Guest Reviews
- jonathandfhill (10/5): A very goof first impression! - Was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the hotel room, hadn't realised it wasn't just a room above the pub but a purpose-made building next door! Bed and room were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were very good in both the hotel and the pub and very helpful when we were tasked with looking after our Grandson. The restaurant in the evening also had a lovely atmosphere and the quality of the food was very good. Would definitely stay again.
- 56julief (10/5): Lovely customer service - Great value for money and lovely staff. Were just there for the one night - had a great sleep and impressed by how clean & comfortable everything was. Would highly recommend.
- 827farab (10/5): Fantastic and comfortable - We really enjoyed our stay at the greens man everything was good. Helpful staff especially Lorraine at the desk and the lady in the restaurant at breakfast. Breakfast was very good. What I would suggest is that the rooms maybe need better clean. On The whole all was very good.
- lilyrose8 (8/5): food good and reasonably priced - lovely pub nice atmosphere, nice food.stayed here ovenight in feb.Room clean.
however the bed and pillows were awful.
- richardwW6013PL (8/5): Staff really helpful - Booked last minute after terrible experience at Stansted and was met by Jenna at reception who was amazing and just what we needed after a horrendous 24 hours. She was so helpful and friendly.
The room was good apart from housekeeping hadn’t changed the towels. Saw Jenna and was sorted immediately and apologised.
Are over in the pub in the evening and staff and food was good. Breakfast also really good. Good food and choice.
Would be happy to stay here again and recommend.
Thanks again Jenna for being so lovely and I hope Chef and Brewer recognise your skills.
- niallr (10/5): the best hotel in harlow UK - fantasic hotel, warm and cosy, the bar is beside the hotel with great food and beers. lorraine and maisy are 2 of the most excellent hosts i have had the pleasure to meet.. nothing is a probelm.. 10 out of 10 and yes i will stay everytime i visit harlow... thanks ladies.. niall
- migmax103 (6/5): Good but can be improved - Nice hotel with good decoration, quiet as far as I have concerned. Good food and very good breakfast but the cleanliness of my room was not as what an hotel room should be. I've been changed to another one and I would say that the result was more or less the same.
The tap in the bathroom was not properly screwed and was moving like crazy.
Same conclusions in the two. Please make an effort on this point.
- jackiecE2207QY (10/5): Excellent find! - Great hotel, perfect for what we needed. Very clean, well decorated, comfortable rooms with more amenities than expected. Fab shower! Excellent value for money. We will be back.
- paulo569 (6/5): Lovely room. Wifi lets it down badly - Nice pub, lovely staff, good rooms, great shower.
Utterly dreadful WiFi. One of my key factors when choosing an overnight stay is WiFi, as I always have a lot of work to do. The WiFi here is so dreadful it was a business prevention exercise.
Shame because, for me, it takes the rating from 5 stars down to 3, as everything else is so weak done. WiFi is important for my work. Don’t stay here is if you want to get any done.
- ChintaSouthAfrica (6/5): If you use WI FI don’t book - In an area that has mediocre hotels this is the best of a bad bunch.
The rooms are good and extremely hot in Winter. Bed is king size and comfortable. Bathroom lacks basic amenities eg toilet brush, soap dish, toiletry shelf in shower and hand towel rail.
Oddly there is no fridge.
The Tv is not a smart tv but without wi if you can’t watch anyway. The area has bad mobile phone coverage so you are at the mercy of the hotel and they refuse to update the rooms with proper professional extenders in each room. Once you are in your room you are cut off from the rest of the world-no what’s up calling.
The restaurant has lovely ambience and the food is tasty. Lovely fire in Winter.
The furniture and floors could do with a Spring clean.
The staff are sometimes unfriendly but then Laura popped up and goes way beyond her duties. She is a keeper.
The manager, Joe, is arrogant and doesn’t take well to discussion on the service or lack thereof.
The phone system is very off putting as humans don’t exist.
Could receive at least 4 stars if they bothered to repair the wi-if but there is NO desire.
- 125alw (10/5): Comfortable stay - Excellent room with a top notch breakfast.
