• Peštová (10/5): - Ubytování bylo perfektní, nemáme co vytknout. Krásné a moderní vybavení, skvělá privátní sauna (rezervace funguje jednoduše přes magnetky a sauna je už v ceně pobytu). Návod na vyzvednutí klíčů z trezorku byl jasný a vše proběhlo bez problémů. Tichá lokalita s nádherným výhledem na hory a velmi pohodlné spaní. Rádi se sem zase vrátíme.

The place is in a peaceful location which made it very relaxing, and our kids had a great time too. The apartment had everything we needed and felt comfortable. The owner was very kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better.
• Melanie (10/5): Super Unterkunft mit toller Lage und netten Eigentümern! - Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, geräumig und gut gelegen. Direkt nebenan ein super Wirtshaus. Eigentümer sehr nett. Hatten ein kleines ‚Problem‘ als wir angekommen sind und uns wurde sofort geholfen und wir haben sogar eine Flasche Hauswein geschenkt bekommen. Den Saunabereich können wir auch empfehlen. Sehr ruhig, blitzsauber und sehr gemütlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

• Lorant (10/5): Nice accommodation - The location is perfect for relaxation. The apartman is tidy, comfortable. The whole house and garden are well maintained and nice. We really liked to stay there. The owner wanted to charge us for an extra 50€, 2 days after our leave because the guest folio was penned. It was already penned when we arrived, but the owner claimed that their cleaning staff (I doubt they have a staff because they live there on the first floor) always checks everything. They checked everything so well that we found a small plush toy on the balcony under the table when we arrived. So if you stay there, make sure you take a photo of any minor issues you find! I also disliked the communication of the owner, it was too much and it was a red flag when or trip was coming. I got at least 10-12 messages before and during our 5 days stay. All were kind but too much. They notified us multiple times about potential extra charges, penalties. Clearly a red flag, I have never had a similar experience on any our trips. It's also weird that we saw multiple times the owners or their staff, but they never approached us, rather hide away. Every communication was over messages. Top sum it up: the guesthouse is exceptional, our stay was pleasant, but I had bad feelings all the time because of their threats for penalties that turned reality later.

• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - We spent perfect winter stay at Auszeit. We fully appreciated easy check in, fully equiped apartment with kitchen, relaxing privite sauna ( each apartment can book 1.5 hour daily ). The apartment is located in cosy ,quiet village, within driving distance to ski areals , furthemore there is XC ski track next to the house. Definitely worth recommending.

The sauna area was beautiful, clean and cozy. Tea was also offered in the sauna. We received a delicious chocolate on our arrival (put on our beds). • Salah (8/5): Very good - Very clean and good location in small quite lovely village. There is small place with play tools for kids behind the apartments. They take deposit of €300 without detect that in the booking details. Also the washing machine with very high price €50 for every single wash.

Skiroom is relatively large, and equipped with heaters for boots. Great landscape from windows. Unstable internet through Wifi

• Yonatan (1/5): Horrible experience - Stay was ok, good location and the apartment is clean They charged 150euro without any notice, for supposed damage to the kitchen that we did not do. Once they charged they did not contact us, refused to answer our messages, and threatened us with more fees (all the while speaking in a very rude manner). When I tried to understand why do they think we caused the damage, they cut ties, refusing to explain. In lack of a better term, they are scammers. They also charged the tourist tax twice for no reason and would not reimburse. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had on booking

• Nicholas (6/5): A right royal rip off! - The apartment was super clean as new and very comfy! However the stated cost was €64 per night (2) ll was thus completely surprised to find just after that we had got in that I had been charged 220.80€ for the two nights ! I rang up to ask why ? The person on the other end of the phone said that it was a cleaning charge 55€ per night I had definitely not seen seen that when l booked as it said 64€ l argued with the person that it was a rip off and in the end she promised me a reduction Which I never received!,,,! Every hotel or B&B has to clean after the stay and during too which did not happen - nobody came to clean so that was 55€ stolen and as for the mess there was none only the sheets to change , A complete rip off!

• YEUN JIN (10/5): 최고의 숙소 - 그로스글로크너를 간다면 최고의 숙소가 아닐까합니다. 1층에 위치한 방에 묵었는데, 침대와 거실로 공간이 분리되어 있고 거실에는 식기세척기, 냉장고, 오븐, 전자렌지, 전기포트를 비롯한 모든 요리를 할 수 있는 환경이 준비되어 있습니다. 숙소 뒤쪽으로는 초원과 산이 있습니다. 2박밖에 못 했지만 한달 정도 묵고싶은 숙소였습니다.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable Apartment - The apartment is in great condition, clean, partical, pleasant, comfortable. Pictures are little bit confusing since its an apartment building rather a romantic zimmer.
• Diego (2/5): Gästefreundlichkeit 1/10 - Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Dennoch habe ich mich sehr erschrocken, was für ein freches E-Mail ich vom Betreiber des Appartments erhalten habe. Behauptungen wurden in den Raum geworfen, welche gar nicht stimmen. Dies finde ich eine absolute Frechheit von der Familie Altenhuber. Schade, dass man Gäste so behandelt, und falsche Anschuldigungen trifft. Zudem ist die Reinigungsgebühr von 70 Euro für 2 Tage nicht gerechtfertigt. Kundenfreundlichkeit 1/10. Zudem wurden wir während dem Aufenthalt mit einer E-Mail Flut belästigt und am Sonntag morgen klingelte es bei uns bereits um 09.00 an der Tür, um das fehlende Geld (Putzgebühren) einzutreiben.

Vi fik dog en overraskelse, da vi skulle tjekke ud, og vi blev opkrævet et rengøringsgebyr på 65 euro, hvilket ikke stod på vores kvittering, men det stod med småt allernederst på siden, når man tjekkede den på Hotels.com. Det var muligvis vores egen skyld, men ikke desto mindre en streg i regningen. Det ændrer ikke på, at det er super lækre lejligheder, der ligger i en lille by, der er et godt stykke ude, men man skal lige være opmærksomme på det med småt, for når man som os, kun har én overnatning, så er rengøringsgebyret pludselig en fordobling af prisen, og ville måske have påvirket vores valg.

You could hear really every step from your neighbours. nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
• Sander Kersten (8/5): Beautiful apartment in beautiful surroundings - We (family of five, two teenagers) had a very pleasant stay. The apartments are part of a house in Embach, a small village about 6 km from Lend. The cleanliness and overall maintenance level of the apartment was suberb. The apartments are very new and in excellent condition. The beds were also very comfortable. There are excellent hiking opportunities with routes starting directly from the house. Embach is located about 400 m up from the base valley with fabulous views. The starting point to the Grossglocknerstraße is only 15 minutes away. Zell am See also about 15 minutes. Embach has a few hotels/restaurants and a tiny grocery store. Highly recommended.

• Daniel (10/5): Outstanding Appartement Hotel - This appartement hotel was totally rebuilt last year and is now a first class modern facility. Each appartement is very spacious and comfortable and has a balcony with great mountain views. It has been designed for people who like sports such as hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. It has several common rooms such as a lounge, a wellness room with spa & sauna as well as a drying room for ski boots. Amazing facility at a very good price near all of the great outdoor activities in around Zell am See. Just be aware there is an additional 45 Euro fee for cleaning at the end of your stay. Highly recommended and we'll be back.
• 이희성 (10/5): 너무나 좋았던 곳 - 숙박시설이 산 위에 있어서 조금 아쉽긴 하지만 그래도 차가 있어서 1시간~1시간30분간 거리에 있어서 나르 위치는 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 주변환경이나 시설이 너무나 좋았습니다. 또 가고 싶습니다~^^
