• Rodrigo (10/5): - Location it’s exceptional. Walking distance to tours pick up point, public bus and Paphos Harbor and Archeological sites. Also mini markets around. The mattress on the double bedroom wasn’t the best but it’s not that bad.
• Anatoly (6/5): Неплохой отель, но довольно потрёпанный отель - Хорошее расположение на тихой улице, недалеко от моря, променада и археологического парка. Недалеко большой торговый центр. Большая парковка на нулевом этаже. Номер достаточно просторный и с удобными кроватями. В номере было несколько переходников для розеток - это было приятно и удобно. Всё здание несколько изношено и требует косметического ремонта. Плохая звукоизоляция, очень громко хлопающие двери в номер (дверь просто невозможно закрыть тихо). Все двери и дверцы шкафчиков и кровати в нашем номере довольно сильно скрипели. В туалете отсутствует задвижка и даже язычок на замке, из-за чего дверь сама приоткрывается. Горячая вода из бойлера за которым надо следить - включать когда вода необходима и выключать чтобы он не перегорел. Напор воды очень неточно регулируется и в результате очень сложно установить подходящую температуру воды. Довольно старая и не очень комфортная мебель. Много лишней. Номер просторный, но из-за мебели становится тесным.

• George (10/5): - We were looking for 2 things. The cheapest and central location in relation to antiquities and the port of Paphos, in early December 2025. We were not disappointed. Friendly owner, highly recommended. Would visit again. Everything was good.

Na wyposażeniu łazienki 1 rolka papieru na cztery osoby na 6nocy(!!!). Zakamieniona bateria w kuchni. Na tarasie 3 krzesła dla czterech osób! Brak zapasowych worków na śmieci.Meble chyba z second hand, skrzypiące łóżko metalowe w jednej sypialni. Zdjęć nie załącze, bo nie robiłem ze wstydu na to , co zastałem.

• Tünde (4/5): Middel-rate flat, no warm water - The flat is near the harbour, and the promenade. The kithen-living room and bathroom are big enough, but old-fashioned. The balcony has enough places, a comfortable furniture, and it's calm. The bedroom is too small, the bed is the worst ever. Mattress is too sofy, the bed can't hold it, until morning we were slump in to the middel. It is impossible to get the optimum water temperature in the shower, it's either hot or cold.

• Mamantia (8/5): Value for money, great central location. - The location is very convenient and central, just a 4–5 minute walk to the center (ta mpania). We also enjoyed a lovely view from the balcony overlooking the neighboring resort pools. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to cook a couple of meals in the apartment. Most importantly, Antreas, the host, is super helpful and very friendly! The building is a bit older, but it wasn’t an issue since the apartment itself was very clean.
• Rocio (1/5): Too good to be true - It seems that the owner manages several apartments, but unfortunately, we got the oldest one. The air conditioning units didn’t work properly, and the apartment was very dirty when we arrived. The kitchen clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We even found a bag of rotten potatoes, which we had to throw away ourselves because the smell was unbearable. The bathroom was also quite dirty. The shower curtain was yellow at the bottom and very unpleasant to touch. We mentioned all of this to the owner on the first day. He apologized and told us that cleaning staff would come the next day. It is true that they cleaned the bathroom (though they left the same curtain), but in the kitchen the stove had food stains and it was full of ants, furthermore the drawers were dirty. The apartment really needed a deep cleaning, which never happened although we requested it and the owner was , apparently, committed to doing it. The owner kindly left us a box of sweets and a bottle of wine, which was a nice gesture, but in the end what really mattered was having a properly cleaned apartment.

Equipped kitchen. Few times we had problem with the toilet either flowing or not working but owner was very nice and said that will take care of the problem. Furniture is a bit old but working well overall.

Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Generally the building was quite. I had covered parking, but this might not always be the case, depends on how busy it is. Not really a problem, but be aware a nearby hotel has its pool area just over the fence. Can get noisy, but it's just people enjoying themselves.

• Letizia (7/5): Nice and quiet location at walking distance from the harbour - The host was really helpful and kind, he gave us plenty of suggestions on activities and places to visit, and even arranged a taxi ride back to the airport for us. The location was great as the neighborhood was peaceful and at walking distance to a supermarket and the harbour. It was a lovely stay! Paphos was insanely hot during our stay (perceived 41°) and our apartment was too, despite having the AC on when we came back from our trips. It might have been an old device as it was not cooling down the apartment and we were dripping sweat constantly. Apart from this minor issue, we did not have any troubles at all.

• Valeria (6/5): Pleasant - Andreas, the owner, is super friendly and accommodating. He welcomed us with a cold bottle of water in the fridge and a lot of good tips for our stay. Nice terrace where you can chill. The furniture is quite old and the bed makes noise when turning. Water pressure in the shower was very low. However, it had everything and it was ok for our short stay.

• Elitsa (9/5): Excellent - The apartment has very good location, parking spot, wonderful view from the terrace to the blooming bougainvillea oppositе. It's clean and the rooms are big enough. The staff is very kind and responsive, even though we didn't see each other in person. We would stay there again with pleasure! Everything was excellent.

• Terry (10/5): Great location, great host ! - The apartment is in a great location for sights, restaurants, supermarket etc. The apartment is well equipped and has nice views. The owner met us to check in and was helpful throughout our stay. As well as allowing a late check out, we were also offered the opportunity to leave our baggage in a secure lock up. A nice option if you have a late flight. Nothing, everything was perfect !

I wouldn't consoder it as suitable for families, especially with small children. The bed linen and towels are very used: e. g. seathrow and yellowish respectively and i doubt they have been washed properly.

It is one of rare cases when the apartment actually looks better than photos on the website suggest. The apartment comfortable, good sized and well equipped. Another plus is a very nice owner. Can't think of anything.

• Marta (8/5): Paphos - a people friendly but not baby friendly city - Very responsive host, location in quiet neighborhood close to everything important to see Sorroundings (and to be true major parts of the city) are not stroller friendly with high pawements and a lot of road works.
• Mario (1/5): Bad - We booked short term, but the nice, kind wife of the owner was coming really quick to give us the keys and gave us some recommendations fpr the city. We left the apartment after some hours + booked an other apartment. The kind owner wanted to show us some other options, but we only wanted to get out. The owner gave us a little bit of money back and we didn`t had to ask for it - he did this on his own initiative. The bathroom was completley clean, the rest of the apartment was not in a good condition, but sufficient. The fridge and the kitchen sideboard was not cleaned and the rubbish bin in kitchen and especially in the bathroom were not empty, what is really a no go. For just 5 Euro more per night, you could stay directly at the harbour area in new and clean apartments.
