Las paredes del baño no llegan al techo, con lo que no hay intimidad y los olores llegan a la cocina, y viceversa. El apartamento de la planta baja tiene ventanas y una ventana- puerta de tamaño escaparate (imagino que era el uso previsto). Esto obliga a tener cerradas las cortinas para tener un mínimo de intimidad, con lo que el apartamento es muy oscuro. Las ventanas no están mínimamente insonorizadas, con lo que los ruidos de la calle se cuelan en la habitación. Si alguien se para a hablar junto a ellas es como si estuviera dentro del dormitorio. La señal de wifi no llega al dormitorio.
- michelle (10/5): - consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia visitare valencia. la posizione è centralissima, a pochi passi dal mercado central. appartamento pulito e le indicazioni per le chiavi ecc sono state immediate e chiarissime, puntuali nelle risposte e veloci. mi è pure successo di aver scordato una somma importante di denaro in contante e la struttura nel giro di 3 giorni ha provveduto a rimborsarmi. Yo baje la confirmacion de booking y pense q alli estaba la direccion, pero no Estar atentos al mail q envia el alojamiento por booking , donde estan todos los datos o bien asegurarse llevar la direccion , que es Poeta Lombard 2 , es un pasaje. - Mary (9/5): We felt very comfortable staying at this property and hosts were very responsive when we contacted them. - The property is in a very central location, a short walk to the Central Market, Plaça de la Virgin and Plaça de la Reina. There are several restaurants and cafés nearby. The apartment is well laid out with a walk in rain shower. Kettle, toaster, microwave and stovetop in kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Nothing
- Bella Rensie (8/5): Mooi verblijf en perfect gelegen. - Het is een heel mooi verblijf met 2 slaapkamers en 2 kleine badkamers, een uitgeruste keuken en een living met TV. Er zijn rolluiken aan de slaapkamers waardoor je weinig last hebt van lawaai. 1 van de badkamers stonk wel heel erg naar de riolering dus die deur laat je beter dicht en van de andere badkamer was het slot stuk waardoor ze ineens niet meer openging, het duurde toch enkele uren voor dit opgelost werd, gelukkig zat er niemand binnen. Voor de rest was alles aanwezig, heel nieuw en perfect gelegen. Het is een aanrader. We hebben toch verschillende telefoontjes moeten doen om de badkamerdeur terug open te krijgen waar toch wel wat persoonlijke spullen lagen, gelukkig hadden we die avond niet iets speciaals gepland want het heeft toch 4u geduurd voor dit opgelost was.

- matthias (9/5): Ik had een prachtige tijd in Valencia, mede door mijn ideale verbijf! - Het was een heel stille locatie, ondanks dat we midden in het centrum zaten, er was een zeer goed contact met de eigenaar: alles verliep via whatsapp, en ik werd direct geholpen bij problemen. Ik kon al vroeger inchecken, dankzij zeer vriendelijk kuispersoneel, en de ruimte werd mooi ingericht! Ik ben zeer tevreden! Eigenlijk niets... het terras is zeer klein, je kan er eigenlijk niet op zitten, maar dat had ik al gedacht toen ik de foto's zag

Di fianco c’è tutto, da noleggio bici a ristoranti bar ecc - Posizione perfetta di fianco al Mercato centrale e a 5’ a piedi dalla fermata Metro sulla linea dell’Aeropoto, in mezz’ora sei lì. Angolo cottura attrezzato per fare colazione o cucinarti qualcosa durante il soggiorno Installerei un soffitto nel bagno, visto che ne è sprovvisto non è il massimo chiedere a qualcuno di uscire per avere un po si privacy :)

