- Eva (9/5): - Staff were in incredibly helpful. Room and facilities were excellent. More shade and better service at the pool would be good. The location is great if your stay is solely to visit the Alhambra but for visiting the centre it's a very steep walk although there are lots of taxis and some buses. Granada is an amazing city and I will stay in the centre on my next visit, hopefully at an equally excellent hotel! Nothing to dislike. Location is excellent for a visit to the Alhambra. For seeing more of Granada it is less convenient

- JORGE (8/5): Buena eleccion para visitar Alhambra y Granada. - El servicio, con personal no solamente muy amable y educado, pero tambien muy proactivo, rapido y eficiente. el gimnasio puede mejorar mucho, solamente redistribuyendo las maquinas y añadiendo un pequeño banco, 2-3 esterillas y una fuente de agua. poca inversion, para una gran mejora potencial. A la llegada tuvimos que esperar unos 5 minutos, pues no había nadie en recepcion.

The room was clean and had everything we needed: a wide bed and a bathtub with toiletries as requested. The food was really good. Extra points for the easy parking. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the main attractions and the old town.

- Robert (9/5): Great Front Desk staff, Super restaurant and staff, Outstanding buffet breakfast - Christina helped us the most. She is a superstar. She helped us with room needs, sightseeing, restaurants; in fact, she was always there with a huge smile on her face, helping us many times during our stay. Karina, Marv, Pablo, and Riyka also providing us Outstanding assistance during our stay. The restaurant is top notch; Fanny helped us each day, she's great too. Guests should not miss the buffet breakfast and their avocado toast breakfast, along with coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc. We also ate at the restaurant twice in the evening and their cod was excellent. If you plan to go downtown for dinner, by the time you pay for the taxi roundtrip, it's very cost effective to eat at the restaurant. The hotel location is very close to the Alhambra near a beautiful forest park and being 10 minutes from the Justice Gate entrance was useful, however, you don't need to stay so close to the Alhambra, as taxies can drop off at the Justice gate. The AC in the room was not working properly. The lavatory basins were very small in our room. The shower in our room was small for me.

The welcome when we arrived was as good as we have had anywhere in the world. Just wonderful. About the only thing we didn't like was the sound of the front sliding doors opening as our room was on the first floor directly above them.

The restaurant was very nice and it was great to be able to pop in for coffee, etc. Our only complaint was location. It's RIGHT across from the Alhambra, which is great, but everything else (like downtown) was pretty far and down a steep hill. This isn't really reflective of the hotel in any way, and if you're only reason to be in Granada is for the Alhambra, then this is perfect. I think, for us we would have preferred to stay closer to other things and cab up to the Alhambra.

L'hôtel est très bien placé les chambres sont très bien insonorisées Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel Le personnel hyper professionnel toujours le sourire une très belle équipe ne changez rien Le gros point négatif c'est la literie hyper dure j'ai mis une note de 8 car pour un hôtel de ce standing cela ne passe pas...très déçu... Nous voyageons très souvent et c'est la 1ere fois que dans un hôtel nous dormons aussi mal à cause de la literie...

- Matthias (9/5): Tolle Lage - nettes Personal - Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Alhambra und ist zum Besuch dort ideal geeignet. Das Frühstück ist ein echtes Highlight zum Genießen! Sehr große Auswahl und regionale Spezialitäten. Das gesamte Hotel-Personal ist ausgesprochen engagiert und hilfsbereit! Besonders hervorzuheben ist Ricky - super freundlich, immer ein Lächeln parat. Und hatte gute Anregungen für den Besuch der Altstadt.
- Ann (10/5): Extremely comfortable base to visit Granada from. - Location near the Alhambra was excellent. Breakfast buffet was fresh and very comprehensive. Unusually the hotel restaurant was also very good, which was a big bonus after a hectic day sight seeing. Off site parking was very convenient. Nothing. Beds were a bit hard but they always are in Spain (its a cultural thing not a fault).

- Chantal (8/5): Super ligging recht tegenover general life - Receptie. Er werd alles gedaan om de wagen te parkeren, snelle en professionele check in. We vertrokken vroeg en er werd een ontbijtpakket geregeld Zwembad. Geen bar, enkel telefoon om b stelling door te geven

- Seema (10/5): Beautiful hotel with great facilities - This hotel is located very close to Alhambra and is on a hill. It's a beautiful hotel with a comfortable room however the room was not very spacious. We had 2 suitcases and there there was not much space to move around. A different style of the bathroom with the basins in the room whilst the bath, shower and toilet are in a separate area. There is a public bus which you can get a few minutes away from the hotel and this is super convenient to go down to the city centre. You can quite easily walk down to the city centre as its a downhill 10/15 minutes walk but would advise you to take a bus or taxi on the way back as the uphill walk is a killer. Not many restaurants around the hotel so you will need to go downtown.Taxis are quite cheap in Granada and the taxi will usually arrive in less than a minute. The breakfast was average and we only had that one morning although the coffee was really nice. The staff are super friendly and very informative. They are always smiling and ready to help :) It would be nice to have some Halal options Some of the hot breakfast had to be ordered such as egg or salad Room was quite tight

- David (9/5): Really lovely and relaxing - Location was excellent. Room facilities and cleanliness also excellent, especially the shower! Staff really friendly, professional and helpful. Appreciated welcome drink on arrival.
