Guest Reviews
- Eve (8/5): - Great location to explore the region. Very well appointed kitchen, grounds and common spaces. Friendly vibe. Super cute outdoor space. Free bikes! Free coffee in the morning The bed in our private room was very uncomfortable, we could feel every spring. The bathroom/shower space was a bit cramped for the number of people.
Nonetheless I would come back!
- Tiffany (10/5): -
- Arti (5/5): - The location is good. Old building and no parking space
- Cara (8/5): - Great hostel in the middle of Squamish with parking, private rooms and a communal kitchen
- peter (7/5): -
- Mariah (5/5): - I liked the location, it was very central. The food system and needing to share tubs. This meant food was stolen from my tray and I then noticed some of the food in a staff members tray.
The bed also wasn't comfy as it felt like there was metal digging into my back.
- Steven (10/5): -
- doan (9/5): - Excellent quiet location. Staff were friendly and free bikes to ride around town. Lots of noise and loud footsteps from room above us :(
- Tracy (8/5): Great location. - Great location. Reception staff were excellent. Room nicely appointed and very clean. A little noisy with the upstairs hostel.
- No me gustó, aseo, servicio, etc Muchas cosas
- Cathy (5/5): Too hard! - Very quiet, nice room. The beds were too hard. It was like sleeping on the hard floor.
- Austin (9/5): -
- Gisela (8/5): -
- GH (9/5): Would definitely stay here again. - The facility was very clean and I loved how stocked the kitchen was. The outdoor patio on the water was a great bonus.
- Lars (7/5): - Awesome location, cool staff, free parking and an ice cream truck in front of the place. As we had the room adjacent to the kitchen sleep was over by six in the morning.
- Robijn (7/5): Cozy hostel in downtown squamish - It was clean and tidy at the hostel. The washrooms were clean almost all the time. There is quite a big kitchen which was really nice! The staff was a bit moody sometimes. They weren't unfriendly but sometimes they were a bit cool and were more bizzy with each other. And the beds were kind of hard and there was a piece from the mattress sticking out so that hurts when I lay on it.
- Kemp (8/5): -
- Real (10/5): -
- Krissia (10/5): It was a lovely stay. We enjoyed squamish even in a short period of time. - The location, cleanliness of the room and washroom, staff are very accommodating Nothing
- Katja (6/5): Good stay for adventurous young people - Nice hostel in Squamish with double rooms for couples :) Perfect location to walk to and from the bus station/adventure centre and easy to walk to town centre. Beautiful view towards the river. Kitchen is well equipped Could be cleaner, very thin walls (you literally hear your neighbours cough),

- Alisha (8/5): Great location, nice main floor (lobby/kitchen), bed was okay. -
- Sophie (3/5): It"s not wise to choose a room with kitchen and washroom. - thw vibe traffic noise and hot in the room.
- Laurynas (10/5): -
- Reed Wu (9/5): - It's really clean and quiet. There are nothing else this facility has to offer except for a bed to sleep. People don't talk much here, and there are no social events at all. However, I understand, this hotel is just not like the others. People usually come here for their own things, not making friends.
- Maki Cassidy (10/5): - Amazing staff and location, this was probably the best equipped hostel I've ever stayed in and we could see the Chief straight from our room window. The common areas were extremely cosy and when you stepped outside, you were straight next to the river and the many hiking trails. I'd love to come back soon. The Inn is right next to the road and you could hear the cars passing at night, but a pair of earplugs swiftly dealt with this problem.
- Bervard (9/5): - We stayed for several night and it was very cozy. The hostal has a nice atmosphere and staff were very freindly and helpful. The kitchen is great for hostel standards, we really enjoyed cooking there!
- Louise (6/5): - The room was quiet and restaurants a short walk The bed was against the wall and squeaky. The toilet was right by the bath and had no lid so showering felt odd!
- Michael (10/5): -
- Lakhvir (9/5): -
- Leanne (10/5): Staying at the Inn - Staff are amazing, our room was very clean and access to a lovely garden on the estuary. Would highly rscommend
- MICHEL (8/5): - L'emplacement.
- Jessica (9/5): Comfortable! - Great friendly staff! Clean facilities
- Jessica (9/5): -
- Lenora (10/5): -
- Jemma (8/5): Great place to stop in Squamish but slightly overpriced. - Good location and good communal facilities. Room was very basic for the money.
- Jamie (9/5): clean room with good space; friendly staff -
- Charles (7/5): -
- Michael (8/5): -
- Lucy (8/5): - Free bike hire was a real bonus! Good location and friendly staff. Shared bathrooms could be a little cleaner!
- Greg (10/5): -
- Jinal (10/5): An amazing place to stay. - Everything Nothing
- Gina (9/5): - Excellent proximity right out the door to trails and shopping/dining.
