- Verified traveler (10/5): Хороший отель прекрасное расположение - Хорошее расположение отеля, рядом с Арбатом и Красной площадью, комфортный номер, завтраки это сеты, сами по себе вкусные и хорошие порции, но не понравилось что нельзя заменить какое-то блюдо в выбранном сете на блюдо из другого сета, например если не ешь мясо и тд, персонал на завтраке мог бы быть более гибким в этом плане.
- ANASTASIIA (10/5): Приятный отель в центре - Отель находится в 300 м от Красной площади, в 200 метрах от Арбата, в тихом переулке. Для прогулок по городу идеальный вариант. К тому же с предложенной ценой вдвойне приятно. Завтрак не брали, так как при бронировании была огромная разница. Голодными с утра не останетесь, вокруг много заведений, кулинарии, кофейни. Комната стилизована под старину, с очень удобными матрацами и тяжёлым одеялом, это большой плюс.
- Sergey (10/5): Кусочек комфорта в двух шагах от Кремля - Регистрация заезда - быстро, профессионально. Дежурные на ресепшен - очень гостеприимны и готовы помочь по возникающим вопросам (забытая в номере карта, печать посадочных талонов перед отлетом, хранение багажа после времени выезда). Удобный доступ в номер по электронному ключу-карте. В номере довольно уютно, под рукой все необходимое, светло: кроме верхнего света есть еще множество дополнительных торшеров-светильников. Матрас, одеяло и постельное белье - отлично, высыпаешься на ура! Чайник, бутилированная вода, чай, сладости - в номере, кулер с водой - в коридоре. Халат, тапочки, зубная щетка/паста, гель, шампунь и т.п - приятного качества. WiFi есть, но рассчитывать на него особенно не стоит, скорость никакая :( Отдельно отмечу завтраки, интересные сеты вместо шведского стола: успел попробовать два из трех. Оригинально, вкусно, обильно. Обслуживание за завтраком быстрое, ресторан внутри самой гостиницы. Расположение отеля между Арбатом и Красной площадью стало решающим при выборе места, где остановиться. Считаю, для всех описанных плюсов - цена вполне приемлема, готов вернуться сам и порекомендовать другим, как место где удобно остановиться, как в деловых поездках, так и туристам.

- Svetlana (6/5): - Расположение отеля лучше и придумать нельзя, стандартный номер большой по площади, светлый, но есть моменты, которые оставили негативные впечатления: - никакой шумоизоляции дверей, очень слышно все, что происходит за пределами номера в отеле - в номере в какой-то момент стал коротить автомат с счетчиками (находится над дверью под потолком), на звонок не среагировали, даже не зашли в номер узнать что происходит и все ли в порядке. Хотя продолжалось это в течение часа. Свет то вырубало то включало, звук замыкания электричества в комнате и искры - в стандартном номере не предусмотрено обновление воды ( вы серьезно? Стоимость номера более 4000 за сутки, а бутылочка вода за 30-40 рублей не полагается?) - освещение продумано неудобно, ни в ванной, ни в комнате

- j_travels_1999 (8/5): Great hotel, close to The Kremlin and Red Square - Location is amazing for this hotel - just a short walk from Red Square and the Kremlin. Staff are friendly and speak in good English. Rooms are reasonably comfortable with adequate storage space. Hygiene is of a good standard also. I must note that the rooms are uncomfortably hot. And I don’t mean warm, I mean actually hot - I’m sure it was at least 30 degrees despite the temperature being below zero. I actually had to sleep with only very light clothing and no covers - something I have never done before - even during mid summer in East Asia. In my room there seemed to be no way to regulate the radiator or air conditioning (air con was actually switched off with no remote). After a while I got simply fed up with the hot room, that I opened the windows to regulate the temperature. I would like to have opened the windows at night, but the sound of traffic was too great. On the plus side, at least I know the soundproofing is good haha. WiFi was so-so, it worked most times on iPhone but never on the iPad. Strange. The instructions on the safe were not the actual sae operation making it hard to operate. I would stay again. Mainly citing the great location for the price. I opted not to have breakfast, so can't comment on this. Overall, I would again stay here - mostly due to the location and comfort of this hotel