Welcoming staff...high standard of cleanliness and a nice peaceful setting
- karenwU9329HQ (10/5): Food and service at its best. - My family (13 adults and 3 children) had a get together at the Green Man on the 16th November and we were absolutely delighted with every aspect, especially the excellent food and the wonderfully personal and professional service provided by Adam. Our previous get together held in another pub in Harlow earlier this year was a disaster by comparison. The whole family agreed - we will be coming back in the New Year for our next reunion. Well done everyone at the Green Man!
- H8326OUsandrah (10/5): Very good meal - We had a meal in the green man and were served by Emma - who is always friendly and courteous - it is always pleasant to visit
- Andrew (6/5): - A very busy kitchen so some food seemed a little dry might have waited a little for serving and some a little cool. Staff did a good job. Service quick enough.
Wi-Fi poor - need to go through logon process very frequently.
Room servicing a little erratic.
Room lighting was a joke.
- Tracey (10/5): - Reception staff are friendly & welcoming. Room was clean & well decorated. Bathroom nice. Bed comfortable. The room was hot but there was a fan available.
- An_Old_Burian (4/5): A hotel that has huge, but wasted, potential - A hotel with plenty of potential - but hopelessly managed...........rooms have very poor lighting, the hot water is dangerously hot, no lift, you cannot charge food / drink to your room account - and as for that dreadful AI "receptionist" when you need to speak to someone !!!!!! For a hotel with over 50 rooms the latter is absolutely unacceptable
- Suzanne (10/5): - It’s so pretty and comfortable here and great value for money.
Friendly staff, lovely chocolate on the pillow, free parking and a nice pub (we didn’t use but would do next time)
- Cain (4/5): average - Room was okay, just basic! The staff were very friendly and it was an ideal location. The WiFi was poor and could not get a phone signal either. Tv channels on freesat but couldn’t connect my firestick to watch Netflix due to poor WiFi. Based behind the pub but can still hear the noise through the night so that wasn’t great but overall for the location and price can’t complain
- Sue (8/5): - Stayed for one night. Room was excellent with extra little touches. We had dinner in the restaurant and drinks in the bar afterwards.Would definitely stay again
- Dan-Dumitru (8/5): - Too rustic and old in the surroundings, otherwise inside it were OK.
- Charlotte (8/5): Great stay at the green man - This hotel is lovely and very comfortable, the cleanliness is brilliant and the environment is lovely and quiet throughout the night.
I have marked it as good because the in room refreshments are very sparse, only one tea bag, one white sugar, onr brown and one sweetener and a small amount of milk. Otherwise a brilliant stay.
- Matthew (8/5): Nice pub, nice hotel - For me, pretty much the best place to stay in Harlow, and I've tried most. Hotel accommodation is excellent, modern and clean. Eaten here twice, food is good. Service on the first occasion was decidedly poor, with staff more interested in preparing for breakfast than attending to customers. However, Amy saved the day on the second visit, with prompt and attentive service, and a smile or two.
- Miranda (10/5): - After a brutal day of traveling in from Canada, delayed flights, missed connections and hours of transit commutes around london, I ended up at this lovely spot. I couldn't have asked for a better ending after a day of hell. The pub is adorable, food amazing, staff incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room spacious, clean and cozy. I would hands down recommend it and will be making it a staple in future travels. Thank you!
- Deborah (10/5): - Hotel staff were wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Loved having coffee sachets and biscuits in the room. Best bit was a bar of posh delicious chocolate in the room. And fresh milk on demand. Wonderful hotel. Thank you. Only downside was that the room was very hot and the little fan didn’t help much. Evening meal was delicious and so was breakfast. Thank you. We will be back.
- Tierra (10/5): - This hotel room was one of the nicest we stayed in! It was so comfortably set up, the staff was very kind and welcoming when we arrived, and the restaurant/bar on site was delicious! We stayed while awaiting a trip out of Stansted Airport and would definitely return.
- Leona (8/5): - Plenty parking. Modern residental building adjacent to traditional building that has the pub and restaurant.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was nicely presented, but far too hot and no way of cooling it down other than a stand alone fan which wasn’t adequate. Therefore it was difficult to sleep and hard to spend any time in the room.