- framezzi (7/5): Bellissimo appartamento! Migliorabili i servizi e comfort :) - L'appartamento è davvero molto spazioso, pulito e ben curato e in posizione magnifica. Ho potuto utilizzare la lavatrice per lavare i vestiti del mio bimbo, ordinare cibo d'asporto e consumarlo in casa. La presenza di due bagni è stata davvero un lusso. Purtroppo non mi sono arrivate le indicazioni per entrare nell'appartamento e siamo rimasti fuori per 40 minuti a telefonare più volte al numero di emergenza che continuava a fare controlli sulla prenotazione e a non darci i codici di ingresso. Io ho un bimbo molto piccolo e dovevo entrare, lui piangeva, è stato molto spiacevole. I materassi non sono comodissimi ed era scritto che c'era un letto matrimoniale ma erano tutti letti singoli accostati così non ho potuto far dormire mio figlio nel lettone quando piangeva perchè i materassi si aprivano. In bagno purtroppo mancano dei mobili di appoggio per i prodotti e dei ganci per gli asciugamani. Sarebbe stato fantastico avere una macchina del caffè ma non c'è. Le porte cigolano tantissimo e non potevo chiuderle altrimenti svegliavo mio figlio. So che posso sembrare problematica ma vi giuro che non è così, sono solo segnalazioni per poter migliorare il servizio. La struttura è molto bella e curata.

- Brigid (8/5): - The apartment was great and really central in the old town. Everything was very clean and kitchen had all the utilities needed for our stay. I also requested if a taxi could be ordered for our journey to the airport - the taxi turned up on time. It would be useful to have a curtain on the window in the small twin room, as anyone in the kitchen could see into the small twin room. The television didn't work and I did text and someone was to come and change the batteries but no one called. I also wasn't too happy having to take the rubbish to the bins. One of the toilets near the end of our trip seemed to be blocked.

They messaged us a few weeks out to let us know that the original accommodation was being renovated. The hosts were terrible. Communication was terrible. They refused to reimburse us for an extra expense we had to make for transport when they changed our accommodations. They did not respond to our messages. They did not send the access code at check-in time and left us waiting outside with our baggage for an hour until we finally got in touch with one of them. I would not recommend booking anything with this management. Additionally, there was an ope and half- eaten snack on the welcome platter.

- Christian (4/5): Valencia war top, das Zimmer war laut und hat gestunken - Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war viel zu laut!! In der Nacht sitzen Leute am Fensterbrett und rauchen, telefonieren, trinken etc. Im Zimmer riecht es stark nach Kanal was man mit Lüften nicht beseitigen kann. Die Hauseingangstür hat einen Türschließer, der die Tür extrem laut ins Türschloß fallen läßt.

- Ángel Luis (6/5): Ubicación y decoración perfecta pero cama malísima y escuchas todos los ruidos de la calle. - La ubicación, la decoración y que había consignas para dejar la maleta al salir del alojamiento. El alojamiento olía a tubería, el colchón se hundía y era incomodísimo y al estar en planta baja con ventanas a la calle se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle, la puerta al abrirse y cerrarse y todo el que subía por las escaleras. No hemos podido descansar.

- Ismael (4/5): Very bad and very unhygienic experience. - Location was great The accommodation is very dirty, the smell of raw sewage greets you when you get in. The showers look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. The appartement is located on the fourth floor(in reality this is on the seventh) and there is no functioning elevator. When traveling with a child, this is a no go. The customer service doesn’t respond and just says it is unfortunate.

- André (6/5): - A localização excelente, bem no coração de Valencia, junto ao mercado. O apartamento está bem equipado, com uma boa cozinha. Espaço agradável e com boas condições. Não existe nenhum staff e é muito difícil contactar alguém. No próprio dia e sem aviso prévio pediram-me uma caução de 200€ para disponibilizar o código de entrada, o que nos deixou na rua por uma hora. O elevador está avariado o que nos obrigou a subir 3 lances de escadas, bastante inclinadas e com degraus demasiado altos, para chegar ao quarto.

- Deveney (5/5): Mercado Central - It was central. The terrace was lovely to have lunch. The single beds dipped and both my son and daughter slept badly. The elevator did not work. We were up on the 5th floor and the stairs were steep. Only stayed there for one night. Singular Stays did relocate us to a beautiful apartment in Buenos Aries 3 in Russafa. We stayed there for 3 nights. That property would get 5 stars from us. Beautiful original tiled floors. I loved the layout of the apartment; it felt like we were staying in a family home.
- Enrico (8/5): Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, und angenehmes Appartment. - Die Lage ist top, mitten in der Alstadt, der Mercado Central in 2 Min. ereichbar. Leider war der Lift ausser Betrieb, das Gepäck in den 3.Stock rauf und wieder runter zu tragen war für uns eine Herausforderung.