- EmmyVe (8/5): Comfortable stay in a safe & quiet environment of center Moscow - The hotel is situated in the center of Moscow - just around 1 km to the Red Square. It is center but quiet and safe. There is a minimart next door and a bigger supermarket close by. The hotel is small but adequate. We stayed at the Premium Double Room which is comfortable. The aircon works in Oct but not too cold - just ok to sleep. The bathroom is ok with hot water and amenity. The staff speaks good English and can give advice to us. We booked airport pick-ups and it was smooth. Breakfast is not buffet but you can order 4 things from the menu which is adequate but we find it boring after 2 days, so we skip it on the 3rd day eventually. Would appreciate it if the male waiter can smile and be a bit more friendly. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Large and comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed. All spotlessly clean. If you like to use a bar of soap - bring it with you as there is liquid soap only.Breakfast was good - served in the cafe just off the reception area. The location for is absolutely superb, short walk to Kremlin, red square and metro. City map available in reception. Small little sitting area in reception and beer is available to purchase. We booked through Expedia - rate was good. We also booked the transfer- it was about €50 , we felt it was worth it after 2 flights. It was a minibus and took about 1 hour 20 mins from Domodedovo airport. The only reason it is not getting 5 stars is the water in the shower was cold the first morning we were there. Would stay again.

Location is perfect for Moscow, we took in all the sights nearby as they were all in walking distance or by the Metro close by too. The room was very clean and spacious, with tea and coffee w chocolates.The bed was large and so comfortable, perfect after a long day sightseeing! We got a taxi via the hotel from the airport. But you cld go via metro. One thing, breakfast is in the restaurant, it is served to order..very glum staff, one particular guy is just rude. A much better idea to skip breakfast there and check next door where you find two cafes, one serves good large t/a coffees and snacks and the other serves delicious salads and hot meals, for when you need filling meal in a cafe rather than a rich evening meal in a restaurant. And with friendly staff.

Great location and reasonable price, for Moscow anyway!! Our room was clean, pleasant and warm. Most of the staff spoken some English. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Excellent place.

- WillVacation4food (10/5): Great Boutique Hotel - Quaint rooms, comfortable beds, quiet. Breakfast was good. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. Easy walk to Red Square, the Kremlin, Arbat street and metro stations. This is a smaller hotel so it doesn't have the amenities of a large hotel, but it also is quieter and more peaceful, without the hustle and bustle. There is a small grocery store around the corner. We would stay here again.
- explora65 (8/5): Location plus - Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet side street yet 5 minutes walk to Kremlin and Arbat Street. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is excellent, both cold and hot available. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative was insulation is not great so you do hear plumbing and other noise as guests return late at night.
- 601gwyne (10/5): Excllent small freindly hotel close to the kremlin. Best choice - We visited Moscow on 20th June, for 5 nights. The hotel facilities and staff were perfect for our visit. The location is quiet, but easy access to Kremlin, the metro and streets with masses of restaurants and evening life, all less than 10 minutes walk away. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Hotel clean, comfortable, air conditioned rooms. Breakfast was a selection of 4 items from a list of 12, which provided plenty of food and variety. Being a small hotel it was more homely, but the rooms were of a generous size with more than average space. For me and my family, excellent value for money
- TakiP (10/5): Excellent - Spent three nights in this lovely hotel, set back in a side street which makes it quiet and yet you are 10 mins from Red Square, Kremlin etc. It has four floors but the lift only goes up to the third and then it is stairs. The room was very comfortable and the best lit hotel room I have ever been in. The front desk staff have varying levels of ability with English but are all very helpful. The street map they give you has pictures of all the things you want to see on it so it is very easy to get around. It is also less than 10 mins to three metro stations, Arbatskaya, Biblioteka Imeni Lenina and Alexandrovsky Sad, so good choice if you want to use the metro. There is also a convenience store at the end of the street if you need it, turn left out of the car park.
- ankurs531 (10/5): Beautiful and cozy rooms - We booked Vremena Goda after extensive research online. We didnt want a location far from all the tourist attractions. This is the best hotel that you can get in this price at this location, I believe. Of course, there is four seasons right next to state historical museum, but if you can afford that, well, you don't need tripadvisor I guess. All receptionists can converse in English. The room we got on the fourth floor was very cute and cozy. We were amazed by the structure and comfort and fell in love with the room immediately. Caution:- lift is upto three floors only. No problem for us, but if you have heavy luggage or are/with disable people, you might want to request for a lower floor if they give you 4th. The hotel is walking distance from Alexander garden, the Kremlin, Red Square and almost all major attractions. Breakfast was good, coffee was excellent. We'd ordered omellete with toast. There is only one steward who you can converse with in English at the restaurant (we figured) as he was the one taking orders from all foreigners. But the service was beyond excellent. The receptionist also helped us with early check in (11 am), registration and helped me get a SIM card by directing us to a shop nearby. The hotel is also very close to Arbatskaya metro station, in case you want to go somewhere else in the city!

