• C4091HQmarys (10/5): weekend in Valle - Hacienda Guadalupe is centrally located in the Valle, so very easy for us to visit wineries. Check in process was smooth and rooms were clean, comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast was reasonable and very yummy.
• jonathanbP2317OV (10/5): 1st time traveling to Valley de Guadalupe? Stay here. - Beautiful hotel. Very nice and quiet. Loved the lobby, the grounds, the restaurant and the pool area. Staff were very nice and accommodating. They even let us check in early. We had no noise issues in our room and the linens and bed felt very comfortable. Food at the restaurant was really good and maybe a little cheaper at the other wineries. Judith at the front desk was super nice as well as the other girl. If this is your first time traveling to Valley de Guadalupe, bring your truck or SUV.because may of the wineries have dirt roads. I probably wouldn’t bring a Tesla here. Hey shout out to the restaurant for the complimentary dinner on Valentines Day! Also the staff put rose petals on our bed for my wife which was super thoughtful. All in all excellent stay.

• Cesar (10/5): Comfortable, nice, peaceful stay - Trustful staff, clean, quiet, peaceful, taken care of facilities… A staff member threw a room’s bed sheets from the second floor to the bottom floor and we were passing by and it scared us!!! Make sure nobody’s around !!!

• Thierry (10/5): - This is a great find in Valle de Guadalupe. This hotel is very comfortable, well maintained and clean. There is a nice pool area for these hot Valle de Guadalupe days. We also appreciated the onsite winery with a delicious red blend (El Caporal). The staff could not have been more helpful. The manager was even waiting for us with bottles of water after we finished our walk in the hills surrounding the hotel. We will be back. Nothing to mention here except maybe have an option to include breakfast in the price of the room.
• Karina (9/5): I loved meeting Osi the dog on property. She was so well behaved and so cute following us on our walks around the proper - The hotel restaurant was excellent! Highly recommend their freshly squeezed orange juice! No TV is available but it’s wasn’t a big issue just fyi.

• Tom (7/5): Ok - Nice pool. Rooms are definitely a bit tired but still nice. Older property but attractive Hot water for shower was off so first night we had freezing cold water. The restaurant is expensive - and closes at 3.00 p.m. We arrived at 6.00 p.m. and there wasn’t any food available. We were quoted $60 dollars for a taxi to a nearby restaurant - gringo rip off IMO. There’s a big building site right in front of the hotel. Area is changing and not for the better.

• Nick (10/5): Best place in town - This place is beautiful. It reminded me of a quintessential 1800's hacienda, with all of the modern ammenities. The room, pool, and hot tub were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can't believe I was the only guest. Forget Ensanada, go to Valle de Guadalupe and spend your time here instead. I have nothing bad to say about this property.
• Clarivel (9/5): Relaxing weekend - The property is beautiful, secluded, clean, with great staff, a restaurant on the premises, winery, and pool and jacuzzi. We loved our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The rooms were super clean, with comfortable bed and pillows, the showers were clean and they supply shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. They have coffee makers, safe, extra blankets, hair dryer, and iron. The pool area was big , clean, and very relaxing. The property has a great view. The staff was super courteous and friendly and they are a pet friendly hotel. The rooms do not have refrigerator, microwave, or tv. That wasn't a deal breaker but it would have been handy. Some of the outlets didn't work and one of the rooms didn't have hot water but didn't bother us enough to complain because we had a great time.

• peterjY6198DH (10/5): Great hotel. easy free access to activities. - Stayed here beginning of October. The main reason we chose this hotel was the easy and free access to various hikes and and proximity to Ricon De La Vieja National Park. We arranged a hike around the national park and were lucky to get Oliver as our guide. We saw Capuchin Monkeys, Howler Monkeys, Eyelash Snake (Olivers favoutate) and various other flora and fauna. Oliver was keen to share his vast knowledge in this area, he was a pleasure and fun to be with. He stopped the bus on our return journey as there were Howler Monkeys in the trees by the road. We were also able to go on walks from the hotel where we saw waterfalls and beautiful scenery. Food was amazing particularly as EVERYTHING in the hotel is gluten free, this was so helpful as I am on a gluten free diet for medical reasons. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff were great and we would recommend this hotel

• Roving02395285857 (6/5): Lack of communication - My husband and I chose your hotel to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. We chose Hacienda because you have a wonderful restaurant that we love. Unfortunately, we were not advised that your restaurant would not be open during our visit, nor were we informed that most wineries and eating establishments would also be closed on Monday & Tuesday. Had we known this we would not have chosen the dates we did. So we stayed on the pool or in our room for two days, with a couple small trips out just to drive around the valley. So it was not a very memorable stay. I would suggest you inform incoming guests of any changes from your website on restaurant hours or keep your website current.

