• Alexis (9/5): My secret gem in Jaksel - Great staff, comfortable room and bed. Hot shower. I just love the place and go back there everytime I visit Jakarta, about once every other year. The gym needs a make over.

• Alia (9/5): Great location, green, quiet, spacious. - Great option for a family with large rooms, nice living and kitchen area, good amenities. Greenery all around, no traffic noise which is rare in Jakarta. Very kind staff. Pool was great too. Citos mall just around the corner. Good location. Breakfast could be improved on a bit, and AC was a bit noisy but otherwise honestly this was a great stay.

• Syazana (7/5): Secluded stay near Citos! - It was conveniently located in Jakarta Selatan, near a mall called Citos. It’s secluded enough despite being located in a strategic area. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well. There’s a coffee bar downstairs too that helps with your caffeine needs! The lighting in the room, it’s rather dim at night as there’s insufficient light. Also, the hotel pillows are too soft for me.

• Mustika (9/5): A great place for a brief escape from the hustle bustle of Jakarta. - The decor was very modern, cozy and chic. The hotel wasn’t located near the main roads so we didn’t get much noise from the traffic. The shower seemed a little clogged at one point. But it was fixed quickly.

• WELLA (8/5): A nice ambience room with value for money - It was overall good, breakfast was good as value for money I spent, they have egg station. My room was next to elevator, bit noisy for everytime elevator door open. A quite neighborhood surrounding is a plus for me, location is not friendly for those who doesn't bring own vehicle, but it is quite central for office in jalan tb simatupang. Good room ambience, nice design, hot water works perfectly. I would recommend this place.

Feels grateful for that. The room is big enough for two, got some VOD (Video on Demand) choices from their service provider, WiFi is good, Toiletries and water heater too. The only downside was only the room soundproof-ness. I could hear the other persons next door talking and it is somehow inconvenient to me.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Bad service but the room is comfy - Check in time is 2pm so I came in 2.30pm expecting to have a fast check in and my room ready. They made me wait for 1 hour already cause the said room is not ready yet. Suddenly these couple came in and 5 minutes later they got their room key. Im upset and ask why took so long and so the receptionist called the guy incharge of preparing the room and they were laughing and joking around. Seriously?? I can't tollerate this kind of unprofessionalism. I'm really dissapointed with the service. Despite the bad service, the urban minimalist design of the hotel is really cool and the room is nice and comfy. No mini bar inside the room but that's fine.
