• Andreas (6/5): Würden beim nächsten mal lieber wo anders wohnen - vielleicht gleich im Nachbarhotel Tsilivi Beach. - Die Lage und der Ausblick auf Tsilivi Beach als auch der Pool sind wirklich schön. Die im Nachbar Hotel angebotene Massage war fabelhaft - die Dame ist ein Physiotherapeutin und versteht ihr Handwerk! Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und Anfang Mai war nicht mal die Rezeption besetz - der Check-in wurde im Nachbar Hotel durchgeführt (ebenso das Frühstück). Die elektrische Eingang-Schiebetür war defekt und wir mussten sie von Hand aufschieben. Im Badezimmer machte sich Schimmel breit und die Kopfpölster waren hart wie Stein. Schimmel gab es auch bereits im kleinen Kühlschrank.
• Jane (8/5): A very enjoyable few days - We had a few little issues such as the key card to our room kept failing to work. The attic room was a bit cold at night. I got stuck in the lift! However the staff were brilliant in trying to help especially the man and lady on reception in the main hotel sorry I don't remember their names. The position on the hotel is fantastic. The service of the rooms was inconsistent as the tea etc wasn't always refilled.

• Christine (8/5): Wunderschönes Hotel, das leicht in die Jahre gekommen ist. - Wir hatten die Suite im Obergeschoss mit super schönem Meer- und Pool Blick und Eckbalkon. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher sind sehr praktisch. Obwohl Check In eigentlich erst 15 Uhr immer ist, war unser Zimmer (Geschmacksache) bereits gegen 11 Uhr fertig und wir mussten dadurch nicht warten. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist perfekt. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, der sehr gut sortiert ist und den Hotel eigenen Parkplatz. Die Balkontür hat nicht richtig geschlossen, so dass es bei Regen reingeregnet hatte. Die sehr engagierte Putzfrau Olga aus der Ukraine hat dies gleich weitergegeben, nachdem wir sie darauf angesprochen haben und die Tür wurde prompt repariert. Eine Steckdose war kaputt, die für den kleinen praktischen Wasserkocher gedacht war. So haben wir diesen beim Schreibtisch genutzt, was zur Folge hatte, dass keine weitere Steckdose für die Tischlampe übrig war. Beim Laden des Smartphones am Bett gab es keine weitere Steckdose für die einzige Nachtlampe. Also insgesamt hat unser Zimmer und das Foyer recht dunkel gewirkt. Nur haben wir uns ohnehin nur zum Schlafen auf dem Zimmer aufgehalten. Leider gehören keine Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand zum Hotel, so dass diese extra bezahlt werden müssen.
• Christian (6/5): - Location was good, close to beach and town. The cleaner was excellent , cleaned the room every day and made the beds. I feel they may be fighting a losing battle as the room is dated. Breakfast was good and The room was a little dated, and the bathroom basic . The shower is in the bath and water leaked to the bathroom floor when showering which was a little dangerous . The porch leading to the pool and swim up area is in the shade so there is no sun outside the room pretty much all day . The room was very dark, and modern lighting is required .

• Simone (10/5): Gorgeous accommodation, gorgeous location. Best hotel in Tsilivi. - Breakfast was nice but some more traditional Greek options would have been good. Pool is beautiful. Rooms are lovely and our sea views of Tsilivi Beach were incredible. I asked for just an extra 30 minutes for check out. I was told that it would come at a fee. I thought that was a bit rough after booking two rooms for 4 nights and eating at the lovely hotel restaurant every night. So I didn't extend the 30 minutes out of principle. I understand it was probably the lady who was at the counter at the time that made the decision not to grant the extra 30 minutes and another staff member would have probably granted it without an issue.

• Christina (8/5): - Στα πολύ καλά σημεία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν το πρωινό καθώς και η τοποθεσία που βρίσκονταν οι σουίτες. Η πισίνα ήταν υπέροχη και προσέφερε άμεση πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα. Η σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί δεδομένου ότι : - Οι σουίτες δεν έχουν ρεσεψιόν αλλά πρέπει να εξυπηρετείται κανείς από το Tsilivi beach hotel (κάτι που δυσκολεύει την εξυπηρέτηση) - Το δωμάτιο, ενώ εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο, χρήζει ανακαίνισης και παραπάνω φροντίδας - Το ξενοδοχείο δεν προσφέρει καμία παροχή πέραν των τελείως βασικών (πχ δεν υπήρχε room service, dedicated bar, κλπ)

• Rashida (7/5): Would not stay again. Not great value for money. Staff were lovely. - On the beach Breakfast was appalling. There is the Pallezetto hotel and the Pallezetto suites. You pay a premium for the latter but breakfast is with the hotel. A feeding frenzy. The suites need to breakfasted in their side of the hotel group. Providing a more elevated experience.
• Walle (6/5): Värt att bo på hotellet. - Hotelletsläge i förhållande till stan och strand är helt perfekt. Lugnt vid poolen och lättillgängligt att komma ner till stranden från hotellet. Wifi kopplingen var väldigt dåligt på rummet. Städningen var inte heller helt prefekt exempelvis fönsterkarmen vid trappen där fanns det döda små insekter.