• lvyrbdy (10/5): Can't wait to come back! - Hacienda Guadalupe Blanca was a gem. Tucked in quietly far enough from the main highway enough to not be woken but passing cars. The lobby entrance, patio, pool deck and elegantly decorated (tv less💙) rooms are so welcoming. Hector, Fernanda and Greta took extra good care of us. The only down side was this was our first visit to Valle De Guadalupe and itt being so beautiful with it's close wineries and restaurants, we spent fewer time at the Hacienda than we would've liked to. Next time we're doing a hotel day and just relaxing. Can't wait to come back.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was received a friendly and professional greeting. A cool glass of sparkling wine to take the edge off.... The staff helped me find a room that suited me - and the pool was very refreshing. The bed w3as very comfortable, the entire room was appointed nicely. Wine tasting on site and a delicio0us breakfast in the morning. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Love that they have a restaurant that you can walk to for coffee in the morning and just enjoy the view The bar was closed. Last time we stayed we were able to enjoy cocktails after being out all day but they said its under renovation

Hacienda Guadalupe arranged a massage in the room and it was great. Thanks so much. You will be our "go to" place in the Valle de Guadalupe!

Used pool (not heated) and evening jacuzzi with wince purchased at their own winery. Walking around the property with lush greenery and vineyards is in itself worthwhile. Walked over to the restaurant for an amazing dinner as well.

The restaurant had amazing breakfast and we used the pool during the day. Enrique provided great service in the restaurant and pool. We will definitely come back. Everything was great! I would suggest to check the pool every couple hours when people are using it to clean the mosquitos out. Since the hotel it’s in the mountains in vineyard, it’s normal bees or mosquitos to easily get in the pool. Just someone to be cleaning them out throughout the day.

The front desk had someone out front later in the day and earlier in the morning. I stayed for the NYE event. The food was not the best. I only ate 2 of the 4 plates because they were too salty and the dessert was just gross. Maybe skip the restaurant because that is not their forte.

My wife and I could not have chosen a more beautiful place to have the wedding of our dreams, from the first day we stayed at "Hacienda Guadalupe" and woke up to the gorgeous property and views we knew we had found our wedding destination of our dreams. We first met with Paulina (our in house wedding coordinator) and Gabi (owner) we felt like we were in the best of hands. Everything from the planning of every detail for our destination wedding was taken with the upmost importance. The day of our wedding we felt so stress free knowing that every aspect was in order, even when my wife noticed something she did not like Paulina and her team resolved it right away, our food was reception food was on point our guests loved it, I cannot say it any better than Hacienda's Staff was attentive to our every need not just on our wedding day but in welcoming our guests and making everyone feel like they were at home. A big THANK YOU!! to Paulina, Gabi and the entire Hacienda Guadalupe staff for making our forever day the most amazing day ever. If there is ever a place to have your dream wedding in Valle De Guadalupe "Hacienda Guadalupe" is the place.

• 780aditip (10/5): Amazing hotel and excellent service! - I came to Guadalupe Valley with my boyfriend for a long weekend and wasn’t sure what to expect. And wow we were blown away! The property itself was beautiful, grape vines everywhere, a beautiful pool/hot tub area and a fountain with a view of the valley in the background. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The best part about the room was the view and the patio overlooking the view. The service was perfect, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. And not all the staff can speak perfect English, but it was easy to communicate with everyone, and I cannot express just how friendly every staff member was. This hotel had everything we needed. There are two restaurants on site, one that is open for breakfast/lunch, and closes around 5pm and another that is open for dinner and opens around 5-6pm. The dinner restaurant on site Aledano, is newer and the Chef is incredible, he came to speak with us and make recommendations and when I told him I was vegetarian he prepared the Orzo dish without meat and honestly, it was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. There is also a beautiful winery on site with wonderful wine. Everything about this hotel is perfect. I would recommend it more for couples given how romantic is can be but would be great alone or with friends as well! I cannot wait to go back and visit!
