David (7/5): Pleasant and awesome - The property is in a good location an the heart of Osu. Just moments away from beach clubs and a beautiful ocean. The breakfast was typical but definitely came handy. The staff were willing to support. I booked this reservations literally hours after my original booking was overbooked. The room was massive and offered great space. The bed was comfortable, and proximity to a lot. I would stay again as the value is great but I typically stay 4 star hotels. There needs to be more attention to maintain the hotel. The bedding only had a thin sheet and when using the AC it gets freezing. The heat in Accra is brutal so the AC is needed. There was a dirty pillow left in the room which is more of a lack of attention to cleanliness. I believe the hotel needs more resources to invest and update the rooms. The elevator didn’t work . Everyday the power seem to go out but only for a short time .

POYODI ESSOKPAZIM (7/5): Pas matière à se plaindre - Je n'ai pas pris de petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel vu que je sortais tôt pour vaquer à mes occupations. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier populeux dont l'hygiène/assainissement laisse à désirer. La salle de bain était un peu étroite pour moi. Le plan général des couloirs de l'hôtel reste mal agencé avec des adaptations ultérieures.

Claire (8/5): Very good - The staff were friendly and helpful. They personally escorted us to an ATM. They also helped direct our taxi driver when he got lost, driving their van to a rendezvous point, then escorting us in convoy to the hotel.

Antttik (8/5): An easy way to start (or end) your trip to Ghana - Welcoming and helpful staff. Functioning AC and shower. Relatively clean although quite worn rooms. Convenient but relatively calm location. Our room had a nice small balcony too. Poor sound isolation to the corridor and the street outside - if you come on weekend or a holiday there might be a disco close by. They advertise a free shuttle to the airport but kept on asking for a payment.

I like the waiters and drivers, too. They are very much cooperative, decent and humble. Ernest, Abigail, Tijani and Fortune were superb. Internet was not upto the standard. Sometimes it was interupting. The puckup service is getting old. They need new one😂😂😂

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing me with a great driver, Emmanuel for a day trip to the Cape Coast. The room areas was very nice and clean. The common areas need some care.
David (5/5): The room and location were good, but the evening facilities for eating and drinking sadly lacking - The location was very good, the room was comfortable, and it definitely had the sea view that was claimed in the room description. There was a good range of food available for breakfast and it varied slightly from morning to morning which we appreciated.. The staff were very helpful in two particular ways: They provided the means for us to have a good internet connection They allowed us to leave our luggage in the foyer area after checking out while we attended the nearby church On the first evening we chose to eat in the hotel but the availability of the items on the menu we would have preferred to eat was poor and we both ended up choosing salads, which were good, but not the type of meal we had anticipated. We had looked forward to visiting the rooftop 'Breeze Bar' advertised in the hotel's website for cocktails and a meal on our third and final evening, but it was closed. We were told we could get a drink in the restaurant, but cocktails weren't available there, and they couldn't even serve me a glass of wine. We ended up drinking soft drinks - Sprite and Fanta.

Afrozone (3/5): Deceptive - The breakfast was ok, nothing special I upgraded my booking to sea view which was not available, the view was to a shank/ghetto, no sea... but they refused to a refund for the upgrade. I wrote to bookings.com about this but has not received a respond. Highly disappointed about this, this was a total rip off of my hard earn money.
Catherine (9/5): Would recommend, very pleasant stay - As a solo female travelling in Ghana for the first time, I really appreciated the airport pick up being included. The staff could not have been any more pleasant and helpful, they were able to give useful recommendations for what to do while I was here. The room was basic but clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. I loved being able to sit on the rooftop terrace and enjoy the view. The Wi-Fi was also great and I enjoyed one evening meal in the hotel restaurant. I’d stay here again.
Subira (6/5): - Customer service is brilliant and overall the hotel is clean. I stayed in a standard room which was clean, had air conditioning, clothing storage, additional seating and toiletries provided. However no coat hangers were provided, no mosquito net and there are no bedside electric outlets for charging mobile etc. The food was mediocre but edible and the restaurant itself is very dated. The menu is very, very basic and not suitable for vegertarians/vegans. Generally a clean, simple hotel which meets all the basic needs required for a hotel stay.

