The only negative thing was the noise inside the hotel - sound really travels. I would stay here again.

- Karen (6/5): Disappointing 2nd time staying here. - Able to get a room. Allowed 2 dogs. Near to Grand Canyon Distillery (but it was closed when we went there). There was not a room available with 2 beds, so we got a queen and sofa sleeper. At check-in they knew we were looking to use 2 beds, yet did not tell us that bedding for the sleeper sofa was not in the room. At bedtime, we called the front desk to ask where it was, and was told to come down to get it. He ended up bringing some up to the room, but apparently wasn't familiar with the concept of top & bottom sheets, and a blanket, and brought one sheet and a bedspread. It took a number of trips to, and finally down to the front desk to assure we got the right items... and then had to make up the sleeper sofa. I WAS NOT happy. We stayed here a few years ago and liked it, but probably will find another hotel next time in the area.

I told her we would not be checking in unless we also had the second room with two beds. She said she did not like my attitude and cancelled my reservation reservation and said she was done talking to me. I never raised my voice or said anything rude. It was very puzzling.

They were always helpful and friendly. The cost and the people were the selling points The "fireplace" in my room was dopey. The one downstairs was nice but the one in my room was broken and weird.

- Grzegorz Pypeć (9/5): We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, service and breakfast - We stayed at La Quinta in Williams, AZ for one night in January while traveling to Los Angeles as a family of five. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, which was especially appreciated when traveling with kids. The only small downside was the pool. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the information that a pool was available. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed that the water heating system was not working. Since it was the middle of winter, this made it impossible to use the pool.
