- Radia (10/5): - Une résidence calme et surveillée, personnel agréable, attentif et réactif, à proximité des transports et des supermarchés. La piscine était formidable. La plage à quelques minutes de marche était aussi parfaite.

Расположение отеля то что надо. Персонал очень дружелюбный, ресепшн 👍 уборка 👍 А вот работников у бассейна в баре, надо гнать. Противный, грубый мужик, после него даже к бассейну не хочется подходить. Видать бизнес не идёт, он ходит злой как собака. Но видимо надо что то менять, чтобы люди шли. Были в этом месте 5 лет назад. Поэтому знали куда едем. Бар у бассейна.

- Faïza (6/5): Piscine très agréable et personnel réactif, mais manque d’hygiène, présence d’insectes et télé non vérifiée. - La piscine est géniale et le personnel a eu la gentillesse de me changer de chambre après quelques jours, ce que j’ai apprécié. En revanche, à mon arrivée, la propreté laissait à désirer, j’ai même vu des insectes, et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Ce n’est pas normal que ce genre de choses ne soit pas vérifié en amont. L’hôtel a du potentiel, mais il faudrait vraiment améliorer l’hygiène et les vérifications de base.

Nous avons dû annuler plusieurs activités à cause de ces incidents. À chaque coupure on nous demande simplement de patienter. De plus le centre ville n’est pas à 7 minutes mais à 45 minutes de l’hôtel ! Les chambres n’étaient pas bien faites elle n’étaient pas propre. Très déçue

- Mohammed (7/5): Onkel rada apart hotel - Staff was friendly really helpfull i had a problem with my room without any headache upgraded us to a better room which we had no problems after , the only thing that made it sad was no swimming pool which was the only reason we booked but due to weather before we arrived was really bad so makes sense why there was no pool we wad gutted but still made the best of our holiday apart from booking.com selling us something false a trip to green canyon we paid and never got to see what we was told we paid for absolutley wasted our money becarful booking with booking.com they dont care about us only the money but yes the hotel we stayed with can not fault them at all lovely nice people to book best option not off booking.com No swimming pool

Also, booked the hotel as it said the pool was available until November 1st and there was no water in the pool.
- Natalia (6/5): Overall ok - I can't say it was completely mess staying at Onkel Rada, but my experiences there wasnt good. The apartment had 2 rooms. However, only ine had a window. The room expecting to be a kitchen wasnt equipped and it had no window, therefore it was always very dark in there. The light is only from floor lams. They cleen once in 3 days and its not that great. The restaurant couldn't make any hot dishes. The distance to the sea is acceptable(20min walk), but not pleasant. The hotel place at the ever end of the city, you will not find much arround. Be honest, most of my disappointment because of the kitchen, it was very difficult even make a tea. Moreover, the room was full of ants, what also wasnt gave a good impression. I wouldnt stay there anymore.

The rooms are spacious and airconed. Staff are awesome cant do enough especially the man on the front desk Mustafa. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Its only about 5 pounds for a taxi to tye old town and has a fantastic mall called migros 5 - 10 min taxi ride away. Local shops supermarket and restaurants.

- Istakar (5/5): It just about passes the scale of a decent hotel - The best part about it is the pool and location, close to shops and Beach from walking distance The rooms were cleaned every three days and the apartment was dirty. The beds were poor quality with bad mattresses.
- Stephanie (4/5): Night staff was rude and not very helpful. - The room has the pool view which is really good. The receptionist at night time is rude and cant handle situations. We were asking if they can give us a spare towel or clean the room on day time but said he cannot help us with it. We explained that we go early in the morning and back very late at night as we are exploring the area and the only person that we see everyday is him. If he can hand it over to the morning shift that what we requested, but instead he was so impatient and was so rude on the way he spoke to us. Not happy about him. We initially booked 3 nights, but booked another night before the original booking.. so they only supplied us a one toilet paper for a night stay, after the 2nd night we asked if we can have toilet paper as we finished the first one, but the receptionist said we can only have refills on our 3rd day. We explained that we were only given 1 toilet roll and its 4 of us who stayed in the room. But again, the night staff was really not helpful. We end up buying our own supplies for the rest of our stay. We also have to put our towels in the laundry and dried it outside the balcony because they wont give it to us not until the 4th day. Not happy at all.

- Jacob (6/5): Average at best. - The apartment had a washing machine. The overall condition of the property is poor, as it appears old and unclean. The pool is dirty, and the bathroom is covered in mold. Smoking is prevalent throughout the area—by the pool, in the hallways of the apartment building—resulting in a constant smell of smoke, even in our apartment. Additionally, the people are generally rude and unhelpful.
- Joseph (7/5): Next time do all inclusive hotel - Washing machine in apartment cooking facilities although I used it once Room cleaned only 1 per 3 days and that wasn't good either I had to wash and clean myself although was self catering apartment I had to buy washing clothes liquid brush pool side different Internet not allowed to bring own drinks or food there cost of drinks was 3 times the cost in the shops even more can of. One was 130 lira that's like £3.10 to much bottle of corona beer 350 lira that's like £7 plus pool chair Dirty the unbrealla was even worse dirty soiled and some broken the water drains needed cleaning badly although staff was great pool staff no English spoken apart from 1 person if its 40 lira to a pound then double cheeseburger chips was 450 lira not including a drink, it's cheaper yo order domino's pizza then eat at the pool restaurant. I paid for taxi drop off and pick through booking.com nobody pick me up or took me back to the airport

- Renata (4/5): I hoped it would be better. - Very nice people working at the reception , large swimming pool , delicious food and nice service in the restaurant 👌 Very uncomfortable bed Limited number of umbrellas ( broken umbrellas ) in hot weather there should be one umbrella per deckchair . Cleaning and changing of towels was supposed to take place every three days , unfortunately only after five days did someone come to clean the room , when I started packing .. a big disappointment .

