- Tyler (1/5): Bad - I didn't get to stay. I made a reservation to get there at 6am but when I arrived the lady told me I would have to pay for 2 days or come back at 2pm. I left and was trying very hard not to fall asleep after driving all night. When I came back at 2pm the office door was locked and I couldn't locate anyone that worked there so I left and found another hotel and got charged a $66 cancelation fee when I didn't cancel. I was never able to keep my reservation because the hotel wouldn't open the office for me to honor it.

- Asha (1/5): This hotel isn’t a stay that is recommended. The staff went into my room when i wasn’t present even though the room was - I liked nothing about the property, the rooms smell, everything is outdated Everything, this hotel needs to be shut down immediately
- Clarke (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raymond (2/5): I didn't get what I paid for - There was no breakfast available The manager was rude and the room wasn't worth the money I paid for.
- Lisa (1/5): I wouldn't recommend - It was close to where we were going. The place is run down. The room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Had to wake up the owner to get room keys and to return them. Neighbors were loud.
- Javon (5/5): Horrible, wouldn’t stay again - To be honest I really didn’t like anything about the place. It could have been cleaner then she charged me more than what I put on my booking. Half cleaned the room, had to call to turn the air and heater on in the room, didn’t want to answer the phone when I called from their phone, had to use my personal phone so they answer, bathroom light kept making noise, had to return the key or they would charge me $100 like excuse me ?

- Vickie (8/5): - The room was clean, but there was a musty odor in the room and no cable or satellite, they don’t upfront give the Wi-Fi password you have to ask…..
- Shirley (5/5): Passable - Staff was friendly. Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable. I was put in a smoking room and I requested non-smoking. Room really smelled heavily of smoke. Toilet wasn't cleaned well. No blanket in the room. Air conditioning unit was dirty. Styrofoam cups for coffee weren't wrapped. TV channels were insufficient.
- ann (2/5): Worst Hotel - I chose this hotel online, booked it online with Hotels.com. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, was very rude, non caring, back & forth on the phone. Worst, online, it says pet friendly, NO PETS is written on the glass where U check in. I had to hunt another hotel 10 miles away where they welcomed us & our pets.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Ugh - Not clean. Towels and sheets all had old yellow stains. Top comforter had burn holes in it and felt musty. Toilet had old urine drippings. We went to Walmart and bought a blanket and towels for the night. It’s a place to sleep for the night but not where I’d stay again.
- Bart (10/5): Good Deal - Nice place to stay while traveling!
- Clarke (6/5): - Bed was comfortable and sheets where clean. Good for a quick one night stay
- Anastasia (8/5): - I liked how it was quiet and the owners where nice
- Robin (2/5): - Okay motel if you need somewhere to stay quick
- Bruce (10/5): Nice stay - All aspects of my stay was good. Always concerned about rowdy neighbors, but had a quiet stay.
- Ashley (8/5): Night for Business - Check in was simple and easy. Room was okay. Bed was hard. It’s fitting for an overnight stay.
- Sylvia (2/5): - They charged my card twice. I was supposed to get a money back for turning in the key and remote and didn’t.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean but warm - Our stay was ok. The front desk(little room) was warm, I was sweating and we had to plug in the ac unit to start cooling down our room. Our room was clean.
- jonna (6/5): - It was so so
- Atlamtaman (10/5): My Visit to Camilla - Hotel was Clean...., Bed Very Comfortable, Cable All Good, I felt Safe in the Neighborhood there...Plenty of Fast Food Resturants Close By...I was there on NY's Eve....Everything Closes....Mangement was Nice, Friendly, Certainly Not the Ritz...But Clean, Comfortable and Worth the Money....
- Jay (8/5): Nice stay - Check in was quick and friendly, rooms was spacious, bed was comfy, internet was good.
