Πάρα πολύ άνετο, πεντακάθαρο, κλασσικά επιπλωμένο , μεγάλο κρεβάτι, μεγάλο μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και ντουζιέρα .Ενα άλλο πράγμα που μου άρεσε ήταν η τοποθεσία που είναι το ξενοδοχείο. Ένα λεπτό περπάτημα από το κέντρο του χωριού. Αυτό που με εντυπωσίασε και το αναφέρω τελευταίο είναι οι ιδιοκτήτες. Ο Κύριος Γιάννης και η Κυρία Ρενα. Εχω μείνει σε αρκετά ξενοδοχεία στην περιοχή, μόνος ή με την οικογένεια μου αλλά στο Veneto κατάλαβα τι σημαίνει Κρητική φιλοξενεια. Πάρα πολύ φιλικο, εξαιρετικό και γλυκό ζευγάρι. Έκαναν ότι μπορούσαν για να βοηθήσουν αν υπήρχε κάποια ανάγκη, να βοηθήσουν όπου μπορούσαν. Σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ και τους δύο. Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα που δεν μου άρεσε.

Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Jeden Tag wurde etwas variiert. Bei schönem Wetter sitzt man im wunderschönen Innenhof.

We really appreciated the care put into it. The owners are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which provides a warm, personal stay rather than a “just business” hotel. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, with comfortable beds. If I had to summarise: Casa Di Veneto is a great choice for travelers who value charm, authenticity, a quiet and picturesque stay, good service, and decent comfort over flashy luxury or beach-front amenities. Divni domaćini, ukusan doručak, lokacija u starom gradu, a ipak mirno. Dostupan je javni parking, ne plaća se.. ali ako dođete kasno je malo izazovnije naći mjesto. Ali unatoč tome, isplati se iskusiti ovo izvanredno mjesto. Nije zamjerka.

Die Familie hat auf dem Grundstück in der Altstadt von Chersonisos welches seit Generationen im Familienbesitz ist, ein kleines, schmuckes Hotel gebaut. Die Familie kümmert sich persönlich um alles und man fühlt sich zu Gast bei Freunden. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet und in den Steinmauern fühlt man sich weit weg von der Partymeile von Chersonisos wie in alten Zeiten aber dem Komfort von heute. Ich kann dieses Erlebnis unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

- Menorca1962 (10/5): Exceptional - We wanted a traditional Greek place to stay, and Casa Di Veneto certainly ticked all our boxes. Our apartment was beautifully furnished, and we really enjoyed having the terrace with the hot tub. The hosts are so welcoming, and the breakfast they provide each morning is delicious. They even put together some breakfast items for me to take up to my husband when he wasn't feeling well. The restaurants, bars and shops are just around the corner from the accommodation. We did have a bit of difficulty using the shower at first.

The hotel is a stone building, looking like a small castle, with small, well decorated rooms, a very nice combination of stone and wood, with great furniture and paintings, so I'm sure you gonna love it, if you are a romantic person, or even you aren't. Situated very close to an area with restaurants and supermarkets, walkable distance from beach, everything you need for a perfect stay. Good home made variuos breakfast. Thank you for everything. The house was a bit overwhelming at first, felt like a little castle in the interior with paintings and victorian like furniture. The breakfast was really good with traditional cretan breakfast (omelette, greek yoghurt with fruits, jam with butter, flavoured coffee, fresh fruits) The jacuzzi was nice but made a lot of noise at night. The matrimonial bed was really small, i have 1.78 and i really struggled to not touch the end of the bed and wake up. The lightning switch ergonomics downstairs can be a bit improved.

- Andiem3 (8/5): Charming - The location is in a charming old town (village) close to restaurant area. It's 25-30minutes walk (7-8 taxi) to Hersonissos centre and the beach. Lovely elderly couple own the hotel and there's a very sweet and helpful Sarah who speaks english very well so she's there for any extra help you might need. The pool area is not available for everyone! :( That was a bit misleading (using that picture). The lady will come clean your room when you're out and even tidy up and rearrange your stuff so that was a little weird but sweet i guess. I wish i'd known she'd go in and do that, i wouldn't leave everything so messy 😅 I recommend having those "please (don't) clean my room" signs in the future! :)

Not big, but with beautiful furniture, very clean, AC, we stayed in no 6 and we had in front chairs and a table, just marvelous! The parking is very close and even in the evening we found a place. The village is very nice, plenty of terraces and good food. A lot of tourists coming with taxi to have a nice evening. Nothing

The family who owns it incredible. The woman, Irini also makes breakfast from scratct with sobe ingredients from the garden. The patio is very serene. The environment is very quiet though very close to the square from the village with plenty of restaurants.

The room itself is charming and comfortable and the decor is veryold world charm. The staff are friendly and will make you want to extend your stay. Discreet hotel and extremely relaxing. Close to bars, a bakery, local shops and taverns that serve a wide variety of food. We had a wonderful stay overall.