The reception team was also very helpful, they help us change the room with a better one. The room 249 was very noisy because of a technical room with a common wall with this room and we had to change it with a better one. Also, the kitchen hoods of the Tsilivi Beach Hotel, next to our hotel were very noisy during the day and could be heard in the room as well as by the pool side.

• Laz (4/5): Disappointing - Beach is right in front, has a nice quiet pool area Needs an upgrade the decor in the rooms are old, room had a musty mouldy smell half the lights and power points didn’t work, they only change the towels every third day hotel policy. There’s no one at the front desk if you need someone you have to walk to the sister hotel next door, breakfast was like being on a cruise ship. If you pick breakfast included for an adults only hotel you have walk across the road and have breakfast with the other 500 people from the adjoining hotel, door stay open all night no security no one at front desk
• Maciej (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is situated on a sandy beach. Localisation is very practic, especially if you travel with children: coming into the sea through only few small stones (you don't need water-shoes, there are no algae, etc.), water is clean and not deep. It is also possible to rent sunbeds with umbrella for 20 Euro (in the price of hotel there are only sunbeds near to swimming pool included), but you can take also your own blanket and ley to the sand. Traveling from airport there is possibility of taking taxi (guaranted 25 Euro) or public bus in front of exit from the airport, near to colour map (3 Euro), but it comes only 6 times for the day and you need to change the bus for another (2 Euro) at Zakhyntos bus center, where conection is more often, usually every 60-90 minutes (direction Tsilivi, Tragaki).  You finally get off at "Tsilivi 1" bus stop and go 10 minutes on foot. Check-in is to do in the previous building of Tsilivi Hotels  where you also receive your breakfast and any help if you need (reception of Palazetto is permanently closed). The staff is helpful, towels new everyday, my room was eclxactly like on pictures. Wearing resort band, although I understand necessity, for me absolutely derogatory is.
• Ann (9/5): Superb - A lovely hotel in the most perfect location - only a few steps down to the beach. Lovely and quiet due to no kids - very busy at sister hotel opposite where we had breakfast. Have to say the food was very good with the biggest selection of food I've seen. Beautiful pool and big comfortable sunbeds. Room well equipped, cleaned every day and wicked jacuzzi bath. We had a swim up room as needed a ground floor room but couldn't use the ladder up as only 2 steps, then step up to balcony very big and with weak legs could not pull myself up. Decor OK but could do with an update.

Dirty and mouldy areas in the bathroom and bath tub and the shower was in the bath tub. Mouldy enclosed smell in the bedroom. No compensation offered after the above problems were pointed out.

• Nick (2/5): Between the issues above and the horrible weather we left very very disappointed - The location and the view from the room Dark, dank hotel very poorly lit and not climate controlled in public spaces. Big and impersonal, almost institutionalized feeling in terms of handling visitors. Also nothing electronic worked properly in room upon arrival. Changed TVs twice in first two days. AC also needed service - no Temperature control initially. Even the water boiling kettle had to be replaced. Lastly it’s not really a stand alone adults only hotel but part of the Tsivili Beach hotel across the street. No check in desk in the hotel… you have to go across the street to talk to staff. Breakfast area full of young parents with screaming crying kids. So the hotel is largely misrepresented in the way it’s listed.

• Sean (10/5): Perfect and will be returning next year! - One of the best vacation spots I have ever been too. Everything was amazing and perfect, the beach was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location is perfect everything you need is within less then a mile. They also have a beautiful restaurant called the halfway house which has amazing food and drinks. Also you must take advantage of the tours provided by the hotel In the lobby, the sealand tour is like something out of a postcard. It takes you all around the island and the last stop is a breathtaking lunch with the best sunset on the island. The only knock is the food, they try to have a good selection but the food is horrible. Bacon is uncooked and eggs very watery but with that said there is so many good places to eat right outside the hotel.
• Michael (2/5): Very Disappointing - The place was clean. Very disappointed with this place. We booked it on the strength of the reviews here on Booking .com. Its nothing like the reviews, so I have no faith in the authenticity of what I've read. We left today, after the third day of not being able to get a sunbed. We had to go out every day just for somewhere to sit. We was in the adults only suites. All pool side loungers were taken from morning to sunset. We even tried the other side where the families are, it was chaos. Drinks are over priced too. Just an awful experience, would not recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the money at all.

• Jessica (10/5): Great property for a great price. Staff was wonderful and accommodating! - Palazetto was a wonderful hotel with amazing views of the sea! The room was clean and a wonderful value. We had one of the swim up rooms and it was so nice! We loved being able to just walk directly to the beach. The dinner buffet was not my favorite but many enjoyed it. As such, we never tried the breakfast buffet and we opted to eat out in the evenings. I definitely recommend renting a car for your stay so that you can get the most out of the island. We would stay here again.

• Anne (7/5): My stay was very nice I would return back, but I wouldn’t include breakfast and dinner - The location is very good, the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were very good. In regards to the facility the swimming pool was very nice. The lights in the room were deemed which I didn’t mind but the bathroom light also were deemed and it’s so dark it’s not easy for a Women to put makeup. Unfortunately if you get a lounge chair at the beach you should expect to pay € 8 per day. For the price paid per room per night it should have been free of charge for the hotel guests. I was so disappointed with the breakfast & dinner. My opinion don’t do the same mistake paying for the room with breakfast & dinner. The food was awful, I only used the restaurant in the morning to get my expresso and for dinner ice cream.
