- OGNJEN (8/5): - Property has nice size room, clean and quiet. Hallways are also clean and quiet. Which is great for nice calm hotel stay. Gym and pool is behind the hotel, not attached to hotel itself. Gym and pool is great. Staff have hard time speaking English so can be some communication issues for sure. Also, staff could be more helpful to the tourists and more welcoming. Morning breakfast is okay. There are 3 meals in rotation. So nothing special, just okay. Hotel location is farther away from many interesting key tourist sites, so expect to spend a lot of time traveling. Bus stop is neaby but you have to wait sometimes 20 to 30 minutes.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Stay in Taiwan - Second time staying at this hotel. Location is great, close to the subway station and many great eateries. Room is quiet and comfortable. Only suggestion is to increase internet speed because it looks like all hotel guests share the same connection, thus in the evening when everyone is back the speed can drop substantially.
- Raymond (10/5): - 睡床非常舒適，冷氣充足，淋浴熱水足夠。位置極佳，地鐵出口行3分鐘就到，酒店旁有便利店，補充日用品很方便。 如果隔音可以更好就完美了，隔壁房客如果說話稍為大聲一點都會聽到。
- Hau Yan (10/5): 暖心服務 - 約7年前首次入住，多次再回來。 由於腰骨不太好，曾要求加硬床褥。 酒店沒有硬床褥，用了薄木板放在床褥中間，睡起來很舒服。 今次入住沒有特別要求，如沒有太大痛楚，也不希望麻煩別人。 第二天晚上回酒店，發現酒店自動為我加上木板，實在太開心。

- ERIK A N (8/5): - First impression was not favorable because of the ongoing works with regard to the Taipei subway, however the hotel turned out to be quite nice. Gym and swimming pool are in an ‘adjacent’ building. In house there is small laundry. Limited but good breakfast. Rooms are rather small. Toilet is very small (esp. for tall Europeans). Near to public transport (busses and subway).

- KADO (10/5): - 中山まで40分ほど。どうしようかと思いましがが、問題なくすごせました。 移動はMRTも2-3分でありますが、バスをメインに動きました。（台北のバスは乱暴運転で驚きました。日本も昔はこうだったらしいです） ホテルは清掃が素晴らしいので、気持ちよく過ごせました。 隣や廊下の音漏れも一度もなし。 プールは水着持参で行きましたが、お出かけに忙しく入れませんでした。一度平日23時までと案内があり、22:25に行ったところ、プールは22:30とのこと。 土日は18時までだったかと。

- HSUAN HO (10/5): 愉悅的一晚 - 提供免費停車場，擁擠的台北這點值得稱讚；飯店環境相當乾淨，大廳提供咖啡機好喝，且有多種選擇，櫃台人員親切，價格又非常親民，未來有機會非常願意回頭。可惜時間不夠，無法好好使用到健身房，健身房與附近店家配合，健身房看起來設備不少，一定很不錯，可惜了。

Servizio impeccabile da persone gentilissime. Peccato che la zona è disturbata non poco dai lavori alla metro ... anche di domenica.

- Barbara (10/5): Hidden gem - Lovely hotel handy tidy Ignatius high school metro stop. Come out of exit one and look to the right and you will see it. Reception on level 3 which threw me at first. Same area where breakfast is served. You have a choice of 3 breakfast each day and all are yummy. Lovely little patio area where you can sit and have free coffee 24/7 and snacks. Quiet hotel even with the construction going on at the moment outside. Easy to get around from here and handy to shops etc

- John (10/5): Great Hotel and Great Value - Great hotel, room had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and staff were great. Neighbourhood was also great, with easy access to the MRT and all the attractions. Best part was that it had a lounge area where you could serve yourself coffee after a day out. Really nice small hotel, and excellent value for money.

I liked how the room was comfortable and clean. The service is top tier. Everyone is so friendly here and always willing to help with anything you need. Unlimited water and coffee as well. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit.

The hotel provides 3 breakfast choices for you to choose, quinoa, congee with side dishes, and western tuna toast with eggs, which all was served in plate at your table. Coffee bar is self-service.

- Aric (8/5): 5 nights stay - Stayed here for 5 nights, overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was fantastic, come with per person per set, so you will not be over eating. The gym facility is a plus point, it is just behind the hotel, serve with full gym facility with huge swimming pool and etc. Only negative side is the TV connection had some error which i couldn't watch on last night. Perhaps the concierge can smile more?

- Juliet (10/5): Amazing LaCle - The staff was welcoming and gave options when my card would not work. I was so stressed as the banks had closed and they didn’t accept USD. So I decided to rebook through hotels.com and cancel the other on another app.
- Jessica A (10/5): - We travel to Taiwan every year. For many of those trips, we've stayed at Airbnbs for the convenience of having a kitchen and washer/dryer as we stay for a longer period of time. This year, I was going on my own and for a very short visit so I figured a hotel would be easier. I was able to secure a great daily room rate by booking the hotel when I booked the plane ticket. While my room wasn't large, it was comfortable and clean. The hotel is fairly modern with a really good shower. There was a small in-room safe, a small fridge, and cable television. The WiFi was strong and included. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the St. Ignatius MRT station, close to several Family Marts/7-11s, and about a 10 minute walk to some food stands in the evening. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5-stars for amenities was because, after I booked, I got a message that the pool would be closed for maintenance. Part of why I booked that hotel in lieu of another, less expensive in the same general area was because of the pool. That aside, I would definitely stay there again and would comfortably recommend it to others.

- Leong (8/5): - Overall is very above very good. Some furniture can be more practical. Placing a big cupboard with a lamp beside a bed is not useful enough. Should replace with a sofa instead. Writing table with a big cupboard beside also not useful at all.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Hotel, Great Staff, Just Book! - Great Hotel! Great Staff! Just book! If I can give more stars, I would and would probably go back if I travel Taiwan again. It is comfortable, clean, and feels like home. The price is very fair and the staff is phenomenal! Very friendly staff, responsible, professional and follows up with everything you inquire of them. We had an early flight in the morning the day we left, and because we were too early for their actual hotel breakfast to open, they prepared some sandwiches and drinks for us to have breakfast to go. Highly recommend!

- Mark (10/5): Surprise of the trip! - Booked this hotel as cheap and close for our business visit so didn't expect too much. Just perfect for us ...started with a superb Japanese BBQ restaurant next door. Room are not large but have everything and are clean and tidy. Checking easy - breakfast nice. I noticed families there too so not just built for business. I would thorough recommend this hotel - if you are into over the top lobby and mega size rooms this isn't for you but for a good value comfy clean hotel you couldn't ask for more.

There are local food stalls, restaurants, and shops surrounding the hotel area. It definitely a less tourists area. The hotel room is new, clean, and the bed is comfortable. The hotel staffs are helpful.

- Raymond (8/5): Extermely Courteous Staff! - I was slightly disappointed with the small-sized room (especially having to adjust after staying in a very spacious room in Guangzhou just before LaCle), but the staff quickly made up for it! As I told my friends, the courtesy, politeness and hospitality extended by the staff were virtually unmatched in any of my hotel stay in China, United States, and Europe! The fellow who was on night shift (11 p.m. - 7 p.m. on the 28th/29th February), whom I regret not to ask for his name, was easily one of the best, if not the best, hotel personnel I have ever met in my hotel stay in the last couple of decades. I hope hotel management will read this comment so that he'll be recognized for his exemplary service!