The room was also not cleaned on the first Day so we had no milk, tea or even toilet roll!
- Mrs Julie-Ann (10/5): Great Place To Stay - This hotel is a little gem, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comftable, the bed was huge. Food in the inn is hot, filling and reasonably priced. Stayed 2 nights and would definately stay again.
- Deborah (10/5): - Great hotel and great people working there. Check in very quick and easy, room very comfortable. Very good breakfast in the morning. 5 stars.
- Harry (10/5): Work trip - Location, accommodation and condition are all very good, but it was the staff that made this stay excellent. Emily on particular was extremely helpful in resolving a booking issue and the staff in the restaurant were pleasant, efficient and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
- fatladatback (10/5): Solo work trip, very pleasant. - Work trip resulted in a 1 night stay at the green. Was greeted by the very helpful Emily upon arrival who I have to say excelled in making my stay a success following a booking error on my behalf. The room was comfortable, the pub served very nice food at a reasonable price. Have to say, very pleasant trip overall. Thank you Emily for your assistance, I shall definitely be staying again when in the area.
- James E (8/5): - It’s in a nice part of Harlow
- Nathalie (10/5): London - Hotel dans un quartier tranquille… bon souper pas inclu…
- I8089TErobertm (2/5): Sauna-like rooms - Tired and extremely hot rooms. Charged £115 a night without breakfast. Avoid in summer as impossible to sleep. Location is pleasant. I think the second floor is to be avoided as under the roof
- Peter (6/5): - No air conditioning. No lift. WI-fi too slow to use.
- Paul (10/5): The Green Man has got the Green Light from me - Excellent hotel, very comfortable bed, brilliant staff and outstanding food.
- Val (10/5): Perfect - Lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Just. We stayed the night before a flight. Just a 13 minutes drive to Stansted airport. Perfect. Will stay again! We are in the pub too which was also very night. Food was a bit expensive but those prices seem to be the norm now (around £17 per meal)
- Peter (8/5): - Great location for Stansted Airport as well as That Amazing Place wedding venue.
It is worth noting that ge rooms are not air conditioned and can be very hot in July and August. There is no lift. The WiFi is free but is too slow to use.
- Sylvia (8/5): - The room was lovely nice pillows and bed was comfortable. The shower was good and hot. The cap on hot tap missing loo seat loose but other than that a perfect stay
- Sueplum (6/5): 3 star at most. - The room was basic, needs refurbishing. Bottle to get fresh milk was missing. First night we didn’t have a bath mat, 2nd night bath mat but no 2nd towel. Lighting in room was very bad. Restaurant had badly stained chairs. The staff on both hotel and restaurant/bar areas were excellent.
- Karen (8/5): Nice pub and hotel stay - Really nice stay. Spacious room and bed. Bathroom needed a bit of cleaning attention but nothing too bad.
Friendly staff and good restaurant and bar. Yummy food!
- elijahm425 (10/5): Great service from Emma - Great food, quick service from our server Emma! Would go again! Lively experience and lovely location! I had the lamb shank pie and was not disappointed!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely hotel - Always enjoy our stays here. Room was extremely hot though. They do supply a fan but air con would be good.
- milliej246 (10/5): - Come in for a meal with my friends and had an amazing time! James served us and was absolutely fantastic. Food was superb and couldn’t fault anything . Highly recommend and definitely returning again very soon. Thank you Green Man and Team!
- mark (8/5): - Ease with which requests were permitted
- 834antonyj (10/5): Great Service and Food - Superb service and staff. Super helpful and attentive. Great meal just a fabulous experience.
Great choice in the menu lovely ambiance and overall a joyous time was had by all our friends who came to celebrate our wedding. 200 words however is pushing my slightly i
- I1839GAstevek (10/5): Great friendly service, made to feel very welcome - Emily, Laura and especially Steph were great but always are. My home from home in recent months, by far the best place to stay in the area.
- Paul (6/5): Disappointing stay - I have stayed here a few times, but had a couple of issues this time.
First off my room didn't have a fan and the windows hardly open so are a waste of time, even though my colleague had a fan in his room and I had a fan last stay. The receptionist did get me a fan the following morning but surely these should already be in every room!
