Guest Reviews
- Dirk (8/5): Short visit to san sebastian - Hotel is on a hill, just outside town. Nothing in the neighbourhood, so very quiet. Nice ocean view. Busstop in front of thedoor.
When arriving got a complete overview of things to do and see in town. Very useful. Rooms basic and clean. Good breakfast. Internet only in public area.
- Ronald (8/5): Worth staying - Nice big room, clean. Nice lady running it. Breakfast was great
- Sharon (6/5): Limited free WiFi - WiFi didn't work in our room. We had to find somewhere downstairs to sit and use it.. funny enough it also worked brilliantly over the road at the bus stop.
- tim (8/5): Excellent for budget visit to San Sebastián - Great location high above the town. Room was comfortable, large and clean with lovely sea view. Bus from outside hotel has you in town centre in about 15mins. Free parking and friendly staff. Highly recommended
- Fei (10/5): Beautiful place to stay - A very beautiful place. You can drive there or take bus. Food in restaurant is very tasty and the environment very nice.
- Ignacio (8/5): - Nice breakfast, beautiful view, quiet, nice staff, easy and free parking. Cozy :)
- Lourdes (8/5): Amazing Stay - Front office staff Sonya and Isatcha were very helpful, friendly, and warm. The hotel is located away from the city center and you would have to take a bus to get there. However, bus #16 stops right in front of the hotel and has stops at the beach, restaurants, and old town where all the pintxos bars are.
There are 3 residence dogs which we did not expect. My travel companion is allergic to dogs so whenever we hung out in the lobby to access our wifi, she would walk out of there having difficulty breathing.
One other thing was the weak wifi reception from room 12.
I highly recommend this hotel for location, hotel amenities, and a great staff.
- Stefano (4/5): - The place was not a three star hotel as advertised when booking. When you arrive it is actually a 2 star pension on the door and you can tell. The room is very small. The bed was very uncomfortable (could feel the springs). Could hear noise from the other rooms, very thin walls, There is no climate control (A/C). They say no pets on web, but are greeted by employee or owners dog. Saw different dogs during our stay and the place smells of dog. If you are allergic stay away from here. Very far from town, nothing in this area. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that stops by every half hour. Can take a taxi back from town for about 10.00-15.00 Euros.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Small but what we needed! No complaints. There was a small alcove around the corner from our room that we took advantage of as well, being as we are traveling with our 1-yr old son.
Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici (fermata dell'autobus proprio davanti all'albergo)
- Verified traveler (10/5): Value for money family run hotel. - Very helpful staff; clean and tidy rooms. Convenient & regular bus service to the town and beach right outside the hotel. Car park, restaurant and bar on site.
- Renee (4/5): - À part la mer le coup d œil
L accueil sympathique
Le reste néant
Pas à la hauteur du PRIX
- Ann (8/5): Be aware it has no elevator - The room was small but adequate. It could have used a good cleaning in the corners. It had wonderful views of the bay. It is a quaint old hotel managed by a friendly and helpful family. No elevator.
- Dongsun (8/5): Good stay- kind people - beautiful View- - It was good. we had a car so it was easy to go up the hill but if you don't have a car you will have to use the bus because it's in the hills and it will be quite a walk up to hotel.
Luckily, bus station is right next to hotel. During our stay wi-fi didn't work in our room and I wasn't sure why but it didn't matter much really cuz we were not here for wifi. Wi-Fi was strong in reception and probably if they fix it you should bee okay. Staff are very nice as well.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fabulous experience, breathtaking views. Don't miss the sunset here!
