• Calvin (10/5): It was a great stay even with our ER stress - the breakfast was great, location was perfect, the gentleman at the office was awesome, he went beyond his duty... my husband was having a medical emergency and I needed to take him to the ER and he offered to take us, but I told him I'd fallow as I would need my car to get back to the hotel. So I followed, he was kind and very helpful and I was extremely grateful. there was nothing I didn't like. It was a comfortable place to stay. It was close enough and easy access to everything I needed. And I couldn't ask for better staff. Thank you
• juan (1/5): Unreliable place, do not risk being stranded when you arrive and have to look for another hotel - nothing. I booked ahead of time, I arrived late but there was no one at the lobby. I had to go find another hotel room and was unable to book through you guys. Made me spend a lot more money because of their lack of staff. The door had sign with a sheet of paper to call a number and I called a few times but there was no answer.

• Dana (1/5): We ended up driving away in the middle of the night with no room to stay. - I reserved the property because it was as close as I could get to where I was going. It was late at night and I needed to stop driving. When we checked in our room was not clean, the beds were not made, and the garbage was not dumped. It was late at night and there was no one who could clean it for us.

• Wayne (10/5): Very good location… right off the interstate highway. Definitely good value for the price. - I stayed at the Beaverhead Lodge and was impressed with the room and the guest reception. First, the room is very large …and clean. Everything needed was provided… coffee maker, hair dryer, a TV with tons of channels and plenty of towels. Secondly, the guy checking me in was very respectful and polite. He recommended a couple of good places to eat and the check-in was easy and quick. Making people feel welcome and being genuinely interested in where you’re coming from and where you’re going is a great trait in the tourism sector. Although there was supposed to be a full free breakfast the next morning, the truck bringing the eggs, sausage, etc could not make there in time for breakfast. There was an overnight snowstorm and travel wasn’t safe. That was the reason I stopped and stayed in Dillon. Most travellers didn’t risk travelling at night in a snowstorm. However there was coffee, cereal and pastries and things like that do happen. I would definitely stay again. All good

I like to just get away for a night for some me time as I'm around people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the room was perfect at a great price! The only thing I think would help is if there were large area rugs in the rooms. The bare floors are a bit cold. But that didn't take away from enjoying my stay.

There are large enough gaps around the door to room 105, that a fiber-optic camera could be easily slid under the door. I am not so much worried about the camera, but I bet a rodent couls squeeze through that space. Just sayin'.

• Reuben (1/5): Only suitable for the very humble or desperate traveler. - Location is about the only positive. Bed sheets had hair all over, yellow stains on sheets and pillow cases. Horrible chemical smell. Changed rooms and only marginally better. We were traveling and they accepted our arrival time of 9-10pm. Arrived at 9:20 and there was a sign on the door that the lobby was closed from 10-6 and the lights were off and the doors locked. I called the suggested phone number multiple times to no avail. I knocked on the door a bunch. I saw legs beneath the frosted part of the door several times. I knocked again. I saw a hand reach out to unlock the door and then disappear. I should have taken my wife’s advice to leave then! Nope. I went in and we had a rather short sleep before escaping the chemical smell in the room.
• david (1/5): Disputed charges for not even staying at hotel - Did not stay at this property and was charged by booking.com, booking.com attempted several times to get the hotel to send email confirmation of cancellation, even though I had verbal confirmation with clerk Andre Filing a dispute with my bank if clerk Andre or manager would figure out how to open your email and make some kind of confirmation with booking.com. We can remove this review.

• Elijah (9/5): Kind staff that exceeded expectations - We were traveling with our infant and when we checked in we were upgraded for free to a room with a bigger bed that was further from other occupied rooms. We really appreciated this courtesy as our infant was pretty noisy that night. This motel is on the cheaper end of places to stay in Dillon, but it was nice place that exceeded all expectations for the price.

• Gene (4/5): I checked out two days early - It was 17 degrees out and the wind was howling and you could see the outside through the door. The wind went right through the door. The heater was old as hell. You either got crazy hot or freeze to death.

Tons of dead bugs in the windows, under the bed needs to be cleaned and the soaps need to be refilled. Also when I go to a hotel I prefer the bed to be tucked and looking sharp. On the bed the sheets were pulled out. Almost like it was slept in.

• Jeffrey (4/5): - The floor of the room was filthy. Having linoleum doesn't mean you just sweep it occasionally, it needs to be mopped. The floor was sticky. I took a wet hand towel and turned it black cleaning the floor, proving that it had not been mopped in months, if ever. The bathroom was clean, except the floor, and the sheets were changed.