Also asked for my invoice on day before checkout but apparently couldn't get it, so then i was told it would be printed for following morning but the night porter couldn't find this and apparently cant print invoices so still waiting following various messages, etc!
Food nice and staff are pleasant.
- Alexander (8/5): Overall pretty good - Very pleasant welcome upon arrival. My room was spacious and well appointed including a fan which proved essential as the evening was extremely warm. The bathroom looked nice but I was disappointed that the main shower-head barely worked and obviously needed to be descaled. The water didn't taste particularly nice and bottled water in the room.
Breakfast was busy and fairly good but let down by very anaemic sausages that only appeared to be just cooked. Again, pleasant staff.
- Robert (8/5): - Very good room large car park
- Greenislander (10/5): Would stay here again - Very nice hotel, which is in a separate building to the pub so there is little noise. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The check-in and cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. We ate in the pub restaurant on both nights of our stay because there was plenty of choice on the menu and the food was good. We were in the area for a family event and would definitely stay there again.
- Jane (10/5): - Stayed as local to a friends party venue. Was perfectly situated for our needs
- Wendy (8/5): - Nice room with good supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and a chocolate each which was nice. Lovely decor, just a little bit of maintenance needed as tap in bath moved. When using and a bit of enamel missing on bath, but all in all, a comfortable stay with a generous breakfast in the morning. Friendly welcoming staff.
- Iantompkins7 (10/5): Thank you - Brilliant service, excellent food, great value. Served by Millie, who was a great ambassador for the venue and Harlow too. Thank you.
- Jeremy (10/5): - All good
- Jane (10/5): - Very helpful friendly staff
- Lee (10/5): - Amazing staff and hotel
- E5393VShannahb (8/5): Two day stay - Beautiful building full of character. The staff were great and very helpful, especially fitting us in with a late dinner. Our room was tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was immaculate. Unfortunately, the bedroom still had a previous clothing tag and crumbs on the floor from a previous guest around the bin. Otherwise our pleseant stay would have been 5 stars.
- Kherrin (10/5): - Stayed for 3 nights, staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful throughout our stay. Food next door in the pub was really good too. Would highly recommend.
- Amii (10/5): - Would definitely stay here again. Everyone was so friendly and the hotel was nice and quiet. Ideally located for everything around with everything in easy reach.
- 997kevins (10/5): Kevin’s fishing stopover - Nice hotel, pub restaurant with friendly helpful staff and plenty of on site free parking available. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed, restaurant had a varied menu with good food at reasonable prices and bar atmosphere was relaxed. Well worth a visit.
- Alexander (10/5): - Perfect location for our family gathering. Plenty of parking, lovely food and stylish rooms. Very pretty and historic area of Old Harlow.
- 122tyronew (10/5): Thank You Green Man - We held a family and friends gathering for 40 people at the Green Man. Wonderful setting, extremely professional and friendly service. The food and drink was great. Highly recommended. Thank you to Dan and the team for all the help. We were so happy that the event went well with our guests well looked after. Plenty and space in and out with great car parking facilities.
- Sam (10/5): - We had an excellent stay. Great staff and nice quiet location.
- David (10/5): Stanstead Airport pre-stay - loved it! - Amazing welcome (to stay overnight) - really friendly.
Rooms were great, enjoyed the food on a busy evening (Thursday!), and had a drink in the bar.
Stayed before a Stansted Airport trip - it's only about 15 mins away (and much much nicer than a mundane airport hotel!)
- Craig (10/5): Night Porter - Lovely stay would recommend except the porter decide to bang on the bedroom door 3 times in the night. My partner just thought it was kids and ignored it. Until the 3rd bang on the door he opened it and was t very happy to find the porter saying can you keep the noise down we were fast asleep worse night sleep. I would suggest the porter puts his ear against the door before banging on doors waking people up. Should have just drove home.
- Navigator540537 (8/5): Nice rooms and good food - I stayed here whilst working in Harlow, the hotel rooms are nice and the pub serves good food, especially the Sunday roasts, it has a nice big beer garden which is great on a warm sunny day, also Emily and all the staff are all great and it’s a well run place
- Greig (10/5): Great Stay - Great hotel and the room are lovely.
