- Cole (9/5): A quiet retreat in Beaufort West with an edge of luxury - My stay at Die Herehuis was exactly what I needed after the 5 hour drive up from CT. The aircon and privacy created a calming and restful atmosphere that recharged me for my next day of travel. The only issue is that I was provided with a WiFi password for a portal that didn't appear when I connected to the WiFi. It took me a few attempts to figure out which WiFi to connect to, and when I finally did, the signal was a bit inconsistent.

- Olando (8/5): The stay was great. - Accommodation was fantastic and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff on arrival. The menu pricing at the restaurant is expensive. I had the Lamb Curry, and my mother had the Chicken Schnitzel, and this was nice. My dad had the Pie. This was dry and the meat was tough. I think for a Pie R230 is a bit excessive for what you get.
- Arjen (10/5): Comfortable, Clean and Affordable. - Room was very clean as well as the bathroom, they prepared for us it was really great staying there the location the staff and everything, we did not eat their as we got there at 6pm ready for dinner and Spur was a better option for us we wanted to get out as we were confined in the car for such a long time driving from Durban via Bloem Just the people in the swimming pool who were on video call and really loud not so considerate of other people who are in rooms trying to catch some rest before the trip continues to Caspe Town.

- Jan (8/5): Oasis in the Karoo - The staff are very friendly and professional. They make Herehuis a joy to visit. The swimming pool is a god-send in the Karoo summer. Food is prepared well. The en-suite bathrooms are so small you cannot turn around without bumping your elbows. It feels like they were built in as an afterthought. It spoils the comfortable and spacious rooms.
- Shirley (10/5): - Everything! They even have a restaurant on the premises that serves supper and breakfast. The dining room has a koi pond😱. I loved it. Fully self catering with a coffee station and fresh milk... No powder milk, thank heavens. Safe parking, great staff. Oh and... A small haul of Karoo Goodies for sale, home made jams, cookies, caramel. Just a right of the highway and a left and Bob's your uncle... A good place to rest your head, fill your belly and enjoy a great shower. This was the best one on the week trip to Capetown and back. What is not to like? Everything is fantastic

- Ciara (9/5): A very comfortable stay in a pretty location. - The room was lovely - clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and the amenities really pushed the experience over the edge. Overall, a very pleasant stay. It was a bit tight getting into the parking, and I would maybe just caution that we saw quite a lot of wasps by the pool. This may just be seasonal due to the heat, but I thought it good to mention as there may be a nest nearby.

- Brenda (9/5): Rememberable and will recommend to family and friends!! - Staff Neat, tidy and clean and the staff immediately there to assist with our additional requirements, for example ice, and it was delivered to the stoep, the only thing is we had to pay extra for the breakfast and when I booked I tought it was included.
