• Christina (8/5): Praktiskt, trevligt boende i en bra stadsdel, lätt att ta sig till city. - Så glad över att vi hade rummet åt bakgård, mindre gata. Hördes inte mkt ljud/ trafik. Så smidigt med pentry. Bra sängar. Det fattades lite bestick, fanns inte tre av varje. Personalen i receptionen kunde gärna sett lite gladare ut, då känner man sig mer välkommen.

The air conditioning wasn’t working the room was super hot and there was no fan provided to me when asked. During a heatwave the room was crazy hot. The sink didn’t drain also.

• Kayleigh (8/5): Great location, good value for money, but maybe a few tweaks needed in terms of what is advertised. - The view was beautiful even from the back of the property, and the bed was comfy. The use of the TV and WiFi was very helpful as we did spend quite a bit of time here resting from walking a lot. Good value for money in general because it was quite reasonably priced. The room was rather cramped and it was advertised that we would have a full kitchenette with a hob but the room we had didn't have a hob - this did kind of make things a bit more expensive for us as we had initially planned to cook food in the room occasionally rather than eat out all of the time. The shower was also very small - I am a larger person and I could fit in but it made it a little hard to move around to wash up.

Ideal location with lovely clean comfy rooms - The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was really near the kensington olympia station, which we used alot. The room was small but had everything we needed and was very clean. There was banging noise at night time that we were unsure what it was or where it was coming from. This was our only main con of the accomodation.

• Dominika (9/5): Amazing staff, thank you! - The staff were lovely, helping to arrange a birthday surprise by putting a gift I have dropped off early in the morning in the room before our check in, which was a very kind touch! The room was clean and had everything we needed, with fresh linen and towels! The AC was unfortunately not working at the time of our stay and it was a bloody boiling day in England, but we didn't let it ruin our stay. The sink also had a tiny bit of a drain smell to it, but only when being up close.
• alison (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix ! - Emplacement dans un quartier calme et agréable. Literie confortable. Logement très propre. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Bon accueil. Possibilité de laisser les bagages à l'accueil avant le check-in. Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs par rapport au bruit, nous étions en sous-sol et avons malgré les vibrations des voitures et bruit des voitures très bien dormi alors que nous avons le sommeil léger. La décoration de la chambre est bien, la salle de bain avait l'air récente. Sèche-cheveux et machine à café à disposition. Odeur d'humidité, le logement était situé en "lower ground" et une seule fenêtre pour aérer est un peu limite. Le logement sentait le renfermé et l'humidité, nous avons du beaucoup aérer. La poignée de porte était cassée à l'intérieur, le "soap dispenser" coulait en continu. Une seule chaise était pas assez pour un séjour à deux, et la chaise était un peu cassée. Mais hormis ces petits détails c'était très bien.

• David (8/5): - Extremely nicely located within Kensington. Easy to reach Shepherd's Bush and Kensington Olympia stations. Many nice and affordable food places within five to ten minutes of walking. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The kitchen and kettle were especially convenient. Room was poorly insulated and you could hear the other hotel guests, but at night it was usually quiet. It's a bit of a battle trying to open or close the windows.

No problem at all, except for the fact that one night a very loud alarm was ringing in all rooms and woke us up. They never told us what was going on, but it was kind of terrifying at the moment. Overall it was a value for money staying.

La habitación era pequeña pero no fue un problema para nosotros y mucho ruido exterior de los coches si abres la ventana, que fue nuestro caso porque no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor en la habitación. Nos proporcionaron un ventilador mientras lo solucionaban , que no fue así y tampoco hicimos más hincapié en ello porque estuvimos poco tiempo. Seria conveniente que lo arreglaseis.