- Olga (6/5): Good location. - Quiet place, nice stuff. Clean washrooms. Nice kitchen. Bed linen included 2 pillowcase and 1 bedsheet. I understand that this is hostel, and I personally saw a staff member ironing the laundry after washing, but the pillowcases was so grey, as if someone had wiped their shoes with them before. There were also many white stains in the blanket. It was very unpleasant to cover myself with it, so I had to use my own towel instead.
- Daris (9/5): -
- Greg (9/5): -
- PABLO (10/5): A great hostel - We booked the private en-suite room as we were travelling with lots of luggage. It was clean and comfortable and with enough space for a comfortable overnight stay.
The hostel facilities are great. Good, well-maintained kitchen. There is a small lounge opposite the reception area which was great for work the day after.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Easy on-site parking.
Beautiful river views.

- Gregory (10/5): - I liked how staff is friendly and is always around when you need , also the beds are comfy like a cabin stay with the boys in camp ! AMAZING VIEWS and so close to groceries and other tasty restaurants !!!!!! Na
- Stan (7/5): Won’t do dorm again. But I am much older. It was a last resort except I should have just booked a single room somewhere - Location No single room available. I had to stay in dorms. One guy snored and got up about 4 Am for work I think, waking me up.
- Morse (10/5): -
- Bhandari (10/5): - Great location and great staff
- Volodymyr (9/5): - Too close to the road, a bit noisy
- Tajinder (1/5): -
- Kiu Hei (9/5): - Friendly staff, comfy beds, great location
- Chad (4/5): - They didnt disclose it was a hostel until I booked it.. got a email saying surprise you've booked a hostel. But it was just as expensive as a hotel and I didnt even have my own bathroom
- Deborah (9/5): Great stay! - Great location
Friendly staff
- Luke (9/5): Cosey comfort at great value! - An incredible location with a cosey vibe as soon as you enter with the little log fire going in the living space. The room was clean with a nice bath and shower, with fast acting heating for the colder nights. We loved that the bathroom had its own thermostat so that we could dry our clothes after hiking! We found the mattress wasn’t very comfortable and ended up using the futon blanket provided as a bed cover to lay on top of. Also some extra pillows would have been nice. We were in room 1 and found that we could hear people in the kitchen despite it being past “quiet time”. The hotel style rooms are located on the ground floor and you can hear everyone’s footsteps above you late at night which is hard to sleep through!
- SuKyoung (6/5): -
- Bégin (10/5): Parfait et sympathique -
- Chiharu (8/5): -
- Priyanka (10/5): - The staff were friendly Was not able to use some amenities
- Joanne (10/5): - Comfortable The price is a little steep for a hostel.
- Amir Pasha (10/5): Highly recommended if you're looking for an affordable stay to explore or go to Whistler. - Great staff, Great location, Affordable
- stephen (9/5): Very nice room and friendly staff. Good vibes - We stayed at their only unit with an in room kitchen. It was spotlessly clean and well supplied. Room faced the highway so there was some highway noise but not so much as to be disturbing
- Tess (10/5): Lovely vibes - Really awesome place! Kind staff, clean everywhere and great location 🤩
- Velvet (9/5): I would stay again. Easy location, nice staff, great value. - This is a hostel with hotel type rooms. It was a great location for our needs. There is a shared kitchen that looked fabulous but we did not use it. The hotel rooms faced away from the road so were quiet and had a view of a creek. The bed was only a double and not quite hotel softness but absolutely fine and the value was great. The staff were especially nice.
- Christian (9/5): -
- Douglas (10/5): Relaxing & very handy to help me 'Stage' the next step in my trip. - I can walk to everything I need in Downtown Squamish, 2 grocery stores, 4 Pharmacies, library for printing, local buses to Highlands Plaza & Brennan Park, Walmart, The Adventure Centre! Trails & the Ocean More 'diligence' to recycling, 'Single Use' plastics & some 'Refundable' plastics are being thrown out in the regular garbages. Composting would huge there. SOME DRASTIC EDUCATION & signage to educate everyone as to how we recycle here in Canada! Children in Kindergarten & Grade 1-one do better at it than most adults.
- Kevin (8/5): All in all good stay a little further to Whistler then I thought. - Great spot for the value. The parking. Was full.
- Kayleigh (8/5): Great views, hard beds - The view is amazing, staff are great, check in was easy and it’s the cheapest option around. The beds are rock hard. If you don’t like a firm bed, it’s unbearable.
- Liudmila (8/5): Nice option for overpriced area - Clean. Friendly staff, nice kitchen and common areas. Nice outdoor and great location (can walk to downtown). Good price for area. Mattress is extremely firm, sheets not ironed but washed. Not many parking places, but can park along the road.
- Jackie (10/5): -
- Ranjodh (9/5): -
- Liz (8/5): - location easy to walk to shops and adventure center. being able to cook was great pretty noisy inside and out. beds only ok
- James (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and gave some great advice to get the most out of the activities we had planned.
- Ned (10/5): -
- Wei-Fang (10/5): -
- Formicuccia (10/5): - friendly staff
- Karsten (9/5): -
