised with a washing Machine.
