• Paul (10/5): - Lake view was excellent and the staff was very accommodating. This property has a very nice pool right in front of the lake. The stay comes with breakfast for 2 each morning delivered to the room, if you like.

Specifically, there were instances where messages sent via WhatsApp did not transmit successfully, despite the front desk's instructions to utilize this channel for requests. Despite these minor issues, the property itself was outstanding, and the staff demonstrated attentive service.

• Reza (6/5): - No Elevator, Had to take 73 steps to pool and restaurant For breakfast we seared in Restaurant for 35 minutes no one came by to take orders, had to go to other side ( Restaurant is not attached to bar or kitchen) to get my coffee which it took ove 15 minutes. at night decided to walk to a nearby restaurant, road too dark and we were attacked by stray dogs, so we returned back to take the car, Road to Hotel not paved and bumpy.

• Yamileth (4/5): I do not recommend it - Property description: There are 100 steps up and down to the rooms, the breakfast is super basic for the price you pay, the air conditioning is super noisy, poor lighting at night for the 100 steps up and down to the parking lot, there really is no relationship between the price and the property.

• Jane (2/5): BED BUGS! (Stay away) - I was devoured by BED BUGS at this hotel. We checked out the next morning and they would not refund a cent of the money I paid for 2 nights (we only stayed one night...obviously). Avoid this hotel at all cost. I have traveled all over the world and I have never been eaten alive all night as I was at the Cardedeu Residence. It makes me almost vomit to think about it. How completely revolting, and the management has no shame. They tried to tell me it was mosquitos! I could FEEL the bed bugs crawling on my back in the night. All humans have been bitten by mosquitoes, myself included, and believe me when I tell you these ARE NOT mosquito bites!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Beware - The place the views are amazing, just BEWARE. the wooden island in the kitchen is covered by a thin glass i rested my hand on it and it cracked luckuly i wasnt cut what a stupid thing to do cover a wooden table with thin glass knowing your gonna put stuff on it.. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $40.00 ..might be a scam to overcharge people.

You can not appreciate the reality on the pictures that appears in the web. Highly recommended if you are looking for everything in just one place !!!! Do not miss the boat trip around the lake!!!

Unfortunately the interior of the apartment is unkept and the walls are stained, the faucets do not function how they should, and the immediate road to the location is dirt with holes (should be stated on description). The pool walls are slimy and should be deep cleaned. Very private, great security, and friendly staff.

• Nelly (8/5): - It’s beautiful the location where it was easy to find a place to eat if you didn’t want to eat at the property. Security is always there so it feels safe. The low on the cleanliness was because the bathroom for the room was a little dirty and the sheets for the bed it was a stain where we had to ask for new ones.

• Jhony (8/5): - Nice lake view, no lunch or dinner available, but you get good variety of meat snacks throughout the day at a cost. A hotel could get a little easy when checking in. Check in is 3 PM no earlier for the price of $50. You can be at the pool area if you get there early without room access at checkout by 12 PM. They’re already knocking on your door a minute before overall experience great!

• Marlin (6/5): - The staff was super friendly. Especially at the bar and restaurant. The guard at the front was also friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. However the pools did not look clean the water looked to Neely and unclean. Everything else was good enjoyed the stayed. The breakfast was also really good. Did not get dinner as the menu was to small and nothing really caught my attention. One little minor issue was at check out. When I gave her the keys for our suite. The front desk lady was you lost the key ring tag that will be $4. The keys i got never had one. I didn’t paid the $4 and told her that’s how I got the keys and this is how they are getting them back. Overall I think it’s a bit pricey for the stay but relaxing.
• Leslie (8/5): - First of all the views are amazing. Getting to the hotel is fairly easy. Some things to note is it’s all stairs so it’s not accessible for all. The bathroom has plumbing issues. We spoke to another guest and they also have plumbing issues. It seems like some updates could be made around the property. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very salacious, and accommodating. Their isn’t really much to do unless you’re out in the pool or just drinking/eating. We did not eat any of the food on property, but had a couple of drinks. Drink service can be a little slow but it was cost efficient imo. Overall would stay here again - 2 night max.
• Kenyis (6/5): - Only booked this place for the lake view and unfortunately that was about the only thing that was enjoyable. The food was average and the cocktails were subpar. There was no hot water 2/2 nights of my stay and had an embarrassing incident in which I had to call housekeeping to flush down my excrements due to poor plumbing.

• Michele (2/5): - people do not accommodate English-speaking people. There is nobody on staff from 7 PM until 8 AM. No way to get toilet paper coffee anything you need is not accessible. They just keep telling you Spanish on that’s it I will never stay there again
• Francisco (10/5): My stay was amazing! - The facilities are immaculate, the staff are very attentive, you can get food, drinks, massages and rent jetskis and pontoon boats without leaving the place.
