• LILIANA (7/5): Locatie buna, conditii asa si asa - Locatia Small shower, needs a key in the room to have electricity running, a/c is directly face to the bed. Had an issue with toilet brush that was leaking and the stench coming off was horrible. Reception was advised and they cleaned under the brush but left the same brush in the bathroom so the leakage continued and the room kept stinking

În zona se fac lucrări de reparații si e foarte gălăgie dimineata. Dar asta nu ține de proprietar. Poate niste ferestre cu o izolare fonica mai buna ar fi ok.

• Desislava (3/5): - The location is close to the main promenade and the beach, which is convenient, but unfortunately the hotel is directly facing a huge construction site. The apartments are spacious, but the building itself is in very poor condition — more like an old pigeon house than a hotel. Everything feels outdated, there is a bad smell throughout the property, the water pressure is very weak, and the views are disappointing. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.

• Shani (8/5): - דירה חמודה ומרווחת, עם מרפסת יפה, הצוות היה חמוד ממש ועזר במה שיכל המיקום היה מושלם קרוב להכל, סה"כ נוח ונעים מאד המים בברז לא היו ראויים לשתיה והקומקום שבור, (החליפו לי אותו בסוף, אבל עדיין...) התבאסתי ממש על זה שלא היה מים מינרלים בחדר.
• Maya (3/5): - Reception host was helpful and polite, explained all the details that we must know at the check-in moment. The room and location were terrible, as it was a heavy construction process in front of the building, which created awful view, dust and inconvinience for our stay. Besides the construction noise, the whole night some people on our floor were shouting, crying and arguing and we could not sleep even one hour before our flight!! So I'll never come back to to that apartment again!

The apartment has all necessarily amenities, including washing machine, but I did not use them at all - I need a room to sleep for one night. you need the key to turn the light in the apartment (master switcher) - so you either detach this key from the key ring, or open and close the entrance door in the dark.

• Adrienn Ágnecz (9/5): - A szobában volt kis tasakos instant kávé és cukor, valamint tea, ami jól jött. :) A későbbi (recepció nyitvatartása utáni) érkezés sem volt probléma. A belvárodban könnyen és jól megközelíthető helyen van, nagyon közel (kb 5 perc) a strand és a tenger. A szoba tiszta volt, egyszer még törülközőt is cseréltek (4 éjszakát voltunk összesen), ekkor felsepertek, elvitték a szemetet. Egy darab kétszemélyes paplanunk volt, de kértük, hogy kettő egyszemélyey legyen, nem problémáztak, kicserélték. Nagyon kedves volt a recepciós hölgy. Ha kirándulás, városnézés a cél, akkor tökéletes. Mi a 12-es számú apartmanban voltunk. Mosogép is volt! Inkább csak szokatlan: nem volt mikró.

• Aliz (6/5): - It was close to the Finikoudes beach & promenade. The bed located in the kitchen was very uncomfortable. The kitchen itself was not clean enough and the windows were dirty. The furniture was very worn out and in poor condition. It was extremely noisy at night – you could hear everything happening in the building and the aircondition was very loud too, making it impossible to sleep. Starting from 6 a.m., roadworks began, which made the situation even worse. If you plan to stay more than 1 night, I don't recommend it.

• Katarzyna (9/5): - Bardzo mile miejsce, dobru stosunek ceny do jakości. Jest czysto, kuchni dobrze wyposażona w podstawowe rzeczy nawet była kawa w saszetkach i jakieś podstawowe przypray hak sól. Miałam problem z suszarka do włosów, personel bardzo szybko zareagował i rozwiazał probkem -dostałam nowa suszarkę. Wszystko sprawnie, dobry kontakt.

• Shachar (9/5): Great value for money! - Incredible value for money! I booked 2 nights and planned to shift places as I travel. However, I eventually extended my stay to 1 week because of the location near the city center, the great restaurants and Finikoudes beach, and the spacious, comfy, and clean apartment. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, though I haven't used everything since I ate mostly outside. Be aware that my vacation was off-season, so all places are cheaper then, yet still this one in particular is a great value for money. Regarding the shower, there was enough hot water using the boiler button, which is not something to take for granted in the wintertime. Overall, the place has exceeded my expectations for this price point. The hosts are very kind, helpful, and generous, which made my vacation perfect. As a tall guy, the shower entrance felt a little bit tight at first, but I got used to it fairly quickly. I noticed a slight bad smell from the shower sink sometimes, but it wasn't a big deal for me. From what I've read in other hotel reviews in Larnaca, it's a known issue across the whole city, so it doesn't seem specific to this apartment/hotel.

Apartamentul nu a fost tocmai la nivelul pozelor de pe Booking. In poze a aratat mai bine. Cred ca in poze era alt apartament asemanator. Mobila, cel putin cea din bucatarie, a fost cam uzata. Dar a fost foarte curata si fara mirosuri urate.

• Mohamad (9/5): Great location - Clean, well-equipped, with air-conditioning, and renovated apartments with everything we needed during our stay. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Mariya helped us book a taxi for our trip back to the airport! Perfectly located in the city center of Larnaca, and a few steps away from the beach. No sea view, but who cares when you are very well located. Would gladly do it again! Soundproofing can be improved, but it does not annoy much

• Panagiotis (9/5): Εξαιρετικά - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και γενικότερα αρκετά μεγάλο. Είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και γενικότερα το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Σε γενικότερες γραμμές είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος και δεν έχω κάποιο παράπονο. Την πρώτη μέρα δεν είχαμε ζεστό νερό και ενημερώσαμε την διεύθυνση, η οποία αμέσως μας άλλαξε δωμάτιο έτσι ώστε να λυθεί αμέσως το πρόβλημα μας.

• Marine (10/5): Thank you for making our stay comfortable - 3 minutes walk to the beach, elevator, specious rooms, well equipped kitchen, very hospitable and helpful staff! Before choosing Tiffany city apt, i read reviews about windows view (2nd floor, or so called 1st floor). Yes the windows look to other walls, but, going to Cyprus isn’t about staying in the apartment, it’s about waling and enjoying sun and sea) Everything was fine. The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleaning. May be our stay was in low touristic season , that’s why cleaning or towels changing was after a request. But for us it was not hard to ask the staff.
