• NaVee (8/5): - The room was spacious and clean. The location. Didn’t feel comfortable going out to walk any where due to the number of homeless in such close proximity. Police and EMS constantly picking up people.

• Dee (1/5): - I was not aware that this hotel was beside the Drop in centre for the unhoused and addicted. There was no parking to be found and, undesirable activities were taking place on the street and around the hotel entrance. We did not stay because everything about the area felt unsafe and, because this was a prepay, non refundable, booking through Booking.com, I was unable to receive any money back. Extremely disappointed with this experience and with Booking.com promoting this property without more information about the surrounding area. I am not able to rate the hotel or any of the amenities as we decided to book elsewhere without going inside.

• Annalise (3/5): Was nice and clean however I wouldn’t book here again due to location and unfriendly staff. - Thought it was very clean and updated, cleaning staff were super friendly and waitress we had at breakfast. Location wasn’t ideal as there was a bunch of homeless people close by property and close to outdoor parking lot. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in outdoor parking lot which was recommended and I think the parking fee to park underground should of been included considering the location of the hotel. The front desk staff were not friendly at all, and there was no specific instructions on how to access underground parking, I had to call hotel to find out.

• Marta (8/5): - El trato del personal es excelente, y las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Dispone de un pequeño bar muy moderno en la entrada, en el que puedes tomar algo con un ambiente agradable. No es culpa del hotel, pero el entorno le perjudica. Está rodeado de personas adictas, y que al final del día, se ve incrementada, generando una gran inseguridad en la zona.

• Maria (8/5): Quite expensive but if you like to splurge on a nice hotel, i highly recommend Hilton in Calgary - I got this reservation in cheaper price using booking app with free upgrade. The place is fantastic! great location and it was clean. The hotel has this simple yet sophisticated vibe, very business-like. We had a great stay, the room is spacious and bright which we really liked. We woke up to a really beautiful sunrise. It felt like we have lots of energy to burn for the day. Staff are nice and friendly. I just needed to check with the front desk because we were charged differently but it was refunded immediately as soon as i was able to clarify it with the receptionist. They were apologetic about it. so not much of a big deal because of their politeness.

• F4016ZAkb (10/5): Great option if you’re going to a Flames game - Roughly 10 minute walk to the Saddledome. Some typical downtown core “scenery” but security was unobtrusive yet visible. Staff at check-in were excellent. Room was perfect. Comfy beds, and very very quiet. I was on 9th floor in a corner. That’s my third stay and I’d recommend it.

• william (7/5): great other than this major problem. - Almost everything The extremely noisy aircon/heater which despite taking it up with reception cannot be turned off. It starts up very frequently all through the night and wakes you up every time. Lots of other guests complaining about this. I would NOT stay here again unless this problem is fixed.

• 131williamg (6/5): Modern city centre hotel - This is a very nice modern hotel. BUT...the heating/ac system is not possible to turn off and comes on every 30 minutes or so and is so loud it wakes you up, it's like having a generator on your bedside table. My friend in another room was similarly affected. Everything else here is good. I would definitely not stay here again unless assured the real problem has been rectified.
• Charlotte (8/5): Great hotel. I will be back. - Cleanliness and welcoming staff. The hotel was well kept and appealing. We loved the pool and access to ice on our floor. Our room phone rang several times from 4:45am to 6:30am. At least rang 4 separate times. No one was on the other line.

• Sheila (8/5): Great value but not in a great area - I picked this hotel because it was close to where the friend I was visiting lives. The room was updated with a smart tv and newish bathroom. There was a large street population that hung around the front. Can be a bit unnerving for a solo traveller.

I also didn't like that the pool was so small and there were so many little kids in it, it wasn't enjoyable

• WILSON ALBEIRO (9/5): - El hotel limpio y habitación amplia y cómoda Estar cerca del downtown es bueno pero mucho habitante de calle quizás por que cerca hay albergues y era invierno. Pero es cerca de todo lo de interés del centro.
• Matthew (5/5): - Great location and pretty hotel Women's hair and a hair ball in the shower, being ignored by the bartender downstairs for 10 mins before saying hell with it and drinking in my room instead, fact that they have a mini store right by the front desk that could be open all night but at 4am couldn't get a pop from there because it's closed... paying 30 dollars for a continental breakfast for it to be cheap box eggs, and bacon that was deep fried
• Angela (4/5): Good for families, not for couples. - The cleaning and bar staff were nice. The rooms were clean and a good size. The location is great. The facilities don't support the number of guests. They're constantly running out of things. The swimming pool and whirlpool are full of unattended screaming kids. Some are definitely too young to be left. Had kids climbing over me in the whirlpool and running around our breakfast table every morning. Also got overcharged for our room. Be prepared to bring extra money with you. When I queried the overcharge, the receptionist spoke to me like I was a moron.