Best breakfast we had in 2 weeks in Crete ! The owners were nice, unfortunately, due to barrier language we couldn't talk a lot with them. The little village is really beautiful, with many great restaurants (touristic, but very good nonetheless) around. We would have love to be able to talk more to the owners. The bed was comfortable but a tad small (I'm a "bear" kind of gabarit though). It was hard to prevent light to come in in the morning and wake you up with the curtains.

They couldnt do enough to make us feel welcome. Our room was a good size and very clean. There were plenty of towels and a nice bathrobe. My only comment was that there was not really enough light for me to be confident I was doing my makeup properly. There was no light near the mirrors, and the lights in the bathroom were quite dim. Ordinarily in summer this would not be an issue as I don't wear makeup. However as i was there for a formal occasion I needed to be presentable. I would suggest better lighting in the bathroom.

- Lucille (9/5): The most beautiful hotel - We absolutely loved our stay. You could instantly tell that the owners loved their hotel and took pride in the aesthetics and hosting guests. Our breakfast was flawless, exactly what we could have hoped for. Every day we had a slight variation of the same thing which was all delicious and thoughtfully chosen. The beds we're extremely comfortable and the linen was spotless. The two days we spent in the suite we're fantastic and I'd definitely recommend booking this even if there's just 2 of you. The bathrooms we're beautiful, our original room didn't have a shower head holder but the suit did so this made it easier to shower. The pictures on the website couldn't be more accurate, what you see is what you get. It really is that beautiful and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and in keeping with their traditional vibe. We felt a little mislead by the listing on booking.com as having a private pool that we would have access to. The suite on the top floor has a private hottub that is only available to those staying in the suite. We were able to upgrade for 2 days and stay in the suite but apart from that it was fully booked. Understandable. On arrival we were told not to leave our key in the lock inside the room as this would be a problem. The doors are heavy doors and would naturally swing closed behind you. On our last night we both stepped out of our room and let the door close behind us. At 11:00 at night we were locked out. The owners had a family emergency and werent on site, all our belongings, passports etc we're inside the room. We contacted booking.com and they contacted the son who arrived half an hour later. Luckily there was a window in the door that we hadn't locked and we're able to open this and get back into our room. Had this not have been the case we would have had to miss our flights and find accommodation with no passports or money/cards for the night or possibly longer. With the key in the other side of the door we would have needed a locksmith to gain access. This was 11:00 on a Saturday evening. Thankfully everything was OK but the panic was real! I appreciate this was completely our fault, I just wish it wasn't so easy to lock yourself out.

- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - First I would really appreciate the hosts who are so friendly and prepared a delicious breakfast every day. We had the suite with terrace and the room was really clean and cosy. There are some Restaurants around with authentic food and the taste was incredible. The rooms terrace with the private whirlpool was really nice to use for relaxing. All in all we can totally recommend this stay. Thanks a lot !

The Greek breakfast, which are served in the inner courtyard, is really delicious. The couple who runs the hotell are friendly and nice, but they dont speak English. Nothing

- Iveta (9/5): I highly recommend the stay in Casa di Veneto! - location is acceptable in the lovely center of a smaller town where you can find many good restaurants and bars. but it is located far away from the beach so, if you can, rent a car, it is a huge advantage! breakfast was delicious! I prefer to have a buffet where I can choose what I want because I do not like to make waste from many different meals on the table. but I really appreciate the delicious food from the local garden of people who were taking care of us. they are very kind and very helpful and nice. The accommodation was nice and clean, a little bit dark. we enjoyed our residence so much! thank you!

- Susan (10/5): Beautiful vacation with friendly hosts - What a lovely boutique hotel! The room was cozy and the bed so comfortable, we didn’t want to get out of bed. The whole property is picturesque and decorated beautifully. Don’t miss breakfast in courtyard… What a great way to start the day! Lots of flavorful, traditional, local foods, coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. They said they grow most of the produce served. The hotel was located just steps away from the old town square where there were many restaurants, cafeterias, quaint shops and mini markets. It was the perfect place to stay for us, close to the beach but far from the noise.

Both hot tub and bathtub did not have hot water. For this main reason, I would not recommend to anyone unless they fix the discrepancies. it was a real turn down to experience the place not having hot water at all.

- Thomas (10/5): Sehr hübsches kleines Hotel - Gute Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Schöner Strand (ruhig) ca. 8 km in Malia (Archeological Site) genannt Potamos. 2 Liegen mit Schirm € 6/Tag. Taverne am Strand vorhanden. Unbedingt Rethymnos besuchen, Tal der Windmühlen (Hochebene) und Agia Nikolaos. Abendessen in Tavernen nahe dem Hotel sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Wir waren im Aphrodite Zimmer mit Dachterasse - einfach nur toll wenn man den Baustil mag.
