- Alexandr (2/5): - The hotel is under new management. They did not receive my payment through hotel.com, and I had to pay in cash a second time. The hotel.com staff refused to refund my payment because they could not reach the hotel by phone. This is very strange.
- Marlen (10/5): Amazing stay at this hidden gem!!! - Just came back from an amazing trip in Uzbekistan. Stayed at the Art Hotel after reading great reviews on hotels.com. Well let me tell you....my room was huge, the breakfast was delicious with many choices, all of our requests were timely accommodated and most importantly Ibrahim and his colleagues went out of their way to help us with anything we need. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming and we were literally treated like family. The taxis are very cheap and for $1-2 dollars can take you anywhere within 15 minutes away from the hotel, which is the distance to all the major landmarks in the city. There are several restaurants nearby, plus you can order food and have it delivered to you by car. The service for food delivery is super cheap (about $1). There is also a supermarket called karzinka outside where you can buy anything you need. I would not hesitate to come back to this lovely hotel again!!!
- Elisabeth (8/5): Nice Hotel. - I liked this hotel. Not fancy, but clean, welcoming and has a garden to sit in. My bed a bit hard....but everyone likes different comfort. The breakfast has a very nice choice for such a small hotel. The location is in a safe and leafy neighborhood, only a short way from the airport. It is quite a walk to the nearest metro, but some things to do nearby like the Museum. Friendly staff.

В этом направлении можно рассмотреть и много других информационных идей, которые придадут особенный статус и колорит отелю

- mark (8/5): A valid budget option - Hotel does not have a common area, the lobby, check-in area, luggage storage and building entryway are all one and the same, so it gets crowded and a bit uncomfortable. The door of my room had two positions: locked or open. I.e., you could not have it closed, unlocked. Breakfast was most basic of all (5) hotels we had in Uzbekistan. Still adequate, though. Wi-fi worked fine.

De kamer was prima schoon, de douche warm en er stond een lekkere stoel om 's avonds nog ff een filmpje in te kijken. Staff fantastisch, restaurants in de directe omgeving(zelf La Pasado gedaan, absolute aanrader) en een mall op loop afstand. Wifi was ook goed te doen, niet fantastisch maar wel goed.

- John (8/5): Homey place to stay in Tashkent - People are great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is home cooked and a terrific variety. Good location near a market and liquor store (hard to get a beer in town), but a couple of nuisance that can easily be fixed like curtains that don't cover the windows on the street level, a toilet flush issue (almost everywhere!) and a good thing I brought my receipt since they were unaware I had paid in advance (immediately resolved).

- むー (10/5): アクセスは悪いが設備が綺麗で格安のホテル - 値段が安く、タシュケントの中心（ティムール広場）までアクセスが良いと思い予約しました。 ただ、タシュケントが想像以上に広く、歩くのがしんどい＋周囲にArtという名前のホテルが多いらしく（Grand Art,Art Hostel）タクシーに説明しても迷う、といった点は想定外のマイナス点でした。 しかしながら、従業員の方は丁寧で、シャワー設備はものすごく綺麗で大満足でした。 タシケント自体そこまで観光する場所はないので、宿泊するだけでしたらおすすめです！

- Frida (6/5): Management is not accommodating - I've booked a 3-bed room on first floor ( because my mom can't take stairs, due to knee problems and no elevator in the hotel) in May of 2017 for a visit in August 29. And I have emailed the hotel to make sure we got the first floor. Never got any response from the hotel management. When we got to the hotel, I was told that there no 3-bed room available , only on second floor. So, they accommodated us with A MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR for the 3rd person. So, there we were 3 of us in small room with king size bed and mattress on the floor plus our luggages, plus my mom being sick, throwing up constantly,(she got sick on the plain), can you imagine that. It was very uncomfortable to relax in that room. I would go to the front desk daily to ask them for another room, at least for one of us. Even though the hotel was not booked solid, they would not offer us any. Four days later, they offered a room with daily charge of $30. Tell me why did we have to pay more , if we were charged ahead of time? I was very dissatisfied and disappointed my whole stay in this hotel, I wish I could get my money back, $460. In my opinion it was a lot of money for this discomfort .
- Shawn (8/5): Nice enough for a cheap place to stay - Nothing special. It was clean but had a bit of a cigarette smoke smell in the room. It was a good deal, but not close to any of the downtown sights. Not too far from the airport. Staff was very helpful to set up a taxi for our early morning trip to the airport. They made sure we had registration slips as we rushed off early in the morning.

Although I arrived early in the morning, they hurry uped cleaning the room and let me in at once, when everything was ready, that was about 8 o´clock in the morning. - James (10/5): Cozy room in Taskent - One day, two nights. The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. They brought tea to our room and offered slippers, which was nice considering the price point. The neighborhood is a bit sleepy, but good restaurants can be found within walking distance. The only two downsides were that they don't take international credit cards (almost no one does in Uzbekistan) and the bathroom is shared so the hot water ran out a bit quickly.