Latavia (8/5): Pleasant stay in Osu, Accra. - The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Management was responsive in addressing our concerns and needs. Staff also kept our rooms spotless and clean during our stay. Free parking is available onsite. We did not like having to go to the front desk frequently to gain access to the Wi-Fi, which kept dropping our devices from the network. This was very inconvenient at times. There was also a strong unpleasant odor in the common eating area, so we did not partake in the complimentary breakfast.

I had it set at 17 and the room never got lower than 30. The phone in the room didn't work. TV had maybe 3 channels that would occasionally just go out. WiFi was so slow it was pretty unusable. Overall it was a convenient place to stay but the price, especially in Africa - is insane given all the above.

Toni (7/5): Good - The suite was very large spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price of the stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was close to many local attractions such as the Black Star Square and Osu Castle, all of which are in walking distance. The internet service was not reliable.

Aurélia (7/5): Good - The hotel can come to pick you in airport, included in the night price, and even is able to provide food arriving late after flight. The room are big and nicely equipped, it's close to the ocean in a quiet area. The staff is very friendly. There was no warm water in my room.

Michelle (2/5): - Deborah the receptionist is an absolute asset to this hotel. Apart from her the hotel is disorganised and unprofessional. This hotel is not cheap to stay at yet the water cut out three times within a 2 weeks day resulting in after having bucket washers. The breakfasts are mediocre at best and when you make requests even get back to you as to whether or not your request as possible. The internet is not the best and there electricity cut-out without warning as does their water supply. On the day we checked out we couldn't have have a shower until 12 p.m. as there was no water to do so. If we hadn't have paid to extend the room for the day how could we have left the room without washing in a hot country before 12pm. Each time we went without water there was no proper apology or explanation. We had to move three times in three days; the first room the air conditioning started leaking, the second room the mattress kept on dipping and they would just flip it over like that was a remedy. The third room was much more acceptable but there was a bath for me that we were not allowed to go out on because it was unsafe and the windows didn't lock. What is this hotel is ok if you just want somewhere to stay for a night or two but for a 2 weeks day you're only be disappointed.
Verified traveler (6/5): Average hotel - Good for 1-2 nights only. I wouldn’t stay more than that. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, with a good bathroom and a/c unit. Close to Oxford street in Osu, with all bars and restaurants near. However, Even though It’s off oxford, the street can sill be as noisy as Oxford. So bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper or want to take naps during the day. I did not eat at the location because I only spent one night thus no comment on The free breakfast.

Friendly customer services and lovely talking to mostly of the people working there. Service was great. The room includes microwave, refrigerator but would have nice to have kettle.

Verified traveler (6/5): - The water completely left, there wasn't a drop in any room, so they couldn't even move me.The staff only responded with buckets of water for bathing and flushing the toilet. It was more than a day situation, and I had to leave.. Days later I met a couple who was staying there and they said they had no water in the hotel at the time I saw them. It seems it's a reoccurring problem. I left because of this and I have yet to get management to agree to refund me for the nights I didn't stay there due to this issue. The hotel presents well but this inconvenience is unacceptable and I cannot recommend it.

Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful option in Accra. - Wonderful gem of a hotel in accra. Centrally located in Osu and a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of Oxford Street. Great WiFi, lovely clean rooms, hot water and great staff. All for a brilliant price. What’s not to love!
Claire (10/5): Wonderful gem of a place in Accra - Great budget option for Accra. Centrally located in Osu which has plenty of shops, supermarkets and some of the best restaurants in town. The staff are lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The room is spacious with a decent sized bed and ample hot water. WiFi is great also. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay again.

Luke (4/5): Awful. Waste of Money. - This hotel has good Wifi, that’s about it. Some will say it’s location near Oxford St is good but it’s on a very loud side street that’s away from the restaurants and bars you’d want to frequent. I was awakened at night by honking, screaming and roosters. The room was dirty, missing items like toilet paper and generally unpleasant. Breakfast was hot dogs and a piece of bread. There are also no safes in the room and the hotel posts all these warnings that your things will be stolen if not handed over to the front desk. I left after 1 night and I’m a frequent Africa traveler that’s slept in barns, tents and hostels- all better than this place.