- L1588GOpeterw (10/5): Position/Position! - The Vremana Goda boutique hotel is ideally situated within easy walking distance of the main sites: Red Square etc and yet it is in a quiet side street with very little traffic noise. There are excellent small cafes a couple of doors away! We really enjoyed our stay here. The bedroom was comfy, well appointed and ample space. We dined in the restaurant the first night - good fare and the breakfasts were to order - not buffet and everything seemed to arrive at once! But that’s a minor quibble. To us, it was the perfect place to return to after a long day’s sightseeing. Highly recommend it and the reception ladies were charming and helpful.

At one side you have the entrance to the Kremlin and further on Red square and to the other Arbat with all the shops restuarants etc. There is also the metro station Bibliotecha Lenina and Arbat which are nearby which gives you access to the rest of the city. There is also a supermarket across the road and coffee shop next door. The hotel itself is lovely. I was in a small room, but it was clean, comfortable and affordable. I booked a taxi from airport through them which was expensive would suggest finding alternative transport (ideally metro). overall very pleasant stay here

- chemwood (8/5): First trip back to Moscow after 50 years ... Stayed in this small hotel for a week - A very friendly hotel with first class staff. It should be even better now as it was planning to open its own restaurant, but in April there was only a very basic cafe across the yard for breakfast. My room was tiny but clean. After a couple of prompts they started to leave bottled water each night in my room. I had arranged a pick up from the airport which didn't work.. the driver didn't show up. In any case a taxi from SVO was far cheaper and easy. Hotel compensated me by providing me with a free car and driver for a day. I needed medical help one evening and paramedics arrived within 10 minutes of my asking and gave me an ECG and fixed my temperature with a shot ..wouldn't take payment -but very efficient and kind. Only down side for me was lack of a view - I overlooked a yard where their bins were noisily collected each morning at 6-6.30. Should I ever go back to Moscow I might well stay here again - but in a larger room.. it is in an ideal location in centre Moscow about 10 minutes from Red Square and nearest metro (Arbat)

- Verified traveler (8/5): コストパフォーマンスの良いホテル - スーペリア ルームへ3泊でしたが、スタッフは英語に問題がなく、対応はとても良い。また、新設されたドア一枚で出入りできるレストラン"KISLOVSKY"の質＆値段共に良い。(但し、このレストランは現金のみ利用可でカードは不可でした。)このホテルの問題点は3つあります。第一に、バスルームに歯磨用のコップが設置されていない。次に、客室内にゴミ箱がない。最後に、チェックイン時に部屋の中が何かの芳香剤？消臭剤？の匂いがかなりきつく、窓を開けて換気が必要であった。これがなければ評価をもう少し高くポイントできました。 ロケーション的には地下鉄の2つの駅へは徒歩4分程度で非常に近く、前のДетский мирの支店のビルの地下にはスーパーマーケットがあり、買い物等には苦労しません。またアルバート通り(旧アルバート通り）も徒歩4分でパーフェクトな立地です。
- fromswitztoworld (10/5): Great location and cosy room - This hotel is well located, only 5-10 minutes walking to the Red Square or the Kremlin, so it was really convenient to eat out on the evening or to visit the most famous places of Moscow. The front office team speaks English and they were really kind. The room was big enough to feel comfortable, and was cleaned everyday and always neat. Could only recommend it and will come back in the future!
- leedsey (8/5): Perfect - This great little hotel is perfectly situated for all the major sites and extremely reasonably priced for a good 3/4 star hotel. It’s not the Four Seasons but like all Moscow, spotlessly clean and organised. Wonderful shower for short and tall people. I am 5’ 2” and hate most hotel showers especially huge fixed head ones that make it impossible not to wet your hair each time. Maybe I start a ‘best showers of the world blog 😂 but they were noticeably perfect for all here. Anyway stay here. It’s great.

L'hôtel est confortable mais petit point désagréable: le ramassage des poubelles tôt chaque matin. Les jeunes femmes qui travaillent à la réception sont agréables et très à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner (qui se situe dans un bâtiment annexe) est copieux et suffisamment varié pour quelques jours (5 dans notre cas) mais l'accueil lors de notre séjour na pas été digne d'un 4 étoiles: c'est dommage!

