- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property had an amazing location. Unfortunately there were lots of broken/low quality furnishings. Front storm door was broken and didn’t close all the way. The beds were insanely uncomfortable. The wagon for the beach was nice, but the beach chairs were covered in very gross sweat stains. Neighbor rents their unit for $115 a night and it is exactly the same, but better maintained. The pool was warm and in good shape. Overall if you just need a place to stay with good location, this is it. No ocean views but a very short walk to the beach and Siesta key village. If you are looking for comfort and luxury, this isn’t it. Construction in the lot next door during the entire stay but surprisingly wasn’t very loud or distracting. Overall we loved our stay in Siesta Key, but will try to find a more comfortable room next time.

- Amy (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay here mainly because of its location. It’s in the village and very close to the beach. When we got there we were delighted that they had a beach wagon, a cooler and two chairs that we could use. The property is older but the rooms are very clean. We had a DVD player so we rented movies from the red box in the village for an evening change up. I would recommend for anyone that wants to have a low key home away from home vacation.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Stayed at this location for 3 nights. Overall it was a decent place. Less than a minute walk to the beach. The daily resort fee included beach chairs to use, beach towels, and free bike rentals to ride around the village. The outside pool on the property elsa clean and never too crowded. Inside the condo first impression was it was cute and clean. Full kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, paper towels. The issues we had were that the shower didn't drain properly. So by the end of a shower there was 5 inches of standing water and the next person would have to wait 20 minutes before they could take a shower. The AC unit in the condo was located in the bedroom. It kept the bedroom nice and cool, however it did not keep the living room and kitchen area cool. So we spent more time laying in bed watching TV rather than sitting in the living room while inside because it was hot. They have a list of rules for when you leave. Take out all trash to the dumpster, wash all dishes, pile all dirty towels together, which wasn't a huge deal. Other than those 2 issues, we had a good time and would probably stat at another beachside management location in the future.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The condo was great to be so close to the beach. It was very clean and included beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. The only thing I would change would be to include dish soap instead of dishwasher detergent—there is no dishwasher. Also, the AC could be improved. You can’t put it any lower than 90°, and it is located in the bedroom, so if there is someone sleeping on the sleeper sofa, you will need to keep the bedroom door open.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - They really missed on the basics. Bed was super creaky. Pillows were so lumpy it felt like you were sleeping in a sack of rags. No one could ever sleep on the terrible pull out couch. The mattress was so thin it was basically non existent. The towels were so rough and hard that the actually caused an abrasion on my nose. The pool was filled with sand and sun tan oil floating on top of water. Lets not forget about the shower. It barely had warm water and everytime we tried to adjust it, it took about 5 minutes to actually change temp and almost scolded my baby at one point.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property had a perfect location. A short walk to the beach and into the village. The pool was nicely maintained and warm. Our particular unit had a number of issues. The faucet strayed everywhere because a filter was not in place. The fridge leaked a decent size puddle which I had to use our bathroom towels to clean daily, and because there isn't housekeeping, I had to pay to wash our towels daily - which being on vacation where time is precious who wants to spend 2 hours doing unnecessary laundry which was not in the unit, it was located in a common area in the building. ($1 per wash/$1 per dry) Another issue that I felt upset with was my children got scolded for passing a soccer ball, dribbling a basketball and riding their long boards. If you have kids I would look at staying somewhere else.

I was kind of put out by the several notes in the unit regarding keeping it clean and charges for missing towels. You are renting to adults, I would hope they would keep your place clean and return everything when they leave. The management company charges a fee for internet and the use of the beach chairs. Which should be included in the price of the rental. I did enjoy my time and the other individuals staying there were very friendly, some were owners, others renters.

(6/5): Nice interior, small for more than 2–3 prople - Pros: - Location to beach is close - Updated nicely - Laundry on the property - Bathroom updated Cons: - Way to small for 2 adults / 2 kids as advertised and no way for 4 adults! - Pull out was broken and very hard to open/close so we went and bought a blow up mattress, as even after fixing it was a pain - Bedroom smelled musty even with A/C and fan going full time - Living room area very stuffy and warm with door closed all the time and fan running. - Exterior is not very appealing compared to the others in the area - Pool is VERY small

We were there just a few days after hurricane Irma we couldn't use the pool as it was full of debris and no one came to clean it .we were there three days but it is so close to the beach just a few minutes walk .we dident see it at its best so I would return again for its location close to everything and no need to take your car .

- Verified traveler (8/5): Close to the Beach and Restaurants - Very nice 1 bedroom suite with small kitchenette. It includes a king size bed along with a sofa couch. Perfect for a family of 5. The kids enjoyed the small pool which was conveniently right in front of our room. The only negative is the checkout was a 10am (very early) and when I called the office, they did not grant an 11am check out (so we had to rush out of there). No way to end a vacation. Took all of the R&R away.

I would stay here again because of the location. The room was on the older side. Most of the chairs at the pool are ripped and not usable. The furniture in the living room area stained badly. Needs a real good cleaning and dusting of the window blinds. They were gross. The girl at the office was great!

- Sheri (10/5): Nice location - They said free WiFi and parking but charged over $160 for it on arrival. Room had odor issues and the floor blackened our feet when we walked on it. The odor was corrected by replacing the bed, the floor was scrubbed several times and that problem was resolved

- Amelia (10/5): Great getaway - We arrived late, nearly midnight, and since it is a condo they did not have a check in desk available for us, so they called earlier that evening to let us know that the office would be closed at 7 pm. They sent us an email with the instructions for entry into the room. The room was lovely. Modern and very comfortable. the bedroom is closed off from the living room and kitchen. It is a perfect location for a full week stay since it has a kitchen and fridge, cabinets for storage etc. Like a efficiency apartment. Excellent proximity to the beach. Less than 100 feet down the road. I will be going back!!