- Lucas (7/5): ok - O apartamento é bem localizado. Fizemos tudo andando. É muito próximo do Marcado central. Tem padaria, supermercados e diversos restaurantes nas proximidades. Nos foi fornecido um berço conforme solicitado. Tinha utensílios de cozinha. Tem um parquinho para criança brincar quase ao lado. A água do chuveiro esfriava muito rápido. O último da família a tomar banho tomava quase que gelado (éramos dois adultos e um bebê). O elevador estragou e ficou mais de 24 horas sem funcionar e como estávamos no 4 andar isso foi incômodo ter que subir tudo com carrinho e criança no colo. A rua na redondeza cheirava esgoto, mas não influenciava no apartamento.
- Esther (8/5): Compleet appartement en super centraal h780 - Locatie, lekker bed, goed en compleet appartement, goede keuken en badkamer. Een fijn verblijf! Pas na vieren dag van aankomst informatie over de sleutel(kluis), waar ik of om moest vragen, terwijl ze me beloofd hadden me te informeren wanneer de kamer klaar was. En, de sleutel voor appartement 4, ligt niet in sleutelkluis 4 in de centrale hal... Maar bij de voordeur op de 1e verdieping. Tot een uurtje of 1 's nachts staat het personeel van het tegenover gelegen restaurant sigaretten en jointjes te roken onder je raam. Als je zoals ik, met de balkondeuren open slaapt, is dat niet prettig.
- Pavel (6/5): Nedoporučuji na delší dobu, ideální na 1-2 noci - Přímo v centru. Dobra lokalita. Nezávislost na převzetí a odevzdání klíčů. Prostorný apartmán Vybavení trochu starší. Plíseň v přízemním bytě, hlavně v koupelně což pro nás s manželkou , oba alergici nebylo příjemné. Strašný hluk z ostatních apartmánů od dalších ubytovaných . Nedodržování nočního klidu. Naproti apartmánu byl zadní vchod do restaurace a personál na oknech kouřil a hlasitě se bavil. I přes upozornění , rušili hlasitým projevem noční klid. Zima v apartmánu.
- Cornelia (7/5): - Lage war sehr gut. Den Code für die Eingangstür haben wir per WhatsApp bekommen damit wir die Koffer in den Schließfächern verstauen konnten bis wir ins Zimmer durften. Den Code für den Schlüsseltresor bekamen wir kurz vor 16 Uhr. Die Zimmer waren sauber Der Abflussgestank… Wenn die Badezimmertüren geschlossen waren hat man es in den anderen Räumen gut ausgehalten. Jedoch war es dann im Bad schlimm

- Rosanna (7/5): Buono - Posizione da 10 stelle, centralissimo e molto vicino a tutti i servizi, appartamento pulito e ristrutturato, A parte dei problemi con la procedura del self check in, non avevano inviato l'email con i codici per aprire la porta, ma risolto prontamente con una telefonata, Carente in alcuni dettagli, sarebbe stato bello trovare una bottiglia d'acqua o le tovagliette per mangiare o la spugna per lavare i piatti o una bottiglietta di bagnoschiuma.....
- Maria Rosaria (8/5): Appartamento carino e accogliente vicino al centro - La casa è davvero accogliente , piccola ma funzionale . C’è davvero tutto , lavatrice , ferro da stiro . Persino la macchinetta del caffè. Posizione ottima vicinissa al mercado ma anche a Plaza dell’ajuntamient. La pulizia pecca un pochino , il pavimento non era pulitissimo però una spazzata ha risolto tutto . Il letto molto comodo e anche il divano .

- Roberta (8/5): - Appartamento centralissimo, comodo, vicino supermarket, bar e ristoranti, a un passo dal mercato centrale. Ben isolato acusticamente. Pulizia ok Non mi era arrivato il codice per l’ingresso e ho dovuto chiamare per farmelo mandare, comunque risolto in qualche minuto. Il letto in più è un divano letto decisamente scomodo anche se largo.
- Linda (7/5): Prima verblijf voor 2 nachten op een goeie locatie! - Je kan zelf binnenkomen met een toegangscode en een code voor de sleutelkluis. Het mailtje om in te checken was niet binnen gekomen/gestuurd. Daarom werden we een uurtje voor aankomst gebeld en het was nog wat werk om te regelen.
