- ミィンッ (5/5): - 朝食はとても美味しかったです。 スタッフみんなも暖かい笑顔て迎えてくれました。 部屋は綺麗でしたが、お風呂には髪の毛が あって少し不快に感じました。 あと 隣の部屋の声とかも聞こえて、子供が泣いている声も聞こえて 夜は 寝れませんでした。 普通 今まで泊まったホテルには 隣の部屋の声が聞こえませんでした。

- Tsunghui (8/5): Very comfortable stay - The hotel was pretty new and well maintained. The room and the public area were all pretty clean. Staff were very nice. Very close to Numazu train station, but a bit far from the restaurants and shops. The bath tub was quite deep and very good for soaking. Only wish the hotel has a safe deposit box in the room. We’re happy with everything else.

- anksus (10/5): - 部屋自体は広くはないですが、バス・トイレ別、バスタブがついていて広くて良かった。枕がちょうどあとアメニティー類がpolaなのが最高です。起きられなくて朝食食べられなかったけど食べたかった。 フロントが二階にありエレベーターでしか行けないのでチェックアウトの時間によっては混雑してしまう。

- Andrew (8/5): Clean hotel close to Numazu station. Free umbrellas for when it rains! - Really nice, clean, and modern hotel near the north exit of Numazu station. The staff were helpful and friendly. I stayed at this hotel because I used to live nearby, so it was interesting to visit the area years after having lived there. I would have stayed in Tokyo, but the hotel prices at the beginning of April were super expensive. This hotel in Numazu was much more reasonably priced.

- Verified traveler (8/5): スタッフさんのホスピタリティレベルが高い - 沼津駅から数分で、立地は良い。 部屋は広めで、使いやすい。 ユニットバスではなく、浴室とトイレが別で、浴槽も洗い場も広々なのはかなり快適。 朝食はラストオーダーより少し遅れて行ってしまったが、快く通してくださった。 アジの干物が大ぶりで本当に美味しくて、朝からこんなに美味しいアジが食べれて大満足だった。 クローズ時間が過ぎているにも関わらず、レストランのスタッフさんに色々お気遣いいただき、有り難かった。 レストランのスタッフさんだけでなく、フロントのスタッフさんも清掃のスタッフさんも皆感じが良く、顧客サービスへの意識が高く統一されているホテルだと感じた。 また沼津に来る際にはリピートしたいと思う。

Warning: Location can be a bit misleading - the hotel is on the North side of the station, and it is about a 10min walk to the South side of the train station where most of the highlights are (e.g. Nakamise street, Numazu Port). Was actually a little expensive (without breakfast as well!) but maybe to be expected for weekend stay.
- Judy (10/5): american hotels should consult with the prezio to train their staff. - the rooms, including the bathrooms, have lots of storage space. the staff are the best i'ved seen, completely focused on the needs and comfort of their guests. when we asked the if they could call a taxi for us, they not only called, but told us to wait in the comfort of the sofa near the check in counter, which is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. when the taxi arrived, the lady said we could go downstairs and opened the elevator door for us and when we reached the first floor, she was there waiting for us and took us to the taxi! the breakfast was very good, especially the freshly cooked whole fish. leaving

- Ryan (9/5): Great Room, Good Food, Good Accommodation, Pleasant Staff, Great Location. - Good Breakfast, buffet style with fruit, breads, cereals, and an assortment of frequently changing dishes. Room is larger than most hotels in Japan, especially the honestly luxurious shower and bath. Location is minutes away from the train station and bus stop. If you are looking to bus south to Awashima or anywhere else, it's a great place for a short stay in Numazu. All in one coin Laundry Machine did not dry even after a 2 hour cycle. Everything else was good to excellent.

- Yumi (8/5): - たまたまですが、備品が足りず又は故障していて若干不便しましたけれども、適宜対応いただきましたし、何よりフロント・部屋清掃ご担当の方みなさん気持ちのよい接客をされていて、好印象しかありませんでした。 沼津を再訪する場合はリピートさせていただきたい、と感じる優良施設でした。 ※気持ちのよい接客＝全国比でトップクラス

- Shin (10/5): - 綺麗で快適なホテルでした。駅に近いのはいいですが、周りには特に何もありません。駐車場が有料なのは駅近なので仕方ないが、タワー式なので出し入れは面倒かも。

- Hiroyuki (8/5): - 朝食が美味しかったです。鯵の開きが、引き立てでおいしかったです。前回は、温泉たまごがありましたが、今回はありませんでした。 フロントのコーヒーは美味しかったです。水も、一本、部屋についているので、ありがたかったです。
- Hiroyuki (8/5): - スタッフの方々は、非常に接客も丁寧でした。朝食のスタッフの方々も、朝から元気で、気持ちが良かったです。アジの干物がおいしかったです。

- Sakamoto (4/5): - ツインルームに滞在しましたが、部屋は広めで清潔感もあり良かったです。 スタッフの対応は良くも悪くも事務的で、かもなく不可もなくといった感じでした。 やや不満だったのが、バスルームの鏡が鱗状態で石鹸を使って洗っても顔が見えませんでした。また、同伴者が誕生日だったので、事前に電話をして有料でも良いのでお花やケーキを事前に客室に入れておいてもらえないかと頼みましたが、ニベもなく断られ、訪問の際にはその件に関して一言もありませんでした。 完全なるビジネスホテルでした。
