Photos mensongères, on s'attend à un jardin et juste une décoration à l'entrée. Insonorisation très mauvaise. 2 cintres par chambre et pas moyen d'en obtenir plus. Pas de mouchoir, tout est mesuré !

Cooler weather near mountain compared to old town and city centre. I liked that they allowed parking zone for WELO share ebikes. The internet is very annoying - need to log on with password each time you leave room and come back - not great for long stay guests. Need to walk past reception everytime you go to room - not much privacy. Room is smaller than advertised on booking.com in my view.

But after reading other reviews i found thats this hotel if know for money extortion culture. Be careful when dealing with Aim as she will find a reason to charge you more. The website talks about the cafe but the pictures are old. If you want coffee sachet you have to go the front desk. One towel for pool and showering no additional towels for pool users. Main door to room wouldnt lock, moved to new room but had to take the towels and water from the old room, no compensation for our inconvenience. The person handling our complaint was polite but inexperienced, translation was difficult. Adequate restaurants were not close by, in making our chose we relied on the information on the website which proved to be false.

What you save in accommodation costs you will spend on getting transport to anywhere you want to go. The hotel is quite isolated and can't really walk to shops etc. The staff were not very helpful. Everything was a bit tired including broken pool chairs. No food available at hotel except for bags of crisps. The view from some rooms was on to a dusty building site.

- Paul (7/5): Not a shining star. - It was clean. The beds were a good size and comfortable. When checking in the front desk staff were surly and unhelpful. There was no coffee, milk, or sugar in the room to make drinks. I am not a great sleeper and frequently like a drink during the night. There are no food facilities in the hotel Some soft drinks and snack are for sale from reception, which lends itself to the hotel being run down and tacky.
