• Орлова (7/5): В целом, хорошее место для бюджетного отдыха - Пляж близко. Магазины рядом. В номере необходимые удобства: кондиционер, телевизор, чайник, холодильник, хороший вайфай. На общей кухне можно пользоваться микроволновкой, газ.плитой. Напор воды в душе. Подушки жесткие. Шум от дороги.

• Rustam (10/5): На удивление классно! - Ребзя! Давайте честно, это не совсем отель а скорее прекрасный гестхаус. Нужны завтраки, готовь сам, кухня есть. Но. Номер огромный, в номере всё есть- холодос, кондей душ чайник и пр. Персонала минимум, милый, не навязчивый, всем помогут. Дворик небольшой но зелёный, приятно. Есть очень милые и ласковые кошки. Останавливались на 19 ночей, всё по кайфу! Очень жёсткие подушки. Прям дубовые. Так же пришлось купить вентилятор чтобы сидеть на балкончике а то душно.

• Marie (7/5): Jag kommer nog att bo där flera gånger - Går man in och tittar på alla bilder så är det bara att konstatera att det stämmer inte allas, det är MYCKET som inte finns kvar av det fina. Boendet är bra, nära till stranden, nära till affärer, stort kylskåp, de har tvättservice ... billig sådan. För tillfälle finns 4 vuxna katter, 5 kattungar och den låsta honan är höggravid och ska snart ha kattungar. Personalen är väldigt tillgänglig. Deras kuddar var som att vila huvudet mot betong. Jag bodde där 2025 och nu 2026. Kanske bokar Nan Inn till nästa år. Deras kuddar.

Просторная и чистая комната. Наличие собственной террасы. Можно выпить кофе и пообщаться на свежем воздухе. Наволочка по размеру меньше подушки, из-за этого подушка становится неудобной, как кирпич

• Dolores (8/5): Perfect location and excellent facilities, really bad wifi - The location was excellent, close to the shops and Karon beach. The facilities and communication with the host were great. The room was huge compared to other places where we stayed in Thailand. The wifi was terrible, that’s the only bad thing about the place.

The view to the sea from the booking page didnt exist, or at least we didn’t see it. Also there was quite large spider waiting for us in the room. Did not stay. No refund.

Your photos completely lied about this hotel. It’s more like a motel from the 50’s. They didn’t even provide hand soap. I could go on longer or send you the photos. Everything could be better including a more accurate depiction of this place on booking.com. We were completely fooled. What a crap hole.

• Joe (1/5): poor compared to other places I have stayed in Phuket for a similar money. - location was ok, walking distance to the beach and FamilyMart close by. The owner was a friendly lady. couldn’t pay for accommodation with credit card, room was very dated and basic.
• benjamin (4/5): - The staff are friendly and the location is decent. However we felt disappointed with the lack of house keeping. We stayed eight nights and only received housekeeping one time. No toiletries, no bottled water, a shower with very weak water pressure, a fridge which barely functioned and a problematic leaky air conditioning unit. Additionally the rooms reverberate sound so you can hear people talking in neighbouring rooms all night long. Ultimately I felt misled by Expedia because a lot of the services advertised were not fulfilled. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of service and overall poor condition of the hotel. Like I said really nice people running the hotel but nice people do not justify the bad condition and the total lack of services provided by this hotel.

Service was average, they would go in and change the towels every second day and then accuse me of stealing one or a few of them. Very strange. (I didnt steal any towels lol.) Over all nice place for budget accommodation.

The room was massive with a tv, hot shower, refrigerator, kettle and a outside sitting area. Location is close to everything you want in Karon. We booked a tour and boat ticket with the owner who gave us a great price! We also extender our stay for two more nights - even though we did get charged a little extra than what Expedia charged us (we had members discount though). On our final night she cooked us homemade local food which was out of this world. The owner and her family are amazing and so welcoming and I would 100% recommend as it's great value for money :)
• Verified traveler (8/5): low budget and spacious bungalow, central location - If you are looking for a low budget and private accomodation - this is the right choice. The bungalows offer lots of space and a private terrace. It´s a 5 min walking distance to the beach and even less to bars, restaurants and shops around. Although it´s centrally located, due to the garden you hear the traffic but can´t see it. Moreover, I´d like to point out the contribution of the owner to make this place special. Their helping hand and social manner creates a hospitable atmosphere.
