- Jabu (7/5): - Friendly staff Mdu amd Mthokozisi The bath tub didnt have a stopper and shower door was not closing at room 2
- Zandile (5/5): It was fair and enjoyed the massage but they need to improve on buying new towels, cleanness. - Their beds are comfortable and with electric blankets It’s not that clean, with worn out towels, the shower head seemed blocked, was forced to use the bath which I was not keen due cleanliness

- Palesa Eunice (8/5): - Not much really the was noise by the pool at late night The place it's fine but situated in a strange area when coming from Malibongwe drive the is informal settlement and homeless people

- Dikeledi (7/5): - I loved the stuff, Mduduzi was very helpful and very kind. The tents are very clean and spacious. The security guard at the gate. At first when we were checking in we waited for a long time and had to call reception for the gate to be opened and the receptionist was shocked that security wasn't there.
Second, they let a man in who claimed to be my partner after I had told the security not to let him in and he was following me. Those tents don't have locks, that stranger could have killed or raped me. Why would you let someone in after I specifically asked him not to and the person didn't have a booking in the premises. When I asked him why he did that, he laughed. I was booked 27 Feb 2026. That security that was on shift isn't safe at all.
- Nomvula (8/5): Had a lovely peaceful stay with friendliest and helpful staff - Peaceful and friendly staff Chalet did not have private pool
- Thandeka Nokwanda (1/5): It was nicely l enjoyed - It was nice Nothing
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional, just what we wanted - From start to finish we were welcomed like family. We were 3 hours early, travelling from the UK. Ita in reception took us to our cabin straight away which was exceptional with its own pool. Msudwese and Happiness (Chelsea ) looked after us with food and drinks and made the most amazing cocktails. Ida and her husband the owners had a drink with us on our last night, exceptional people and we honestly can't wait to go back. Honestly no negatives. If we were to be super picky a sun lounger by the pool of our cabin would have been great.
- Hiralall (10/5): - Everything Everything was perfect
- Ron (3/5): Pure South African experience. A place with all the potential in the world but hasn’tseen maintenance simce the previous -
- Varity (7/5): -
- Andile (8/5): Place has great potential - Great location, great service from the staff. The gardens are beautiful, pool was sparkling clean I just didn’t like how they treated my boyfriend arrived later to check in because he was driving a motorbike and assumed he was there to deliver.
Bartender must please keep condiments for cocktails in fridge or containers that close as the lemon and oranges where lying around with flies, I even took a video…
Linen was torn , one of the bathroom towel was worn out and torn all around, it looked more like a cleaning rag….out door furniture wasn’t cleaned. Corners had spider webs. I don’t want to lie, the place is great and has lots more potential, it just requires a bit more attention to detail and maintenance
- Evans (10/5): - The place is fantastic and enjoyable. May you please for private chalet with pools have a special treat of breakfast included in the charge
- Themba (10/5): -
- mthembu (10/5): -
- Khuthadzo (5/5): - The location is very convenient and the place is nicely quite. The rug is dirty, fridge was not working, the mashed potatoes I had was rubbery and smelled off. The place is not worth the amount we paid.
- Mathabo (7/5): -
- Lungile (10/5): Amazing except 1 or 2 things which it can be looked at - The staff was welcoming and friendly. Especially Mduduzi he was excellent. He made our stay pleasant The safari tents don’t get much attention as the chalets off which the service should be the same or the care taking of it

- Mercy (8/5): - Liked the staff, very helpful, the food was amazing. The bathtub was awesome had a blast in it. I couldn't use the shower, it needs a little bit of tender care, deep cleaning on the wall tiles.
- Shibambu (7/5): Needs some work - The rooms and the views The parking unpaved makes it difficult to enter the car when it rains .
The Sitelite TV is not working throughout the stay , and worse, no smart TV
No air-conditioner, only a ceiling fan which was not working properly .
No cleaning services during my 2 nights stay(Thursday to Saturday)

- palesa (5/5): - Good location, there's a mall nearby lastly the staff was very welcoming. The room needs some TLC such as polish the wooden floor . The towels and pillows were too old and worn out.

- Ruan (8/5): Loud Music - The stay was awesome. Beautiful scenery, and clean. Lovely friendly staff. Tent visitors played loud music until morning hours and shouted loud. No effort was made to quiet them. The Expected romantic and peaceful night was anything but peaceful. For this reason we will not be going back there again.