- Kelly (10/5): - Lovely staff, lovely food, lovely room. What’s not to like
- ArcherCKirk (10/5): Definitely visit here - Excellent service from Hannah - looked after myself and my family really well. Food was exceptional especially the beef rib for the Sunday Roast, would highly recommend! Aesthetic is cosy, warm and welcoming. Will be coming back to try the lamb shank shepherds pie as it looked delicious!
- Jassy14 (10/5): Amazing hotel with the best team! - I've stayed at The Green Man several times for work trips. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the team is always helpful and friendly. Last time, I accidentally booked the room for the wrong week, but Laura and Emily were incredibly helpful and kind. They quickly sorted everything out, and I was able to stay in a room that night! Thank you, ladies—you’re the best! I’ll definitely be back soon!"
- Caxo123456789 (10/5): Lovely food - The food was lovely and we had excellent service from Sophia. We had the chef's special hake, mixed grill and a kids chicken nugget meal. It could only have been better with more options of herbal tea and fruit teas such as lemon and ginger or red berry.
- Kevin (10/5): Kevin’s overnight Fishing Trip - Very good experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bar / restaurant were very good too.
- B6905OVstevea (10/5): Great stay - The room was great and very clean, food was lovely and the service was spot on throughout. Emma was really helpful when ordering dinner and service was very quick and attentive. The restaurant and bar had a welcoming atmosphere and made for pleasant dining
- gregoryw526 (2/5): Sanitisation is sweeping the Nation! - Shouldn’t be open! We prebooked a Sunday Lunch here having visited several times before.
This was a terrible experience, the place has gone downhill rapidly. Our biggest problem was the fact that there was NO RUNNING WATER throughout the men’s and ladies toilets throughout the establishment so you could not wash your hands after visiting the facilities! When reported to the staff we just got a “tough luck” shrug of the shoulders!
This also makes me wonder if the kitchens had the same situation and our food was being handled by a chef/cook facing the same problems?
This, coupled with a sparse, poorly cooked roast dinner and no horseradish or gravy made the whole experience exasperating (very annoying and mystifying gen z).
Won’t be back here again- sort your act out Greene King!
- Steve_UK57 (10/5): A comfortable overnight stay - Friendly staff and good food. We try to stay here when visiting family in the area but can't always because they only have one pet friendly room. This time we were lucky as it was available. The room was very comfortable and clean. We were welcomed with chocolates which was a nice touch. There's no fridge in the room but there's full tea/coffee making facilities, a decent TV and phone charging points next to the bed. They provided a bed and water bowl for the dog. The en-suite shower was good. We had a family meal in the pub area (dogs are not allowed in the restaurant) and we found the quality of the food good for both evening meals and for breakfast. It can be difficult parking here at times as it does get busy but otherwise it's a good place to stay. We will stay here again if we can. Perhaps they could increase the number of pet friendly rooms.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay - Had a lovely stay. Room was very clean, decor was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.. couldn’t fault the hotel at all staff very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
- mathewmO714GY (10/5): Look no further this is by far the best hotel around - Janna & Emily & Laura have been amazing I’ve traveled for family stayed for over a week the ladies have taken care of both mine and my sons every need nothing is to much trouble the green man hotel is like a home away from home
The staff and the hotel at 10/10 can’t ask for more
Thank you
- andrewhP5398PJ (10/5): Comfy stay - Lovely hotel, clean and set just behind the pub, giving more privacy. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff, large comfy bed. Would 100% recommend and will stay again. Lovely cooked breakfast.
Accommodated my request for a ground floor room.
- David (10/5): Lovely stay for work - Room was a great size with large TV and useable desk for work. Lovely deluge shower. Comfortable bed and room was very clean.
- Sunshine24802643263 (8/5): Great in many ways but get some more staff! - Difficult to give a rating. The waitress was very nice but trying to serve far too many tables. The menu choices were good , especially for the children. The food tasted delicious. The problem was the speed of service as they were so lacking in staff. We eventually got drinks and then eventually a main course. We had all chosen menus that included a desert but had to leave after waiting an hour for the desert. The manager was apologetic and reduced the bill but the children were very upset they couldn’t ‘build their own fruit sundae’. Get some more staff and you would way increase your takings!!
