• Baris (2/5): - Die Unterkunft war schlecht. Die Möbel sind noch 2014 und die Reinigung war sehr schlecht. Nach Zimmerwechsel und Beschwerde würde auch das Zimmer gründlich geputzt! Sehr laute Gäste, die bis morgens Party machen und keine Rücksicht auf andere nehmen. Das Besteck war noch dreckig im Schrank. Backofen war dreckig und versift. Die Dusche lief nicht richtig. Das Personal war Hilfsbereit.
• Stevo (10/5): - I'm enjoying my stay at the Flamingo residence Antalya. Room has cooking facilities , and a washing machine. Fridge freezer. Local supermarket very close to the Hotel. And restaurants. Clean , and very spacious including a balcony with chairs . Air conditioning is very good in all rooms . And you can control the temperature. Very comfortable queen size bed. Only dislike in which is minor. There isn't any pans to cook. Or an oven tray 😟 Other than that , everything is perfect. 😊👍

Kanepelerin ortası çökmüş ne yatmak için nede oturmak için kullanışlıydı. Personel cana yakın ve yardınseverdi. Mutfak lavobosundaki musluk yerinden düşmek üzere.

• Hussein Ali (10/5): - Wir haben als Familie einen guten Aufenthalt im Hotel gehabt. Das Familienappartement ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Swimmingpool war im Sommer eine schöne Abkühlung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Anliegen wurden sehr schnell gelöst. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es viele Supermärkte und Restaurants, die auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Hotel eine sehr gute Empfehlung. Unseren nächsten Urlaub würden wir wieder hier buchen.

• Anna (4/5): Not exactly what I expected - The wi-fi didn’t work in the bedroom, sofas were old and we couldn’t unfold them so both my son and my husband were forced to sleep on the folded couches. The kitchen was fine. The bathroom is actually a wet room. There is a lift, ramps everywhere so disabled people can easily move around there. But the swimming pool was horrible! It smelt of piss, there isn’t even a ladder and deep everywhere. So in overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends.

Temizlik anlamında da odamıza ilk girdiğimizde çekyatların altı toz, misafirlerin giyilmiş çorapları hala odanın içerisinde, çekyatların altından çıktı, ayrıca ortalık sözde temizlenmiş, çekyatların altı toz, her türlü şey mevcuttu.Temizlik ve hijyenden oda uzaktı.Denize mesafe yakın olarak belirtilmiş; fakat yürüme mesafesinde değil.

• Hamid (2/5): - The penthouse I got is spacious but it never clean for my 6 nights and no change bedding at all it hasn’t have a kettle for tea and coffee eve asked for the refrigerator small it never get cool, the air conditioner it was central it wasn’t option , no blankets. The bathroom boiler it was rubbish you can’t mixed hot and cold water. The there is no to have breakfast or lunch in hotel even around it but maybe good for self-catering if providing cooker and cabinets other problem communication in English however it was quite very away from market and center and sea.

• Mohammed Ali (10/5): - I recently stayed at the Flamingo Residence and I really enjoyed my stay, the resort was quaint and cosy, good AC system, balcony view was amazing facing the mountains and the swimming pool was really good. The staff were so friendly and professional and helped us with everything, I highly recommend this resort.
• Marwa (2/5): - We arrived to the hotel room and the smell of the room was so strong and bad , we couldn’t stay another minute . We tired to open all the windows and balcony door however we couldn’t get rid of the horrible smell. The bed sheets had stains all over them and also stunk. The pictures of the properly on this site is all false and does not look like this in real life . There is no beach outside and the pool also looks old and dirty .

• Verified traveler (2/5): Reality was a shame - We stayed 4 people and had one double bed in the room. Ended up sleeping on a sofa which did not look clean and was extremely uncomfortable. Prices of food including snacks were a stupid charge and left me without nothing to drink. Rooms did not satisfy me at all. The hotel says all inclusive but did not even give us water or anything to drink in the rooms. Did not satisfy my needs as a hotel and definitely will not recommend. The only good thing about this hotel is the immaculate views the area offers of the mountains. But i am sure ‘konyaalti’ the area of this hotel offers better options nearby.
• Ali (10/5): - The location is not crowded and at the west part of antalya..for me it was convenient ..there is many stores and shops around the hotel..but you need a car ..there is cleaning every three days ... the apartment was good and clean...the price was a good deal...the staff are helpful and can provide you the help you need
• RAM (2/5): Don’t even think about it - Worst stay ever. The room is available on the sixth floor where the lift doesn’t go. The room was dingy and smelled the whole time. I literally stayed for 15 mins but couldn’t bear it anymore so had to leave the hotel. Its far off from the main city. You can get better options in the same amount. The pictures are very misleading.

Заселились в номер 2 взрослых с детьми 4 и 7, постельное белье сразу было приготовлено только на 2-х спальной кровати. 2 дивана было без белья. Просила 2 раза, забрала уже на ресепшене сама на 3 раз. А вообще персонал доброжелательный, отель нам понравился, есть детский бассейн,завтрак за отдельную плату, мини магазинчик внизу. Помогли с чемоданами при заезде и отъезде. Корпуса новые, бассейн между 2 высокими корпусами красиво смотрится! , И тут же горы видны! Класс!Глаза радовались. Лифт есть. Балкон есть. Посоветовала бы повесить на стену инструкцию, как пользоваться жалюзами на балконе .в номере 404 было не жарко даже без кондера при 35 градусах на улице. В основном во многих отелях, где я останавливалась за последнее время,дышать без кондера невозможно, а здесь норм. Напротив отеля большая детская площадка и тренажёры - нам это тоже было важно.

• AVILOVA (10/5): - Доброжелательные девушки на ресепшен. Отдыхали осенью здесь и решили неделю в январе провести. Все отлично, только стало как-то грязно. Окна немытые, пыли много на стенах. Уборку провели за неделю 1 раз. Но мы сами убирались. Удобно, что разрешают приглашать в гости друзей. Также разрешили выехать в 13:30. Удобно, как дома. Магазины рядом . После шумных отелей здесь очень комфортно.

The owner of the hotel and other staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and a restaurant nearby. The owner of the hotel arranged for us to go water rafting and jeep Safari quad biking and on a boat tour we enjoyed our holiday very much and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Antalya.

• Paul (10/5): Lovely, well kept hotel - Stayed with the family (two adults, two young boys) and we were all very happy with the hotel. It is kept very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and quite large. The area is very quiet at night as it's not too close to pubs/clubs etc. It has some lovely restaurants nearby. The beach and town centres are easily reached by walking/taxi/bus etc. The staff can explain the travel options. Would highly recommend.
