- Dora (10/5): - Everything was great. The hotel and the rooms were very clean, special thanks to the housekeeper Ferican. Mehmet (Mike) from the reception was very helpful too and always smiling. Overall the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice and friendly. The coffee shop that's in the hotel was lovely. The pool was not available as advertised during our stay (6-11 may), I believe they plan to fill it up this week, right after we left, which was unfortunate. The breakfast was a little too repetitive, missing bakery items, but overall solid.

- BOUCHRA (7/5): - Proximité de la mer, restaurants, commerces. Loin du centre ville mais des arrêts de bus proche de l'hôtel. Réseaux de bus très compliqués à comprendre. Faut absolument avoir l'application sinon on a vite fait de se perdre. Et ne pas compter sur l'aide des chauffeurs qui ne sont absolument pas serviable voir parfois méchants.

- Ahmet Okan (4/5): - Kahvaltı yetersiz, ekmek çeşitleri sıcak ekmek, börek vb şeyler yok. deluxe oda da kaldım duş seti çok kötü, bozuk ve her an elinizde kalabilir. Oda servisi belli saatlerde varmış ütü istediğimde kendim almam gerekiyor gibi bişey söyledi sonra, kendisi getirdi. Gördüğüm kadarıyla kafesi görüntü olarak güzel. Deluxe oda olarak m2 küçük. Ses yalıtımı açısından çok zayıf ve ek olarak odanın içindeki çekmece çürümüştü, duvar kağıdı aşınmıştı. Bu hiç hijyenik değil. Kalanlar neyi övdüler bu kadar anlayamıyorum. Pansiyon gibi bir hava ve asansörün olmaması kadar kötü bişey daha olamaz. Gece tuvaletlerde inanılmaz bir koku vardı buda bir sorun. Asla parasını haketmiyor.

- Aylin (10/5): Mysigt - Bodde i en vecka med min vän och vi är verkligen nöjda! Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpte och besvarade alla våra frågor. Hotellet ligger även på ett väldigt bra område så man kan både promenera till stranden men även shoppingcentret under 15 min. För alla som vill utforska Antalya och inte behöver en all inclusive hotell kommer vara väldigt nöjda här.
- Joanna (10/5): Zadowolona - Ładny, stylowy hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Wspaniała obsługa! Recepcjoniści bardzo pomocni i sympatyczni! Czysty basen, gdzie można było odpocząć zarówno w słońcu jak i w cieniu. Przepyszne różnorodne śniadania. Dobra klimatyzacja w pokoju. Bardzo dobra cena za taki standard. Nie było miejsca by wysuszyć ręczniki. Łazienka była dość mała, duszna i nic tam nie schło, a poza ręcznikami kąpielowymi mieliśmy też swoje ręczniki plażowe i ręczniki na siłownię. Na szczęście serwis sprzątający sprzątając pokój wymienia ręczniki na czyste. Maszyny na siłowni wymagają serwisu. Ale to tylko drobiazgi. Mimo wszystko warto odwiedzić!

- david (6/5): - Check in was excellent and early. Reception staff very nice. On the surface hotel looks ok however electrical cable hanging inside window and windows were filthy. No balcony which i should have checked before booking so not blaming hotel. Expensive for what it is. Better cheaper options in the area.
- Sevgi (4/5): Good location, close to the beach. - The hotel has a good design but are not well maintained. The shower head holder was broken, the rain shower wasn’t intact so it was just for show. The sofa in the room had large burn marks. Overall the furniture had spots that made the room look not so clean. Breakfast was good. Except the didn’t have coffee which I think is a must! (Powder coffee is a big No No!) The staff was great. They were very helpful at all times, but I can’t justify the rating they have today.
- Brendan (10/5): - Birsel was so supportive and helpful for us during our stay. The hotel was close to the beach and bus nearby to go to other parts of the city. Birsel’s super demeanor made it extra warm for us and allowed for more enjoyment. The hotel is the perfect stay in the city.

- Stefan (8/5): A really nice hotel (with a couple of flaws) - Nice staff, great cleaning service, good design, great playlist in the lobby. Breakfast includes nice hot and cold vegetarian Turkish dishes. On the downside, no juices, yoghurt, or fruit (occationally watermelon), and only instant coffee. The gym is really run down with most machines broken. Eight minutes walk to the beach. Still, all in all we really enjoyed our stay!

There's no elevator in the hotel but while we were on the 2nd floor, it was not a problem for us. Breakfast was also nice. Again more than enough. You can choose and stay in Basel Hotel without any doubt.

- Péter (10/5): Exceptional - The Hotel Basel was one of the best I ever stayed. The staff was realy simpatic and professional, offered us water and tea when we arive. All the hotel is clean and well organised. The room we stayed was nice and big with a lot of storage space with airconditioning. Bathroom clean and modern. Breackfast with coffe, tea, water nad large variety of fresh food, lots of vegtables, salads, eggs and good quality breads. Several days before our arrival the staff asked me if i want transfer from the airport, was a good deal and the driver was kind and professional, offered us water and carried the bags! Was a Good experience. In the sorounding area there ar a lot of min markets, shops and several restaurantes, and is very close to the beach, 5/10 minuts walk. Best Regards
- Sohail (9/5): Nice stay - It is in the middle of the city, walking distance to Cornish, all restaurants nearby, public transport and taxi easyy available. Staff is very nice, cooperative and helpful. In the break fast, there is only water to drink, no fruit to eat and no juices to drink.

