• Cesar Augusto (9/5): Siempre tranquilo y cumplidor - Este hotel siempre cumple. Llevamos varios años alojándonos aquí cada vez que pasamos por Durango. Siempre son atentos y amables, tanto en recepción, camaristas y en el restaurante. Nos han ayudado siempre que tenemos alguna solicitud, como cuando se nos ha olvidado algún cepillo de dientes, gorra de baño, o cuando llevamos a nuestra perrita. Esta vez solicitamos una cobija extra y la llevaron rápidamente a la habitación. En fin, siempre son constantes en su buen trato. La ropa de cama y toallas está limpia, sin embargo, ya luce algo gastada y deslavada. Creo que va siendo tiempo de que renueven. Lo mismo con el piso alfombrado. En las habitaciones para mascotas tienen piso laminado, tal vez podrían ponerlo también en las demás habitaciones.

• Beatriz (9/5): Me vuelvo a quedar aquí siempre que pase por Durango. - El desayuno excelente La única observacion serìa que en la habitacion NO había controles remotos ni para TV ni para el aire acondicionado, los tuvimos que solicitar recepcion y los llevaron de inmediato. Fuera de esto nuestra estancia muy bien.
• Scott (8/5): Good option for travelers with pets. - Easy to get to very good hotel with excellent people. Pet friendly even for large dogs. Onsite restaurant has a good number of dishes well prepared. The thing that makes it easy to get to also makes it difficult to see much of what Ciudad Durango has to offer, it's about 8-10 km from El Centro and the there are few eating options within walking distance.

• Scott (9/5): I have no complaints and enjoyed my stay at a nice, well run hotel in a beautiful city. - I screwed-up the booking and had to complete my booking over the phone with the reservations desk at the hotel, even with my less than useful grasp of spanish , it was easy to change my reservation and everthing worked out fine. The location is a little bit away from Centro, so we took an uber there and had a great time, also the location of the hotel is easy to get to from the federal highway. The restaurant is also well run with good, well prepared food options.
• Martin (10/5): Next time I am in Durango this is where I will stay. - Exceptionally clean hotel with a unique combination of modern and traditional decor. Spacious rooms and excellent restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and I would stay there again without question. Try the house mezcal in the restaurant, it is smooth and flavorful. Hint: they sell bottles of it for $650 pesos at the front desk. I cannot think of anything lacking with the facility or staff. It was excellent overall and the artwork and murals throughout the facility are great. Try the house mezcal in the restaurant.

• Ricardo (9/5): Buenas instalaciones y pésimo personal de recepción. - Las habitaciones con confortables y la limpieza es muy buena, el aislamiento acústico es bueno. La atención del personal de recepción es pésima, y de todos, no hay saludo, nunca una sonrisa, les pesa atender.

Cuando llegue a mi CD de origen y necesitaba la credencial sorpresa no la tenia hablé al hotel y me la enviaron días despues. Cómo era fin de semana hay un salón de eventos a un costado demasiado ruido no se pudo descansar temprano.

Solicitamos secado del baño ya que las cortinas de tela pasan toda el agua de la regadera y nos fue negada. Nos pidió la asistente de limpieza que secaramos con las toallas de baño, lo que no se nos hizo adecuado.

• Loera (9/5): Would go back for that breakfast anytime! - This was a one-night stay, and overall, I really liked the hotel. The room was very nice and clean, and I particularly loved the murals of the city featured throughout the property. The view of the city from the room was very nice, too. A major highlight was the breakfast, it was awesome! It was great that breakfast was included with the price. They offered a nice selection of dishes, and everything tasted amazing. Since I have previously stayed in the Central area of Durango, the hotel's location initially felt somewhat remote. However, its proximity to the airport is a major upside. Given that Uber and taxis are affordable in the area, I would still highly consider staying here next time around. Regarding a minor dislike, the carpet in the room felt strange, best described as sticky underfoot. It might simply be the specific carpet material used, but I would suggest that future guests pack some slippers just in case.
