We asked to turn off the heat as it was too warm in our room which made it more comfortable, but we couldn’t turn on the AC to cool it more as keeping the windows open cooled the temp inside the room, but it was noisy on the street at night.

Das Hotel ist extrem sauber, liebevoll gepflegt und strahlt eine richtig angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus.Fussläufig in die Innenstadt perfekt. Der Inhaber ist perfekt – herzlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und unglaublich kinderfreundlich. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut hier drinsteckt. Unser Sohn hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt, und wir ebenfalls. Alles war einfach rundum super: Von der Sauberkeit über den Service bis zur Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Bruno wir kommen so gerne wieder ;-)

• Jon (9/5): The few items requiring attention far outweighed by the phenomenal staff and amazing cuisine. - Great location, spacious room, outstandingly friendly and efficient staff, Michelin-worthy restaurant A little attention needed in the room - two picture look to have been removed and 10 unsightly holes in the walls; also the shelf holding the coffee maker badly tarnished; handheld shower fitment would not remain fixed on the shower pole.

Man fornemmer tydeligt at der er et lille og hyggeligt hotel. Spiste ikke morgenmad på hotellet men fik super gode drinks. Der stod en stol for meget og fyldte uhensigtmæssigt på værelset.

The roof top area was a nice addition. The staff at the front desk was not helpful whatsoever. When we got in we asked for a recommendation for brunch / lunch and he said there were so many but he couldn’t think of a single one to recommend. He said to walk to the square and there would be options there - which we were trying to avoid. There were also no open plugs in our room? We had to unplug the phone and a lamp to each charge our phone.

• Anton (5/5): Tolles Zimmer nicht überzeugendes Frühstück - Wir hattten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße. Da es im Januar recht kalt war, ist es auf der Straße sehr ruhig gewesen. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir gar nicht zufrieden. Oft ist das Bestellte so gar nicht so gekommen. Im Frühstücksraum hat es auch gelegentlich nach Fäkalien gerochen.

Friendly and helpful reception. Our room included a separate toilet area, ensuring privacy without any see-through glass. The hotel is ideally situated, close to all amenities and surrounded by many restaurants. The tasteless ‘artworks’ on the walls, the breakfast could have been better, and the restaurant staff could have been more welcoming. Almost every morning we had to remind them about ourselves to get a cup of coffee and the menu.
