Base on the long wait for the courtesy shuttle.,the staff was apologetic and notified us via phone when the shuttle was available.

The food is freshly prepared and kept at safe temperatures for serving. The dining area is clean and set up to privide a homey feel. Food was delicious and of quality equal or above to a sit down restaurant. Staff members were very pleasant and greeted us in an almost sing song way. The rooms were immaculate and I found the mattress very comfortable, I had no problems getting comfortable and sleeping through the night. The manager and her team went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every single staff member from the front desk to housekeeping, the maintenance crew, and even the friendly pool guy greeted us with genuine smiles and were always ready to help. One moment that really stood out was breakfast. We came down a bit late and thought we had missed it, but the manager and her team didn't let anyone go hungry. They made sure our family – and several other guests – were fed and comfortable. It truly showed the heart of the staff and their commitment to hospitality. The rooms were clean and cozy, the amenities were great, and the entire hotel had a welcoming vibe. But it was the people who made the difference. If you’re looking for a place where the team truly cares about your stay, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Suggestion: have house keeping wear an actual uniform; 4 women came to my room in regular clothes holding sheets. - tylermT5131WC (2/5): Absolutely unacceptable experience at Home2 Suites BWI Airport. - This stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. Despite having a reservation, my room wasn’t ready upon arrival — and to make matters worse, they had oversold the room type I specifically booked and paid a premium to upgrade. Not only was I downgraded without warning, but they never adjusted the rate to reflect the change. When I finally received a room, I was shocked to find it in appalling condition: trash left behind, and a stench so strong I had to purchase a candle just to make it bearable. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be part of a reputable brand. As if that weren’t enough, I was charged for parking — despite the fact that I didn’t even have a car on this trip. The lack of organization, cleanliness, and basic customer care at this location is astonishing. I expected better, and so should you. Avoid this property unless you’re prepared to overpay for subpar service and a neglected room.

There is an inside heated pool there's a very quaint neat inside seating area in case the weather is not warm enough to be outside a great breakfast something for kids something for adults something for everyone coffee all day long treats all day long bottled water available if you ask the rooms are spacious they have a full size refrigerator a microwave in a kitchenette area you have a sofa bed an ottoman for your feet a 50 inch screen TV and the room is separated by a curtain that you can pull to hide the bedroom area from the living room area if you're traveling with kids or if you're traveling alone this hotel room has everything you would possibly want and if it doesn't just ask I'm sure Donna Marie and Quincy will get it for you this was my first time staying here but I guarantee you I will be back real soon

Major surprise - very spacious rooms. Not sure if anyone ever used the kitchen, but it's there. Shuttle service was reliable and easy to find. We only stayed overnight so not much else to add. I recommend the place. Despite being located in a relatively remote area, the parking was not free. Moreover, for some reason extended parking was 2x more expensive than the regular and we were not informed about that (I reached out to the support beforehand to clarify the details). Since many probably use this hotel for a stay before their flights, it would be nice to offer to-go breakfast option for those who depart early.

- petermO9719YU (10/5): Almost home away from home. - New and clean! The welcoming holiday decorated lobby was the best thing to see before and after work. Easter bunnies and other decorations were placed all around for the perfect vibe. The staff were all kind and talkative no matter the time of day and bfast has many options for any type of diet.

- Coreen (10/5): - One of the best hotels I've been to in a while. Extremely clean, breakfast was amazing, so many options. The only issue was the pool being too small and some wifi issues. My daughter wanted to visit the pool every couple hours and whenever we go there were a ton of people crowding the pool being extremely loud. Anyway I will return again. The rooms were super clean which I was really impressed with.

- Mouseturtle (4/5): Deceptive Parking Fee—Won’t Stay Again - I recently stayed at the Home2 Suites Arundel Mills near BWI Airport, and while the hotel itself was a typical Home2 experience, I was disappointed by a sneaky $5 per night "Parking Lot Maintenance" fee. I specifically chose this hotel to avoid the parking fees charged by others in the area, so discovering this NIGHTLY charge—especially for a three-night stay—was an unwelcome surprise. While there is a small sign at the front desk mentioning the fee (effective January 17), the hotel continues to advertise free parking everywhere online, which feels misleading. The justification? "It's not a parking fee." But let’s be honest—if guests are required to pay to park, it’s a parking fee. I asked at the front desk - even if you choose to Uber, and DO NOT PARK THERE YOU PAY THE FEE. I’m surprised Hilton is allowing this kind of deceptive practice, especially when maintaining the parking lot should be a standard operating cost. Either include it transparently in the room rate or call it what it is—but don’t advertise free parking while charging guests upon arrival. Next time, I’ll choose one of the hotels closer to BWI since there was nothing particularly special about this stay to justify the added charge.

The room was nice and clean. But most of all the hospitality extended to my fiance and I was absolutely stellar and I wanted to leave a review expressing my gratitude. I will not be returning back to this property as long as it’s kept like that. For the room to be $200 I expected way better than this.

The lobby was open and welcoming also. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have had at a hotel . The room was very nice and roomy , we had a king suite , the bed was so comfortable and will definitely stay at this place again. We learned this hotel also offered free shuttle to local restaurants and to the mall. We used this service they were ready when we scheduled a ride and when we were ready to be picked up We just called and had them Come back to get us. Wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

- Kimberly (10/5): Great Hotel - Very friendly staff! They have a great variety of breakfast food, something for everyone, even vegan options. Our room was clean. There is a park with walking paths behind the hotel. Manager is sweet and welcoming. This was our second time here, and will be back next time we're in town to visit family. We stayed 11 nights, and i was very thankful that the washer and dryer didn't require money to use them.

We felt Special ,like family and right at home. AWESOME!!!!!