- Sharon (8/5): - Rooms for us too warm.
Would be good if breakfast was a bit earlier than 8am at weekends, but they did make us up a breakfast box
- Neil (10/5): Check in - Very friendly at the check in desk
- Ishable (10/5): Great value - was booked to come here through work and was great value. Easy to find and parked in front even though there is a fair sized car park at the rear. Walked through the pub to get to the reception. The young woman was very warm and welcoming. The room was nice, very typical and very clean. The only issue during my stay was the shower was only warm and not very powerful.
The breakfast was spot on and also evening meal was great with a good sized menu. Would stay here again.
- EDWARD (10/5): - You ask too many questions… the place is great
- Ray smith (10/5): Charm and Comfort. Ideal stay - Charactor filled Inn. Great atmosphere in bar and restaurant. Cosy feel. Perfect. Rooms excellent. Stayed in many in this price bracket and ten out of ten for me.
- Steven (10/5): - Very comfortable, clean and ideally situated. The staff were very good and helpful.
- 2014TerryM (8/5): Green Man is good but..... - Booked for an early evening dinner with a friend. This has always been an OK place to eat. The food is fine if not spectacular and mostly edible. (Shame they have ditched the venison). Service was good and Sadie looked after us very well (and not overly intrusive). We both had the new shepherds pie main, which was excellent, its basically a lamb shank covered in mash and cheese. It was great (£24 each). My criticism of the Green Man is the amount that they have increased their prices! It was the case a few months ago that 2 people could have a drink and three courses for a total of about £50 but now its going to be probably nearer £80 - £90. This does not mean that I will not go, but I will go less often (because I cant afford it). The noodle Bar in Harlow will give you a blow-out for £30! So is this a good or bad review? well, its a good review and don't be put off going to visit, but be prepared for paying a bit more for the pleasure.
- David (8/5): Good for Stansted Airport - This place is like an upmarket Premier Inn. The hotel rooms are separate to the pub. The room I stayed in was a good size, clean with a very comfy bed and quality bedding. The pub and restaurant is a very nice building which is very historic with timber frame. Bar is cosy and the restaurant well staffed with good service. In the past I have stayed at the airport and paid the prices!! In future when using Stansted I will not hesitate to stay here again.
- Dean (4/5): - Heating in room radiator was not working. Other than that room was all ok.
- Kate (10/5): - The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are tasteful and comfortable.
The atmosphere tin the bar is good .
- Verified traveler (10/5): excellent location - great nights stay
lovely food
great staff
excellent location
- anthonyalbertm (10/5): Definitely stay again - Big welcome by Emily. Made you feel straight away you made a good choice. Room was good . Excellent service and restaurant food good homemade standard and breakfast options made a good change for something different. Would definitely stay again. Just 3 mins from M11.
- V9664KDabigaill (8/5): Clean, beautiful, good location, great service - Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We stayed over Xmas and Sarah was phenomenal. She was the only one working on boxing day (a silly decision by management) and remained cool calm and professional with a full restaurant and no tills as they all went down mid morning. Superwoman!! She was fantastic and id come back again purely because of this lady. Give her a raise!
- Steve (10/5): Little gem. - Lovely warm welcome with great rooms and excellent food. Great value for money. Highly recommended.
- CHRIS (8/5): - Good place to stay and nice staff. Mould in shower needs sorting out - management problem rather than the cleaning personnel, it seems
- Mysterel (8/5): Well worth a visit - Very pleasant brief stay. Nice room, free parking, cosy bar area. A couple of photos attached which were taken from within the restaurant area at breakfast time. Friendly service from the restaurant staff who cook to order which is so much better than a dried up warm buffet!
- Jill (8/5): - All good
- Fran (8/5): Good value - Good hotel in pretty area. Comfortable rooms and friendly welcome from receptionist. The room was clean with nice touches eg mini chocolate bars. Lots of parking . Only criticism about the room was that there was no milk for the tea. We had breakfast which was average, warmed up breakfast not cooked fresh, not many staff so hsd to wait. Coffee machine didn’t work but the pastries were delicious.