- mvondrak (8/5): Great stay - Hotel is very well located (cca 5 mins from Red Square) and staff was willing to help with everything I needed. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Also I felt like sound insulation was pretty good, since I was not disturbed by noise in another rooms.

The things that could be improved are the WiFi which is very unreliable and the fact that there are no international TV channels available, but compared to all the plus points, these are pretty insignificant. The hotel only serves breakfast but the hotel is only a few minutes walking from the main shopping and eating street. Overall I would highly recommend this place for the price.

- arweev2018 (8/5): The perfect choice for our Moscow trip - I was really happy with my choice. The hotel is perfectly situated for our Moscow trip. It is within walking distance to the Kremlin (5 min.) and the Red Square (15 min.) Don't believe Google Map. There is an underpass that leads to the Kremlin. The entrance is at the corner of Vozdizhenka and Mokhovaya. Lenin's Library metro station and Arbatskaya station are just 5 minutes away. There is a supermarket just opposite of the hotel, on the basement of the toy store which opens until 11PM (if I remember correctly). You can buy Alyonka chocolate there too, although the selection is a bit limited. The rooms are beautifully decorated and functional. The sockets are universal sockets, which meant that we could plug in our chargers without the need for a plug adaptor! A first for us! The bathroom is of a decent size. The shower had great water pressure and it was really easy to adjust the temperature, which stayed the same throughout. There are a kettle, tea bags and sweets in every room and a water cooler on every floor. We loved the breakfast. The waiters' English was limited and there was a bit of miscommunication, but nothing serious. There is an English menu and you can ask for a few changes, like having bacon on the side, muesli with yogurt instead of milk, an omlette with both bacon and mushroom. You just have to be a little imaginative when you order. Like "muesli no milk and fruit yogurt". We had 5 breakfasts there with no serious problems. The receptionists all speak very good English and were very helpful to us. They were more than happy to answer any questions we had and help with whatever we needed, every single one of them, for which we were grateful. We did not book an airport service with them, but they were happy to check with our taxi company for confirmation. And they even gave us a late check out at 2PM free of charge. It was the hotel's 3rd birthday during our stay and we were invited to vodka and given small gifts, which was a lovely gesture. The only negative point which prevents me from giving the hotel 5 stars was the renovation of the restaurant and the building next to the hotel. There was quite a bit of banging and drilling from 8AM to 8PM, and one night there was still banging at nearly midnight. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Moscow in the future.

- Ruthwrv (10/5): Feels homey and Russian AND Location Location Location! - Sometime you get sick of the modern glass and marble hotels of the big chains. This one give a nice homey feel. The rooms are large and comfy, to bed is firm and breakfast is lovely. I’m happy with my choice this time. Location is of course everything and we are just a short walk to most attractions. With the Moscow traffic this is a BIG plus.
- Steve (6/5): - Very disappointing to arrive at an alleged four star hotel, be assigned a room on the fourth floor and discover that the lift only goes to the third! Then two flights of stairs to your room with no assistance available. The room itself is fine except that the air-conditioning is weak and was unable to lower the temperature adequately. In the morning I was unpleasantly awakens to find that the only window had no curtain or shade, thus no way to block out the sun. Overall dissspointed and would not RE-visit.

Font desk staff not that fluency in Eng but willing to support. Simple room decoration, bed is too soft. There is a big supermarket just opposite to the hotel. I reserve twin bed room, the room is quite big but doesn't have much facility. No refrigerator.

- Linda (8/5): Boutique Hotel in great location - This hotel is in a great location. Close to main attractions (Kremlin, Red Square, St. Basil's), three metro stations and good restaurants. Despite having printed out the map from the hotel website, we did walk past the hotel in first instance on arrival. The entrance is modest and set back from the street and the hotel name is only in Russian on the outside of the building. We had a superior room which was spacious and clean. It had a kettle, minibar, hairdryer, bathrobes and plenty of cosmetics. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and both my husband and I suffered with back pain during our stay. Also, for some reason, toilet paper seems to be rationed to strictly one roll per day! Breakfast was disappointing and we only went 3 days out of the 7 days we stayed despite being included in the price of the room. Breakfast is served 8am-11am and on one occasion we needed to be out before 8am as I was doing the marathon so it was too late - on the other days we didn't bother as we felt it wasn't worth it. There was no fresh fruit or bread and you are offered a limited list of which you can make 4 choices - not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel or have previously experienced. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast team less so (The hotel has an arrangement with the café next door).
