Per chi decide di dedicarsi all’accoglienza deve capire che ogni cosa è lav - La struttura ha una buona posizione, è molto pulita, potrebbe essere utilizzata e valorizzata molto meglio. Ha ottime possibilità purtroppo sottostimate da chi la gestisce. Il parcheggio consiste in una porzione di vicolo chiuso da altre auto che si parcheggiano avanti, di fianco e dietro delle persone residenti. Si accede per una ripidissima salita da prendere esclusivamente in contromano. La struttura stessa e difficile da raggiungere anche dal satellite del navigatore. Mancano completamente le stoviglie e il necessario in cucina, non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo, nessun cestino per la spazzatura, solo due bicchieri per bere. Nessun tappetino in cucina e sotto il lavandino del bagno. La struttura era stata scelta per preparare i pasti, ma un guasto alla bombola lo ha impedito, e pur segnalando l’inconveniente siamo state abbandonate per l’intera giornata senza una risposta; solo con una nostra telefonata di sollecito abbiamo avuto un riscontro dopo circa 10 ore di silenzio da parte dei gestori. La mattina seguente siamo state svegliate prima delle 8,30 dall’incaricato che ha provveduto alla riparazione, nessun interesse è stato dimostrato da chi doveva gestire la struttura. La televisione in cucina non funziona e il wireless nemmeno. Ultimo ma non per importanza, il pagamento è richiesto in contanti al momento del check in senza uno straccio di ricevuta. La nota positiva è l’accoglienza della signora proprietaria della casa.

- federica (6/5): - Posizione comoda al centro paese Purtroppo le vie per arrivare sono strette e poco accessibili, mi sarei aspettata visto che c'era la cucina qualcosa in più di accessori...no tovaglioli di carta ,sale zucchero e olio niente tovagliette per colazione forbice ,un cavatappi. Qualche accorgimento in più.

- Luca (2/5): - Non è possibile pagare con la carta. Alla richiesta di una ricevuta fiscale ci è stato detto che non erano capaci a farla in un primo momento e successivamente che non potevamo fare una ricevuta fiscale. Supporto e assistenza da parte dei gestori quasi totalmente assente.
- maxim (3/5): A disappointing stay with poor hygiene, no Wi-Fi, and no air conditioning - The location was convenient, and the check-in process was easy. The experience did not live up to our expectations. The building is very old and really needs maintenance. Upon arrival, we even had an unpleasant surprise in front of the room door (clear lack of hygiene), which was very disappointing. On top of that, both the Wi-Fi and the air conditioning did not work during our stay. The host’s welcome also felt rather cold and not very empathetic. The place can do the job for one night, but we honestly wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, or basic amenities.

U sobi nije bilo mini bara niti je bila dostupna sveža voda u boci pa smo tražile lokalnu dućan.

Non vi era nessun kit da bagno presente presso la struttura, se non il sapone per le mani. Poca disponibilità da parte dell’host nelle risposte a chiamate o messaggi, per molti dei quali non ho più ricevuto risposta. Nessuna bottiglietta d’acqua all’accoglienza.

- Robert (4/5): Not worth a hassle - The owner and her mother were very friendly and sweet, and the place was clean. 1. Reported location on booking.com was number 83 but actually was the building across number 87. 2. Communication was almost impossible as both ladies did not speak any English. If you want to work in tourist industry learn the world language or at least have smartphone ready for automatic translation. It took us one hour to reach out the lady and to check in. 3. Wifi was going on and off to the point of ridiculousness. 4. Nowhere to park. All streets are so narrow around the hotel. If you rented a car, there is a huge chance that you will have your car dented or scratched. 5. There were no cutleries, oven, cattle - nothing except the fridge. 6. Our room had a view to a dilapidated wall. All this for 76 euros for 2 nights in the middle of the winter - we wished we had chosen another place. Women were friendly, but money is money, and service is service. Next time I would have stayed somewhere else. It was absolutely not worth the hassle.
