• Candice (2/5): - We booked this stay for some of our employees. We were there for some rehabilitation, construction work. My guys called me the next morning to express concerns about the cleanliness of everything. Said it was so bad they nearly slept in the trucks. Unfortunately our schedule changed and the job was not ready, I tried to cancel the hotel but was not able to as the stay had already started. So unfortunately we were stuck with the cost of a hotel that we honestly wouldn't have stayed in even if our job stayed on schedule. My guys called me to get them another place because they felt it was so bad.. and that is coming from Sewer Rehabilitation construction workers.

Knocked on staff door and she eventually appeared, and was angry that we opened the staff door to get service. Debris and dirt on bathroom floor. Convened location to the interstate.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Pleasant Stay - I was pleasantly surprised by my room after reading the Trip Advisor rating. My bed was huge and comfortable. The room was very clean. I didn’t use the tv, I went to sleep pretty early. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Chain restaurants were close by as well as a gas station. That was all I needed.

My wife called the front desk and asked to be transferred to my room number at night for a family matter, my cell service is from out of state and sometimes spotty, front desk immediately started yelling at her for calling so late said she was the manager and does not want any calls from 10pm-7am. Had it been a life or death matter, and this so called manager working the front desk help, had responded the same way not transferring the call because it was an inconvenience time for her to do her job I would be contacting lawyers and immediately suing her.

The bathtub water runs non stop. Then we were woke up on a Saturday morning and told to move our vehicles from the parking places infront of our rooms so the could paint lines on the parking lot. Upon voicing concerns about the unprofessional nature of the establishment we were told not thwir problem.they have to do what they have to do. The proce of this place vs what they offer is ridiculous. Literally the only part thatbwasnt bad is that the bed was tolerable

First key we were given would not work so we had to go back for another. When we got door open it would not shut all the way and lock again. We had to call office attendant. Even when it was finally locked by employee, there was a gap between the door and the door frame. We were not given even one towel per person. Tub was in poor condition with leaky faucet and mold near window. There was no vent in small bathroom. Beds were comfortable… Yay!

• Tom (8/5): Older, but decent, motel. - This motel was definitely older and could use some work, but was fine for the price - and for one night. It's convenient to shopping and restaurants. The room was fairly large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick and efficient. I would stay here again.

• Alex (4/5): - On site manger was very nice and helpful. But there is serious issue with cleaning. The rooms need a really good deep clean and they would be ok. But looking at the room they just vacuum where it’s convenient and make the bed. Because of covid they only clean every other day but in five nights my room was only cleaned one time, and by clean I mean they made the bed. I had to ask for new towels everyday. On a bright note the bed was very comfortable.

The only dislike was they had packets for shampoo it was a little har to open I have no nails….

• 822donnav (6/5): Not the best place to stay. - This wasn’t one of the better motels I’ve stayed at. It was one of the cheaper places in Douglas, so I took a chance. Was disappointed that there wasn’t a coffee maker or a hair dryer in the room. The A/C unit was up next to the ceiling and hard to reach, even the step stool provided. Had to call front desk for assistance with it. There wasn’t a box of Kleenex, do had to use toilet tissue instead. Probably won’t stay here again.

There were cigarette butts and other litter outside our door, and an overflowing trash can. The refrigerator had frost down the entire back which ended in a puddle of green goop. Will not ever stay there again.

• LTTLauren (10/5): Great place for a great price - We have been here for about 3 weeks now while closing on a house. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the price is affordable. We stayed with our three cats, and you can't beat her deals anywhere in town. Not to mention, the woman who runs the hotel is beyond sweet. Also, there is a washer and dryer for guests that is super inexpensive. If you want a good place to stay for a while, I would definitely recommend this place. Also, my cats loved the big windowsills to sit in and watch the world from lol.

Pillows oh so comfy; tub and shower, nice reception, hot water, yes, refrigerator and microwave - Not really too much to say; it is difficult to get to the A/C or heater, they are a team; large room with nice features including the lamps. Lots of bathroom amenities; towels and washcloths nice and white. Good nights rest. A Gideon's Bible is present. Best known for a trucker's stop over if not staying in the cab. Plenty or parking. The property around the motel is cleaner than it used to. Fairly clean.
• ImJustMe218 (10/5): Quiet and Comfortable - This was such a surprise! The price was great, and they give military discount. The room was really clean and freshly painted. We had a king size bed and it was super comfortable! We parked right outside our room and it was easy to get anywhere in town from this location. The person at check-in was friendly and very efficient. Our stay was very relaxing.
• 789barbf (8/5): Since we stayed here a year or so ago, WOW what a change and a good one - Except for having to be 8 feet tall to work with the A/C-Heater, cannot think of too many complaints. It is an older facility and caters to workmen that are in the area and a mid class or others such as we are. The beds were ultra comfortable... the boyfriend said his bed had plastic on it so he did not sleep...mine did not. A little chintzy on the towels but we were only there to sleep, get up and leave.Pillows were nice also.If you stay there, notice the interesting carpet..it will drive you bonkers if iou look too long! It had a Bible which it did not say 3 years ago..as did the Sands in Cheyenne. It was quiet and curtains closed completely so sleep was easy to come by. It is a single story motel.

• FracItAll1026 (2/5): If i could give less than 1 star i would! - Stayed here as a last resort as all other rooms were booked in Douglas, Long story short we had many rooms in this hotel, some doors wouldn't stay shut, the only thing clean were the sheets (I hope they were), all rooms stunk of what we weren't sure, front Desk was rude and horribly disorganized, and lastly we had a room where the water line had burst in and the room flooded for several hours (while we were out working) they made no attempt to make things right and tried to blame us for their pipes bursting. I travel all over the US for work and personal trips and this hotel was by far one of the worst I have ever seen. would highly recommend you keep driving if this is the only place left in Douglas with rooms.
• 361marleep (2/5): Terrible and overpriced - We usually stay in similarly priced no frills motels. This motel was priced higher than the last 5 motels we have stayed in. For the $70 we paid it was awful. The bathtub faucet dripped and was stained all along that end. The caulking on the tub and the sink was cracked and looking. The toilet seat was about to fall off. The side of the air conditioner was stained and ugly. A piece of the base board was coming off and looked moldy. The front door drug on the floor and was really hard to open. It also showed light all along one side. It was the worst motel room I have ever stayed in. Was definitely not worth more than $30 a night. Would not recommend anyone staying there.
