- Sally (10/5): Great - Had a great stay here for 2 nights. The sheets were really lovely as were the pillows. Breakfast 2 fried eggs 2 sausages fruit platter and toast and jam, juice, water and tea or coffee.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Availability of a multi outlet adapter was a rare - Wish the sink had hot water. Breakfast was adequate but delivered right on time.
- Dar (8/5): Nice hotel ! - The hotel very comfortable. The room big and clean. We only stay there for one night and we had to leave early in the morning so the staff made our breakfast in box for take away, its was very nice and thoughtful. Moreover the hotel is very close to the city center and to the main bus station it's like 4 minutes by walking.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This establishment is part of an optometrist's shop, and very hard to find. The towels and linen had been washed, but were literally falling to pieces. Nurawa Eliya can be cold, but there is no heating. Breakfast is prepared in the basement and served upstairs. It was virtually inedible. Pictures online make this hotel look far more salubrious than it is. Beware.

- Christian (6/5): No more than one night needed - Comfortable and clean however the cold and windy weather makes for an unpleasant nights sleep as the gaps between the windows and doors causes them to rattle and let's in a draught. Breakfast nothing to shout about but it's fine for maybe one night.