- Zaki (7/5): Declining hotel... - Nice employees Good location I came in this hotel since many years. It was nice in the beginning but it has degraded in terms of equipments. Looks like a declining place . Swimming pool was not clean, as well as the transat and tables, limited umbrellas and most out of order.
- Amiel Rafael (4/5): - The hotel is quite far from the city center, unless you’re planning to just chill and do some staycation, it’s good, but location is a turn off. It looked cheap but you’ll be spending lot of time for travel or spending more on taxis. The hotel looked also a bit worn. We didn’t get a cleaning service till our 4th day.
- Mohammad (9/5): Superb - The swimming pool was great. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was cosy. Internet was stable and good enough. It was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The shower cabinet in the bathroom requires a replacement as it leaks water.

The manager is so mean - I enjoyed the swimming pool and the hospitality offered by junior staff members The nearest gate to shops was closed,the manager and some staff members are very rude,the WiFi was bad,in my flat,the toilet was dirty,floors are unkept, it smells like it was abandoned for some time,they also put cheap toilet paper.one last,you complain,you become their the manager tells you once to check out if you are not happy

Il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche. L’état d’une des chambres de la literie était médiocre, pas possible de bien dormir. - Cece (1/5): Traumatic - wish I could give 0 stars - There was NO BREAKFAST I liked nothing i would give 0 stars if i could It would be one thing if this place was cheap BUT IT IS SO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS! Completely disgusting and disgraceful hotel. The mattress had blood on it. The floor was so dirty that when you walked you pick up a thick layer of dust on your feet. The electricity turned off for two hours. The toilet still had the original sticker rusted on to it. Bathroom stank of damp and rusted. Just absolutely grim. The swimming pool had little bits in and the swimming pool toilets were smeared with diarrhea. Tiles were coming off the pool completely unsafe. Black mould everywhere. Looks absolute NOTHING like the pictures. No lifeguard at the pool. Two members of staff ADVISED ME NOT TO EAT at the hotel restaurant !!!! Tells you everything! I dared it anyway out of hunger, and got chicken nuggets and chips. I was charged £17!!! And it was INEDIBLE?! how do you make that wrong??? I was too terrified to confront the staff because upon realising I had been duped and reading other reviews I discovered previous guests had been THREATENED AND EVEN PHYSICALLY ATTACKED BY HOTEL MANAGEMENT!!! SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!
- Ibrahim (7/5): Good place for people want to stay with low price. - The location good if you have a car. The place quite and have a swimming pool kind of good size. Thanks for the girls with Hijab forget her name. She was very friendly. There is no breakfast just FYI which is fine with me. The swimming pool sharing with other 6 buildings. The hotel have a system of cleaning (clean the room and change the towels every three days only!). They didn’t write that I the description. In summer specially with swimming pool, towels need to be change everyday.

- Zeynep (6/5): - Temizlik konusunda hassassanız önermem, yok rahat biriyseniz tercih edilebilir. Oda temiz sayılmazdı, ağır bir yemek kokusu vardı, bir kaç saat havalandırdıktan sonra geçti ya da benim burnum alıştı kokuya. Gece büyük sayılabilecek bir böcek öldürdüm odada. Görevli düzenli ilaçlama yapıldığını ancak böceklerin açık pencere camlardan girdiğini söyledi, mümkün ancak demek ki etkili bir ilaç kullanılmıyor. Toplu taşıma için ana caddeye yakın, çevresinde market var. Kötü bir tesis değil ama 8.2 puanı da hak etmiyor.

- Venkata (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel rooms were neat and clean. Staff was very friendly. Location was very beautiful, near to konyaalti beach and all the other attractions. Easy access to public transport as well. I would like to say about one person in particular Mr. Mustafa, he is amazing with fluent English language and helps us in guiding for all the attractions in Antalya and nearby places as well. Pool was closed due to maintenance, I felt really bad. Even though they have mentioned it while booking, I think this might got solved, but unfortunately it was not.

- Shabana (5/5): Possibly would stay again, if a few things were changed. - The room had a balcony with a nice view. Property felt safe, security always guarding outside. There was a cute cafe, walking distance from property which was nice to have breakfast in. Upon arriving the checkin staff (unsure name, male) was to busy on his phone and didn't great us kindly, he was very rude and fobbed us of with out explaining things properly. The outside pool was closed but the inside pool and gym was open however the area had a bad damp smell and the water was cold. The location isn't to far from places however you would need to get a taxi everywhere you go.
