• Carolyn (6/5): Ok for somewhere to sleep in a convenient location but a bit of an odd set up in amongst offices. - Great location, 2 mins to Piazza Duomo and everything within easy reach. Friendly & helpful staff. Room a bit dated and there’s a flight of stairs before the lift which is tricky with luggage. The room was generally clean (cleaners in each day), but the shower tray was disgusting with black mould around the seals.

• Shazza (10/5): Fantastic short break! - Lovely well decorated and comfortable rooms Just need slightly smaller bedside lamps as there wasn't much room on the tables. Also it would be good if the plug sockets had USB ports too
• NIMECAN (10/5): - I’m very happy that I chose this hotel for my stay in Milan. It is a wonderful, quiet place located in the very heart of the city, with perfect access to everything. Communication with the people managing the hotel was excellent from the very beginning. I was welcomed very warmly, kindly assisted with directions and check-in, and everything was extremely clean and peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay here, and if I come back to Milan again, I will definitely stay here once more. Highly recommended!

The two ladies who checked us in where so kind and helpful. This was a wonderful stay for our first night in Italy. STEPS Everywhere!!! We liked this small six room hotel. It however is built into what we think was a former warehouse. To provide electric and plumbing, the floor was raised in places. There are steps getting to the elevator, steps into the lobby (very dangerous on which I tripped) steps down into the room, and steps to the shower inside the room. BE CAEFUL

Avrei dato anche 9,0 se non fosse stato per piccoli particolari sulla gestione delle pulizie da perfezionare (acqua lasciata nel bollitore dal precedente ospite, bustine shampoo utilizzate dal precedente ospite nella vaschetta saponi della doccia). Raccomando all'host un maggior controllo sulla qualità dei servizi di pulizia. Una bottiglia d'acqua poi la regalerei......... Da considerare che essendo a Milano i prezzi non sono esattamente cheap ma anche la qualità deve essere top (anche perchè questi piccoli accorgimenti non costano nulla o quasi...)
• YaniLay (10/5): A Lovely and Fun Short Stay in Milan - BC Maison’s location was fantastic, close enough to the action- only a couple blocks to the Duomo and other nearby attractions, and far enough to have peace and quiet at night. Checking in was a little tricky as I arrived after office hours, but once I figured out the instructions, it was good. Going through all of the steps made me realize how safe this place is. You wouldn’t have to worry about intruders here given the extensive steps needed just to get inside. My room was quite spacious, probably one the largest rooms I’ve stayed in while visiting Europe. Even the bathroom was spacious. I appreciated the bidet spray and the eco-friendly products in the bathroom. The vanity/counter top space was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable - I believe it was double XL/King-sized. The TV was pretty tiny in comparison lol. The balcony is lovely. The double doors for the balcony made the insulation and soundproofing great in the room. The balcony had enough room to sit out and enjoy coffee. Speaking of coffee, there was a coffee maker and various types of tea and coffee. The refrigerator had a bunch of purchasable items inside. Thankfully, there’s no sensors inside the fridge, so I was able to store some of my personal items. Housekeeping was nice, they still handed me extra coffee and toilet paper when I was still in my room. The staff were friendly and understanding. They allowed me to stay a little longer with no hesitation. Overall, a lovely short stay. I’m very happy that I ended my trip on a high note here in Milan, and my stay here helped enhance that. Although there are lifts/elevators, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are physically disabled as there are a set of stairs to get to the lift/elevator.

The only negative comment was that there was a sewage type smell in the bathroom, couldn’t me smelt in the test if the room at all and I hate saying anything negative about this place as it was brilliant!

The central tourist and shopping area was a quick 5-minute walk, and there were some nice restaurants within a minute, and the taxi stand outside. The lift broke down when I was departing. It was all downhill so manageable but it would of been tough lifting my heavy bag up three flights.

Besides that, its too expensive for what is offered. - great location, very close to Duomo and metro station The room was quite noisy- we could hear everything happening outside. Also, the access to the building and the room required a single pair of keys, which made us anxious about losing them. It was also inconvenient that we couldn’t go separately since there was only one set.

The fabulous location meant there was a bit of stret noise but to be expected. I also could hear other people coming and going from their rooms. Reception is staffed from 9.30 only - which caused me some panic was I was trying to check out and get to an early booking, however the communication through WhatsApp was good and everyone was super helpful with options to organise. I should have read those details myself when booking!
• Ink Chua (3/5): - The location is decent enough for the price point. I liked that the main entrance will be lock at night. You will be given a key to unlock it during your stay. There's quite a fair bit of stairs from the entrance of the building to the lift. The kettle was still filled with water which have coagulate with things. Same goes for the water container of the coffee machine. The water was slimy... Found old contact lens on the desk. Otherwise the bed, floor and toilet looked okay.

Essendo di buona fede, quando ho ricevuto tale richiesta, li ho contattato telefonicamente per cercare di capire meglio cosa stesse succedendo. Hanno insistito ad avere i dati della carta di credito, fino a quando Booking è intervenuto, ammettendo che sanno che chiedono finanziari dati sensibili. Avrei una domanda però: e se avessi dato questi dati mi avrebbero addebitato a mia insaputa tutto quello che secondo loro avevo rovinato nella stanza, ad esempio? Vedevo venire le notifiche dell’addebito o degli addebiti sul telefono sapendo che non posso fare nulla? Nessuna banca ti rimborsa in situazioni simili. In queste condizioni ho preferito di non ospitarmi da loro. Ho perso i soldi, ma quando ci sono problemi di questo tipo anche trasmettere la copia del documento di l’identità può essere rischioso o passare la notte da loro.

• Maria Letizia (8/5): Da ripetere. - La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla Scala. La zona è molto tranquilla ed è piacevole passeggiare anche la sera. La camera sembrava un pò improvvisata per la presenza di diversi scalini per accedervi. La ristrutturazione è comunque ben riuscita anche se aggiungerei qualche attaccapanni in più.