- Eric (6/5): - Room did not smell like smoke but the shower drain from the room above me leaked and dripped into my tub.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice people who manage the place. It makes a big difference.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent value, but the manager (or person in charge) is seemingly oblivious to the idea of customer service.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - When we first arrived everything was great. We had everything we needed and the staff was nice. We stayed 2 nights and when leaving out on the last day the staff still had a nice attitude. Well plans changed and we had to book another room from them for that same night. I had already booked onli e and had my confirmation number and all. We headed straight to the hotel to check in and i decided to let my dog ride with us because she doesnt get out that much. When we arrived at the hotel to check in the woman comes up front and looks at my dog in my truck and she flipped out big time. She kept saying the sog cant stay. Well i already knew that because there were signs posted everywhere. I tried telling her she was not staying and that i was just letting jer ride for a few minute but she wasnt having it. She then bnb got her husband and then he flips out. Next thing i know,i banned from that place no
- Rodney (4/5): Quality needed - Parking lot area not well-lit building not in good shape and not kept up room had roaches pillowcase had makeup on it didn't look like it was cleaned not good housekeeping had to move to another motel.
- Bobbie (2/5): - The dirtiest and nastiest room we have ever stayed in!! Permanent Ring of dirt in shower and horrible stains on linens!! The heater was not working correctly—only high heat or had to turn it off and freeze!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The carpet was filthy, the shower curtain was suppose to be white but the bottom was black. Bring your own sheets and blankets. There was no blanket on the bed and the comforter was disgusting. We just put it on the floor. We stayed here because Hurricane Michael took out the Days Inn across the road. I think we would have been better off there!
- Dana (10/5): Good price, comfortable and clean. - We booked this hotel for the price. It was a nice, comfortable place to stay for a night.
- Edward (6/5): One truck drivers opinion - The hotel was hard to find not very attractive area the bed was very uncomfortable otherwise big TV clean room out of two thumbs up I'll get one thumb up
- Teresa (10/5): - The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We had every thing we needed when we asked.
- timothy (10/5): good place to stay - Worked long hours but rested comfortably in clean, comfortable room.
- Judith (10/5): Get what you pay for.. - Very accommodating when it comes to early checkin or out. You get what you pay for. No frills or thrills, but I get a cold room when its hot, a comfy bed when I'm sleepy, and a hot shower.
- CathyDFL (2/5): Trashy - I booked the room before traveling once I got to the area I tried calling to confirmation... no answer. We continued to the hotel I entered the office and the trash and filth was a shock. There was no one in the office and no one attempted to help me... needless to say I cancelled through online
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was nice and clean. Will definitely come back next time i visit.
- ramblindawg (4/5): Not the best motel - First, when you arrive, you interact with the manager through a safety shield because the lobby may be locked. The manager has a windowed bump out from the lobby and you pass your credit cards and ID through a little one-inch slit under the window. Not the best customer service experience. Our room was clean and fairly comfortable, but the carpet was in need of replacement years ago; totally matted and disgusting looking. The decor is burgundy and dark green, and the exterior paint is faded. Although they provide small bars of soap, they do not provide shampoo. Aside from the carpet and dated look, we did not note serious issues and slept OK.
- Frequentflyer (4/5): What a dump - I was the only guest in the entire motel. Looks abandoned from the outside and in serious need of a paint job. Cigarette burns in the carpet of my "No Smoking" room. AC was so loud I could barely sleep. Thankfully it had a brand new box spring (still in the plastic) and a new, comfortable mattress. Doesn't appear to be anything better in Camilla. Better to stay in Albany and make the 30 minute drive to Camilla if you have business there.
- Neil (10/5): - Clean, convenient, pleasent staff, good value
- Stan7769 (8/5): A fine motel - Running from hurricane Irma we found ourselves in Camilla, GA. Met Edwan and his wife (the owners). What very nice people! The rooms, while not new, were clean and tidy. The water pressure in the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The rates were fair and the stay was pleasant.
- Macy (8/5): Return guest - It's was our second time staying at this hotel.
We forgot my daughter's blanket the morning we checked out and relied it before leaving town. Went back and they had found it and put it up! I was so thankful because I can't buy a new one exactly like the one she has.
Great hotel for the area and will always use this hotel when I have to be in the area!
- Elizabeth M (8/5): Okay for one night - The air conditioner did not work, but the room was otherwise comfortable.
