- W. (5/5): 客戶服務很好，餅乾飲料可以吃很好，但入住空間與網站不同，入住價格整體偏高，可以體驗，但不一定會再來入住。 - 1、客戶服務的細節：會即時回覆訊息，並準備相關用品，這部分很周到。 2、頂樓親子空間可以使用餅乾糖果飲料，可以一直待著放空。 3、我們是有獨立車庫，可以自由進出拿取物品。 4、浴缸很大。 1、進房有潮濕的霉味，有放除濕機，但還是有味道。 2、早餐的選擇偏少，有麵有飯有麵包有水果有菜，但樣式不多。 3、到現場才知道43平方公尺是隔了一個空間，不知道該怎麼利用。 4、整體來說，入住價格偏高。

- Silke (10/5): Mega Startpunkt für den Alishan-Besuch - Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen und hat eigene Parkplätze. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (Queensize) und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Sogar Ablageflächen für 2 Koffer gab es. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt (sofern man dies möchte) und Wasser, Kaffee und Tee wurden aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer hatte ein WC, Dusche und Badewanne. Das Personal ist überall sehr freundlich. Nachmittags gibt es gratis Tee, Waffeln und Obst. Im Obergeschoss gibt es eine Süßigkeitenbar und Trinktütchen. Im 8. OG steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gratis zur Verfügung (das Waschmittel gibt es an der Rezeption für kleines Geld). Mehrere Gaststätten sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso wie die gängigen Lebensmittelstores. Das Frühstück hält mehrere Getränke, sehr guten Automatenkaffee, typisch taiwanesisches Essen, Obst, Dumplings, Suppen usw. bereit. Es ist ein Hotel, in dem Kinder gern gesehen sind. Uns hat es in diesem Hotel sehr gut gefallen und gern hätten wir ein weiteres Hotel der Cosmos Gruppe in Taipeh gebucht.

- isabella (7/5): three days two nights this time, only the 1st day wasn't too happy due to room has no window but fix - i like the receptionist helped us when we asked the 3 beds window room, due to web site did not clarify the room has no windows only the fixed glass that could be the worst conditions if any fire issues, receptionist helped us the change the room immediately. also the tea pot wasn't work functional so they grabbed a new one to us in a short time. the temporary room windows was not clean at all, we spent few minutes help make the windows clean location is a little far away but should be ok
