- Katarzyna (10/5): Rewelacyjny pobyt - Przemiła, pomocna obsługa. Super lokalizacja, blisko metro. Bardzo czysto. Rewelacyjny ogród, gdzie można spędzić czas wieczorem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dodatkowym atutem jest możliwość pozostawienia bagażu przed wylotem i dalsze zwiedzanie Lizbony. Niespodzianką była kawa i słodkości po pierwszym dniu zwiedzania czekające na nas w pokoju. -------

- Ashleigh (7/5): Good location and friendly staff, but needs a little tlc - Location was good, right by a metro station and not far from the airport. Staff were friendly on check in and check out. We were upgraded to an apartment from a double room on arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Despite the upgrade, the apartment was a little tatty. There were a lot of places that needed attention/repainting/plaster/reflooring. The light in the bathroom was flickering. The walls of the rooms were also pretty bare, they could do with some more pictures or decor to brighten the place up. The plug sockets were also nowhere near the beds.

I had a street facing room, the shutters were brilliant and kept all light out, no issues with noise. The metro is on the Street so it's a great location for getting around Lisbon
- Stefan W. (9/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Metrostation ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Richtig angenehm ist der Gartenbereich sowie die Küche im 1. Stock, welche man jederzeit benützen kann. (Auch zum Kochen!) Es gibt keinen Lift - das ist für den Alltag eigentlich gut (Bewegung), macht aber einen Aufenthalt für Menschen, welche nicht Stiegen steigen können unmöglich.

Our room was gorgeous and we received the cutest little though for our baby. The facilities are beautiful.
- Norbert (8/5): Sehr nette Unterkunft - Es war alles sehr nett und unkompliziert. Fragen wurden sehr kompetent beantwortet. Es gab auf Wunsch Unterstützung bei einer Restaurantreservierung. Kurze Wege zur Metro. Das einige Gäste glauben, dass sie alleine in der Unterkunft wohnen und weit nach Mitternacht deutlich zu laut über die Gänge und in den Zimmern sich unterhalten haben. Ich würde empfehlen eine Zimmer zum Garten zu bekommen. Die Straße liegt an der Zufahrt zu mehreren Krankenhäusern und wird entsprechend sehr oft von Krankenfahrzeuge mit sehr lauter Sirene genutzt.

- Daniela (10/5): Würde ich wieder buchen - Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten und einen Balkon. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und hatte genügend Stauraum. Es gab einen kleinen Begrüßungssnack: Pastes de Nata und auch Tee und Löskaffee am Zimmer. Mir persönlich ist auch immer wichtig, dass das Zimmer einen Safe hat. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt (ein bisschen weniger Chlorreiniger könnte beim Putzen verwendet werden ;-) ). Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und es war ein schöner Aufenthalt :-) Die Wände sind wirklich dünn und unser Zimmer war direkt neben dem Stiegenhaus, sodass wir in einer Nacht leider um 3 Uhr Früh die anderen Gäste gehört haben (war aber zum Glück nur 1 Mal).

A recepcionista Joana nos ajudou com um probleminha que tivemos com a perda do celular e nos atendeu prontamente, ligamos nos lugares que passamos e nos dando retorno. Muito perto do metrô , uns 2 minutos caminhando. Recomendamos com toda certeza! Quando voltarmos a Portugal, ficaremos neste hotel. Nada, tudo perfeito!

The only thing was the sound insulation. Turned out the ones above us had an early flight, and their small kid was running back and forth at 5 am. We had some understanding as we know how kids are:) This insulation otherwise would not have been a big issue (after 7 am or before 10pm).

- Krzysztof (10/5): Bardzo fajnie miejsce z rewelacyjna obsługa - Pobyt w Vila Garden Guesthouse w Lizbonie był naprawdę wyjątkowy, ale to, co wyróżnia to miejsce na tle innych, to absolutnie niezwykła obsługa. Zespół pracowników wyznacza zupełnie nowe standardy gościnności – są nie tylko profesjonalni, ale też autentycznie życzliwi, uważni i ekstremalnie pomocni w każdej sytuacji. Od pierwszego kontaktu czuć, że gość jest tu naprawdę ważny. Każde pytanie czy prośba spotyka się z natychmiastową reakcją i pełnym zaangażowaniem. Takiej jakości obsługi doświadcza się bardzo rzadko – to poziom, który sprawia, że chce się wracać. Na moją ocenę nie wpływa fakt, że w dniu moich urodzin zostałem mile zaskoczony butelką szampana – choć był to bardzo sympatyczny gest. To po prostu miejsce, w którym obsługa na co dzień robi ogromne wrażenie i tworzy wyjątkową atmosferę. Zdecydowanie polecam! nic, wszystko było ok

- Ioannis (8/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. Die Lage ist gut, da man mit der Metro nur ca. 10 Minuten benötigt bis in das Stadtzentrum. Taxifahrten sind in Lissabon sehr günstig und manchmal bot es sich an auch ein Uber oder Bolt zu bestellen. Service und Personal war sehr freundlich. Trotz der guten Lage muss man beachten, dass die Metro direkt unter der Straße fährt an der das Hotel liegt. Das führt dazu, dass es nachts sehr laut sein kann, wenn man im Bett liegt. Für Personen die Einschlafprobleme oder keinen tiefen Schlafen haben, könnte das also zum Problem werden.

- Julia (7/5): - Gemütliche kleine Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt. Von außen erwartet an nicht, was einen innen erwartet. Gemütliche Zimmer, ein kleiner Garten im. Hinterhof gemütlich hergerichtet. Alles sauber und ordentlich, dass Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