- mickey_miami (4/5): In Need of Shelter from the Storm - Driving through on the way to Tallahassee and we found out there was a Tornado Warning??? Yikes!!! Stepping on the brakes we had to choose between 3 motels within a short driving distance. We chose this due to the reviews. As was expected - absolutely no frills room - reminds me of a Motel 6 from the 90's. For our purposes it was good enough - a place to get out from the storm.
Pls note - this place is not clean enough for our taste - there's only so much you can do without taking out a pail, mop, lysol, etc etc etc. It didn't smell bad - none of the dreaded - 'someone's been smokin' in my room' smell. BTW - you all need to keep an ear on local news to make sure you know what's going on - too much Pandora or Audio Books and you will miss key travel alerts like we did... NOTE TO SELF - the cell phone critical notification doesn't necessarily work in rural areas - especially if you are away from main interstate highways.
- Brian (6/5): Good for one night only. ... - Okay for single person not for family. Tub not very clean had to buy cleaning material for tub.
- Michael (6/5): Adequate stay - Workers very cordial and rooms were adequate for a budget. Outside areas needed to be cleaned up.
- Jenni (8/5): Hotel was clean/issues with reservation - This is a decent hotel, the room was very clean, and the hotel staff was very friendly. Only issue is I booked this stay on my phone through the Expedia app to get Double the points, all went through fine, even got an email for conformation with itinerary number but when I got to the hotel, they couldn't find my reservation, not even by itinerary number or name. I showed them my email conformation, but still nothing in their system. I opened the app back up to check my account there, and my reservation was not listed on my trips, only recent searches. On Expedia desktop version, this was on my scratch pad with a note to finish my ressrvation....I don't know what happened, but the hotel honored my expedia price because they could clearly see something wasn't right on Expedia part, and they booked me a room. So, I appreciated that. What's is even wierder, is that now, the next day, it's suddenly showing up on the app in my trip list with pending points. But, this wain't the hotels fault, and they did everything they could to remedy the situation when they didn't even have too. Next time I'm passing through I'll def. Choose this motel.
- Vanessa (2/5): Dissatisfied customer - The stay itself was okay. The beds had bedbugs and the management didn't want to know about this topic. I am not satisfied with my stay there
- Verified traveler (6/5): Fair - Older hotel which is fine. However, a little pricey.
- fmgard (6/5): Good place to stay - My wife and I stayed at Western this past week for an overnight business trip. The rooms were clean (only one exception was the entry door needed some attention). The staff was friendly. The issue we had was the bed was extremely hard.
- 316altonf (10/5): A Pleasant Stay! - The highlight of my stay was good clean hotel especially for the price, friendly staff and helpful, and convenient location (on major road). I was very nicely surprised how well kept it was, room was clean and service was quick and hassle free.
- overthat (6/5): Pass Go!!!! - On Oct 5th my sons & I stayed at this hotel. On way back home noticed my son Ipad was missing. I had to call the hotel and ask have house keeper seen the Ipad. To make a long story short, i was asked was the IPad important? what kind of question is that. My point staff not honest the hotel owner should have called me after housekeeper turned it in. What judgement can u give staff & owner? Son found a pair of earrings in between the sheets, true sign not clean!!!
- GameDawg (2/5): DISGUSTING ROOMS!!! STAY AWAY!!! - I was on a business trip and just needed a clean comfortable room to stay with wifi. I chose Western Motel based on the previous customer review.
Walking in, the room smelled bad and the bathroom had dried up urine on the toilet seat. Hand towels had huge holes in it. This made me thinng what else was wrong with the room. Upon further inspection, I found bedsheets with cigarette holes (in a non smoking room) and the white sheets with disgusting yellow stains (probably body fluids).
Usually, I'm not this harsh but in this case, it's clear that the owners are lazy and obviously don't care.
Stay at Best Western in Cairo, GA. It's 18 minutes from Camilla but absolutely amazing.
- Patrick20133 (8/5): Wonderful stay - After a long travel back home, me and my wife stopped to take a rest . I received a warm welcome from the staff. They were wonderful and friendly as could be. The rooms were pleasant too. Nice clean towels and sheets. The room was real clean with all the amenities you could get from a brand hotel.
