Syahira (6/5): okay je, cuma receptionist india boy tu je yg spoil. relax da la, - okay je, okay dgn harga. cuma risau kalau housekeeping tak tukar bedsheet sebab dia tengok bedsheet bersih, tu jee concern i. lelaki india pakai spec mata mcm rude bila bercakap, tak tahu apa yang dia nak berlagak kan sgt, tapi bila bercakap dgn lelaki, elok pulak. sejenis yg berani dgn perempuan tapi takut dgn lelaki. okay, peace.. lelaki melayu yg last last year tu da resign, dia baik, selamat hari raya.

Adila (5/5): Bad experience - The morning shift receptionist is friendly. Housekeeping is not done well. The cleaner forgot to empty the dustbin. We complain to the night shift staff but she just give us rubbish plastic bag and ask us to put the dustbin in front of the door our self. The room has weird smell due to rubbish & cockroach. We spot a big cockroach roaming freely in the room.
Mohd Amirullah (8/5): Stayed here for Raya. Thank god i booked early. Best - Located literally at the trading city centre. Eco, DIY, banks and Mcdonalds is just walking distance. View facing the sea is nice. Can still hear other room voices. But only loud voices.

Łóżka wygodne. Ręczniki czyste. Łazienka przestronna i czysta. Brak windy. Pościel mocno zużyta i poszarzała. Pokój wymaga odświeżenia, sofa zniszczona i brudna. Dywan poplamiony a stolik podrapany. Mieliśmy najdroższy pokój w tym hotelu. Podczas zameldowania nie uprzedzono nas, że musimy zapłacić za parking i otrzymaliśmy mandat za brak opłaty.

We took a morning stroll by the sea with a very peaceful and cooling morning vibes. Easy parking lot, very2 near to shop & banks - Eco, MrDiy, 7Eleven, McDonald, Cendol Boy and a few more restaurant just a walking distance. Staff is super friendly, TV (Chanel ok la-we did not watch tv a lot) Bathroom got Shampoo, Bath gel, Travel Toothbrush set, Towel, Shower cap. Water Bottle, Coffee 3in1, Tea bag, Cups, Electric kettle, Mini Fridge, 4 power point. Iron & Iron Board we can get it our self at the hotel reception lobby area. The Stairs.....hahahaha BUT, if we take it as an exercise then we can enjoy the stay there. For us, Not so bad coz our family/Children are all adults. NOT Recommended If you have an elderly forks and a wheelchair people.

No refund, we paid full for our 3 days 2 nights. Ended up cancel one night. Asked for refund. First the boss said SUSAH then last minute said NO REFUND. Should have sued.

So u can buy ur neccessity anytime. The staff are so friendly. They willing to help you. Near McD and the small city too. They provide hot water and coffee 3in1 at the receptionist level. TV has lot of channels and is very clear (HD) THE ROOM IS SO SMALL FOR THE RATE. I book family room. Double bed+single bed. We are having hard time to perform our prayer because of the limited space. The sound-proof is really bad too! I can clearly hear next room toilet flush and birds chipping outside. DONT BRING YOUR OLD PARENTS OR ANYONE WITH WHEELCHAIR AS THEY DONT HAVE LIFT/ELEVATOR. We stay at the top level and need to bring all our stuff by going up stairs. Hustle! Lighting is bad too. They use all warm light.

I cycle tour and after putting my bicycle in the room, can only walk from bed to toilet and to main door, around 4 foot step:) I do appreciate the hotel staff for letting me squeeze in my bicycle into the room. Hotel is located at above ground floor so have to carry bicycle up to hotel lobby, info for cycle tourer.