Otel Antalya'daki bir çok otelde olduğu gibi apartman yapısı ile yapılmış bir yer, odamız da yapısal alan olarak çok iyi değildi, ama yine de olabilen alanı iyi değerlendirdiklerini düşünüyorum. Çalışan arkadaşlar kibar ve yardımcıydı. Kahvaltı zengin değildi ama kısa seyahatler için yeterliydi.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und bot eine gute Grundlage für den Tag. Das Hotel ist ideal für einen Kurzurlaub und überzeugt durch seine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Räume sind recht hellhörig. Ventilatoren, Klimaanlagen oder Lüftungsanlagen können nachts hörbar sein. Ohrstöpsel wären daher empfehlenswert. - Dejan (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist super der Strand 7 min zu fuß. Das einzige daneben ist ein lokal wo jedan tag live musik ist und das hört mann dir ganze zeit. Ansonsten super Personal ist sehr freundlich bekommst alles was brauchst für kurztrip perfekt.

- Mohammad (8/5): Basel Hotel - Fin hotell och jättenära stranden, personalen i receptionen var riktigt schyssta och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var inte det bästa, var samma mat varje dag plus ej varierande mat. Vårt rum var mot vägen och man kunde höra allt, i överlag så är jag nöjd med hotellet och rekommenderar det.

- Mahsa (10/5): Overall I totally recommend the stay! - Wonderful property manager. Super nice and helpful!! Room has everything I needed even slippers and cold water in my mini fridge. The AC was a lifesaver in Antalya’s hot weather. Overall totally recommend. No elevator so beware if you have lots of luggage. Also the middle part of the blinds are not blackout; it’s just a white see through curtain which was a small problem cause of the light in the mornings.

- Fasil Belay (10/5): - Vi har hatt veldig fin opphold, kostet oss mye. Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Hotell med utendørs basseng, nær stranda(6-7 minuter å gå). God frokostbuffet. Har mulighet å snakke norsk, engelsk og fransk. Bra for familie. Stille, trygg og god service.
- Inderjit (10/5): Relaxing stay in Konyaalti, Antalya - We were told that the desk is manned 24hrs a day, so we would have no issues checking in. (1am) We were greeted by Mr Sarhat, he was welcoming and polite. He later helped me order food in from a take out (2am) In the morning, we were greeted by a new member of staff, Mr Sabir. He was equally a pleasant, polite and helpful person. One one of the days we had a tour booked - they always seem to collect before breakfast. Sabir went to the kitchen and got us some fresh bread (Pisi) which he didn't need to do - this was extremely kind of him. We met Mr Murad, the manager later in the afternoon. He was extremely helpful in getting tours booked. He was also great to have a chat and laugh with! If you visit and decide to book any tours, Murad will gladly help. I would say, take towels, swimwear, and a change of clothes if you go on a boat tour! The breakfasts were traditional Turkish, so if you only eat western continental, do request additional items as you will struggle. Black tea was on tap, coffee too. The rooms were cleaned as long as you put the "clean my room" tag up on the door handle which is as expected. They were always cleaned to a very good standard. They top your fridge/cooler with water on every clean. The pool was a delight to use, especially to cool off from the searing heat of the afternoon! Request towels, as they are not kept poolside. I would visit again in a heartbeat. I loved our stay here.
- Richard (8/5): Great staff and common area! Awesome location. Dated subpar room. - Murad was awesome! ! A huge help and a loving, welcoming presence. He will take care of you. Extra star for him. The common area was beautiful, and the breakfast had vegan options. Location is superb. The room was not great...only OK - it needs some TLC - maybe I just got an older room? There was chipped wallpaper, a nasty-looking drain cover (a rubbery sort of disc covering the drain), and coffee stains on the inside of the dresser drawer. It felt dark and cramped with nowhere to walk around or sit except the bed. The furniture was obviously very cheap (particle board). Overall, the room felt dated and aged. But it was clean. The gym was OK, but one bench was broken. The pool was freezing in May. The common area had VERY loud music (who can tolerate that so loud?!). The last day of my stay, the staff put on dance club music where the "artist" was literally screaming ... for breakfast! (however: I asked them to change it to something more hour-appropriate and lower the volume and they did, so that's great - thank you very much!) I recommend the music be less offensive/no screaming in the future :) No plant-based milk for the coffee area (although Murad said they'll be providing that option starting in June - I'm adding a star for that, awesome!) the last day had fewer vegan options, but it was still ok.

I really enjoyed the old school gym and the pool was great.. Great breakfast every day with variety and many choices It was also important that the person in charge spoke excellent English, which is difficult to find in Turkey... Overall it was a great staying!!

- Ergül (10/5): - Jeg og mine to ungdommer hadde en ti dagers opphold, vi stor koste oss og følte oss veldig trygge. Det er en trygg hotell med god service. Bra for barnefamilier. Hotellet ligger nær stranda sju minutter å gå. Alt annet som tannleger, frisører, restauranter, skjønnhetssalonger, mat butikker ligger nær hotellet med gå avstand. Aquapark, akvarium, land of legends, shopping senter ligger unna med tre minutters kjøring. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi fikk hjelp med alt det vi trengte og ble tatt godt i mot. Frokosten var delikat, variert mat , fersk mat og mye utvalg var det. Kjøkken sjefen var veldig hyggelig. Hotellet har en ute basseng med god størrelse. Vi bodde i en suite, det var romslig og fin designet. Anbefaler på det sterkeste at dere velger dette hotellet. Jeg takker alle personalet for gjestfriheten og god service og en stor takk til Morten. Om jeg kommer til Antalya igjen så blir det garantert dette hotellet.
